Sehr nett!

Sehr freundliche Leute, gutes Frühstück, sehr persönliche Atmosphäre.

Das Hotel sieht von außen nicht unbedingt wie ein Hotel aus und war nicht ganz leicht zu finden, es liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrum. Aber einfach jemanden fragen, die Leute in Përmet sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Schöne und familiäre Unterkunft

Unterkunft mit ruhiger Lage in einer nicht befestigten Nebenstraße am Rande der Stadt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt von der Großmutter des Hauses. Trotz fehlender Englischkenntnisse ihrerseits ging das Ein- und Auschecken problemlos. Über ihr Handy wurde ihre Enkelin zum Übersetzen dazugeschaltet. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügte über eine kleine Terrasse. Das kleine Bad war sauber und verfügte zusätzlich über einen Föhn, der an der Wand fest angebaut war. Frühstück wurde uns zur gewünschten Uhrzeit auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus gerichtet. Unser Auto konnten wir problemlos vor dem Grundstück in der Straße an der Seite parken.

Zweckmäßige saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Stadtrand Lage mit abgeschlossenen Parkplatz.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Il posto è molto tranquillo le terme sono da fare (incantevoli)

La camera era pulita

Accoglienza e colazione anonime, la signora ancora non ero entrato nemmeno nel cancello che voleva essere pagata, manco me ne stessi scappando, gli pago la camera prima di entrare e le chiedo se era possibile la colazione !!! Lei soldi soldi!!! La colazione un pomodoro da insalata qualche fetta di pane un po’ di formaggio (con capelli) della marmellata e una frittata. Struttura sconsigliata

Very good

We booked the famliy suite, was very spacious,, nice view on the mountains and the river, the room was very very clean. It is a bit out of centre of Permet, but very nice quiet neighborhood

In the kitchen it would be nice to have some more pots.

It is a wonderful family Guesthouse: excellent location, cleanest room, and cozy beautiful garden. It was a very pleasant attitude from Gabriella. She spent her time and showed us the closest road to the beautiful river. Happy to recommend this hotel to all our friends.

If you like good morning coffee, you need to find it.

Good base from which to explore Permet and surroundings

Even though the road was unpaved and at the end of Permet, Villa Ago was still close to the city center. It has a hotel vibe, although the reception is warm and personal.

I would not stay here again

The lady living upstairs, I’m guessing the owner, was very nice

The bathroom was a travesty. There was mould on the shower curtain and the toilet seat was flimsy and broken. Water pressure was okay but temperature was very hard to regulate and it was a véry small showerhead. Airco made more noise than any alarm clock I’ve ever owned. Bed was too soft but okay enough. There was a small fridge but it didn’t work. Electrical wires (covered with tape) sticking out the wall in stead of lights by the bed. It was close to the city, but in a gravel street surrounded by unfinished buildings and empty land.

If they hadn't let the other guests be so noisy it would have been a great hotel.

The older lady who served us was very sweet and punctual.

The other guests were a large group of people who arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm screaming and woke up at 6am screaming again. No one told them to respect the guest's silence. All in all, I hardly slept at all.

Budget accommodation good for one night stay.

Property has comfortable beds and nice garden view protecting room from heat. Good options for parking and spacious bathroom.

Room amenities was not working properly like disfunctional fridge or missing lights with disfunctional switches. Bathroom was good but it would need better cleaning. Host was not speaking English.

The place is a bit off the city center which is a plus as the noises from the crowded city center are not heard. Still its just a short walk to the center.

Although the general location is quiet, the hotel has to do more to make sure the customers remain quiet at night. A great deal of conversations and noise at late hours.

Pleasant stay but lack of hot water

The host's grandmother was very pleasant and hospitable even though there was a language barrier Amazing 360 views of Vjose River and Nemercka Mountain range Great location for hiking trails and thermal baths nearby Parking spot outside

There was hot water for 10 minutes every 4 hours as the boiler couldn't hold temperature which was very inconvenient. Boiler needs a change. The roads in the area are very undeveloped so extra care needed when/if driving

Nice place to stay

The room was fantastic with kitchen and washing machine. The view from the balcony was lovely. Beds very comfortable, and very quiet at night. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would stop here again.

The electricity and WiFi was on and off through the day, but maybe just because we were at the end of town - not the hotels fault at all. It was fine all through the evening and night.
