Habitación bonita co desayuno espectacular!

Todo perfecto, la habitación muy cómoda,y la ubicación muy cerca del centro. Reservamos una plaza en el garaje que está muy cerca y viene bien sobre todo en casos como el nuestro que paramos de paso a Francia y no tuvimos que bajar todas las maletas. La anfitriona fue muy amable en todo y nos preparó un desayuno de 10. Para volver!!

Nada en concreto, por lo que necesitábamos estuvo todo muy bien.

Todo perfecto, instalaciones, habitación, limpieza. Merece una mención especial la ayuda y dedicación de Montse que nos esperó hasta las doce de la noche por un problema previo nuestro. El desayuno perfecto, la plaza de garaje nos vino de perlas. Ya sabemos donde hay que ir en Lleida.

Estuvo todo genial, la casa muy luminosa, puedes aparcar dentro pero en la calle es fácil también, la ubicación esta en una buena zona, buena habitación y anfitriona muy maja, fue un placer alojarnos en su casa

Un ambient molt familiar i agradable

Extremadament amable i familiar. Tots els detalls molt ben cuidats, es nota un esforç en donar un gran servei. Molt còmode i confortable, i molt silenciós. L'esmorzar era senzill però molt bo.

L'únic que no em va agradar va ser que no hi hagués ningú quan hi vaig arribar, però al cap de cinc o set minuts ja va arribar la Montserrat i a partir d'aquell moment tot va anar perfecte.

¡Una experiencia 10! Mejor que un hotel

Casa preciosa, céntrica, con habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bonitas. Pero lo mejor es quien la lleva: Montserrat. Súper atenta y encantadora. No había aparcamiento en la zona y me dejó poner el coche en su jardín e incluso pude dejarlo ahí todo el día incluso después de hacer el check-in que, por cierto, me dejó hacerlo cuando terminé de trabajar. Además me preparó un desayuno casero, muy abundante y buenísimo y me regaló agua, fruta e infusiones. Un servicio de 10!

Tener reserva no es ninguna garantía.

No puedo opinar mucho, porque la misma mañana de la reserva, me llamaron para anularla por overbooking. Eso si, me devolvieron el importe de la reserva muy rápido.

Que habiendo reservado con tiempo, me encontrase con está situación.

Excellent, welcoming and comfortable

Montserrat was a very generous and welcoming host. Her place is spotless and well located in Lleida. The bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was small but made with a lot of care and really tasty.

There's a 7 euro supplement to use the jacuzzi, which I thought was a bit strange as it's just sitting there on anyway. It wasn't a problem for me but the bathroom is completely open to the bedroom so if travelling with someone else there's no privacy. My shower ran a bit cold.

Superb breakfast in a great town with a warm and helpful host.

This is an excellent property with a superb and helpful host. A very clean and modern house, and by far the best breakfast we had in our five week holiday around northern Spain, Corsica and Sardinia. We stayed towards the beginning of our trip, and it was so good, in fact, that we stayed again on our return journey home.

Feels like at home

Lovely hotel, home made breakfast such as my grandma did, huge hotel room and bathroom, decent heating, unexpectedly fast internet. Everything was exceptional, and at the level of a 5* hotel, and even better. Keep it up!

Exceptional

The house is modern, almost luxurious and very well kept. There are five or so rooms on the first floor and a common area on the ground floor with a fridge, Nespresso machine, etc. My room was spacious and clean. The area is very quiet. Although I'm really sensitive to noise, I had no trouble sleeping (luckily enough, I was the only guest). At the same time, some of Lleida's best restaurants are within a five-minute walking distance. The main shopping street (Carrer Major), the old Cathedral on the hill and the train station are all about 15 minutes by foot. In short, the location is perfect. Montse, the owner, is very friendly. She does everything she can for you to have a pleasant stay. She doesn't live in the house herself, so you have a great deal of privacy as well.

Nothing substantial really. A glass to put the toothbrush in the bathroom would be nice. And there are lots of mosquitos in the garden (in late October!), which would otherwise be a very nice place to rest.

Beautiful B&B in Lleida

El jardi de l'avet is a bed and breakfast in Lleida. De B&B is a bit away from the hustle and bustle and the traffic, which is nice. The house is very beautiful and everything feels very new. The room had a large walk-in shower. The landlord speaks good English, but the landlady doesn't, which may pose some challenges for international travellers, but surmountable with a translation app. Breakfast is good.

Great comfortable stay with a wonderful local host.

Montserrat is a lovely hostess, very personable and attentive, and just a good person overall. I was happy to contribute to her retirement income by renting one of only two bedrooms in a great house. I had my own large bathroom, in a large bedroom with air conditioning (a must in Lleida). The whole building is renovated, both modern and comfortable, and very clean. She also made me the best breakfast sandwich ever!

The only thing I can say is that I heard the neighbor showering in the morning, and a few sounds at night as they came home. But you're going to get that in any hotel too, so I was not very fussed. I would definitely come back here.
