Bien pour une ou deux nuits à qui veut être dans l’hyper ancien centre

Good location but poor customer service

Good location and reasonably comfortable.

Had to wait 2.5 hours for the room to be available. Key code for front door not given or expained to us. Had to rely on another.guest coincidentally arriving back at.hotel at the same time. Hot water system not.expained to us so.shower.was.cold until then s was resolved. No receptionist, and messages ignored.

La situation. La chambre était correcte et la propreté était au rendez-vous.

Il n'y a pas du tout de cuisine privative comme il est précisé. Sur le palier, il y avait un évier et un réfrigérateur, ainsi qu'un four mais hors service. Il y a une cuisine commune au rez-de-chaussée. J'étais au 4ème. Le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai fait la remarque à la propriétaire, qui m'a proposé de changer de chambre, mais il était déjà tard, alors j'ai abandonné.

bright and comfy rooms but a slightly frustrating experience

It was a nice place to stay. Definitely not for families as it is more of a hostel-style. However the rooms are small but clean and bright. They provided extra pillows free of charge upon my request which was appreciated. Private bathroom and shower where the water remained hot long enough for three people to have a shower which, as I'm sure people who have traveled to Asia on a budget before know is hard to come by.

DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO PAY WITH CARD. Despite the advertisement saying they accept MasterCard etc the lady who checked us in was insistent that we pay in cash (Dong, they did not accept US which was frustrating). Her English was so limited that we could not communicate that we had planned to pay by card and so had the money loaded on that specially so that we didn't have to travel around that nearly 1 million dong in our pockets to pay for the room. This was extremely frustrating but thankfully because there were four of us travelling we were able to scrape the money together.
