Nice newly renovated house 100m from the beach.
New house of 120m reform, top quality finishes.
It consists of two floors, in the upper part three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning in each of them and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower. A rear terrace with pool where you can relax taking a bath and a terrace in the front of the house all equipped with chairs and table.

Really nice house in a great area. It’s described as luxury but some things detracted. My main issue was that even though the rental was really expensive, we were horribly surprised to discover last minute that we were expected to pay electricity charges on top. It must have been in the tiny tiny print after we’d reserved and paid because I didn’t see it and when I first queried it with Vrbo, they hadn’t seen it either. Worst of all, the charges they asked us to pay were 400%more expensive than the average rate for the area at this time of year (we checked) We were asked to leave the money in cash at the end of our stay, which to be honest, felt like a side hustle to squeeze more money from guests. I checked later to see if this charge should have been more obvious to me but it wasn’t. I did see though that if I’d booked at another date, the charge now appears, but at a cheaper rate than was demanded of us. The decor is lovely downstairs but some basic things weren’t great; not enough large towels for the number of guests and a couple had holes in. One sun bed was broken. There was literally only one tea towel and when I asked for more, we weren’t given any. Only one bath mat for five guests for 12 days. Not enough controllers for the air con units in each room so you had to swap them around throughout the night or you were stuck with it on or off all night. Plenty of crockery, glasses etc. No jug for drinks. Didn’t find the hosts super friendly.

We had a lovely stay overall. The location was perfect for a beach vacation, with the property just steps away from the shore. It’s an ideal spot if you want to enjoy a peaceful and private getaway with your family.
The cleanliness of the place was commendable, except for the towels, which were stained. That was a bit disappointing. One thing to note is that the electricity costs were higher than expected. They charge separately for electricity, including an eco-tax, and the daily usage, especially from the pool and air conditioning, added up quickly.
Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would recommend it, particularly for those looking to relax without disturbances.

From start to finish, we've had the best holiday. Communication was excellent. We arrived super early and the Francisca had the house ready for us, she went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, even a gift of red wine, milk and water was very much appreciated. The house was perfect for our family of 4, two adults and two teenagers, we lounged by the stunning pool most days and the shops, beach and restaurants were literally a 3 minute walk away. Air conditioning in every room was a bonus in the Majorcan heat. We had such a relaxing week and can't wait to return!

The Holiday-Trip in Can Picafort was really nice. The House with its two terraces and the pool is located just a couple 100 meters from the Beach - which you can see from the front terrace. The host was really nice und replaced a broken coffee machine within a couple of hours, which is an amazing service.

Francisca was a great host. Her rental home was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we required for our stay. She even left milk, sparkling and still water, and a nice bottle of red wine 😁 She went out of her way to accommodate our stay, which was very much appreciated. Obviously Tourist Tax and electricity are extras, which are stated in the information, so we were aware before booking, and found the electricity to be reasonable, since we used the air conditioning quite a bit. We would definitely recommend Francisca’s place, and would definitely stay again if in the area. Regards and many thanks.

Brilliant location, few mins walk to beach and into the centre. Big supermarket 5 mins walk. The house itself is beautiful and very clean. Comfortable beds . Very cold pool as sun doesn't go on it but that's to be expected this time of year. Everything you need in a kitchen and francisca left us a bottle of wine and some water which is very generous thank you 😊

Excellent house near beach
Communication with the owner was fantastic. They allowed early check in and met us at the property for a really efficient and smooth check in process. The owner also answered my questions via the app before arrival really quickly!
The property was clean and spacious. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops close by. The Italian restaurant on the corner less than a minute walk from the Villa was amazing.
The pool in the garden was a decent size, perfectly fine for our 2 year old and 6 year old to play in.
There is an extra charge for electric which I wasn't aware of when I booked. To be fair to the owner, it is contained in the 'more information' section in the app, I just hadn't opened it. The charge was also pretty reasonable, around 70 EUR for the week.
Overall a really positive experience, a lovely villa with really good owners. Would definitely look to book again!

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Lage
Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Strand war nach nur wenigen Metern erreicht und es gab genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Auch das W-Lan war sehr gut :)

Amazing - Looking forward to going back
From the minute we booked it was nothing but easy, fantastic communication with Francisca. Upon arrival we were met and shown round the villa. As for the stay it was fantastic, the apartment itself was clean and spacious. The pool is bigger than the pictures show. The location in Can Picafort is to die for. So close to everything yet so peaceful on a night and quiet. The little touches, such as leaving water and a bottle of wine, were really appreciated as well as the baby bath and potty for the little one. We genuinely cannot wait to book again. 5 stars all round. Many thanks

Tolles Haus mit Pool
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist modern eingerichtet und die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Jedoch als Typ: Nehmt ein oder zwei Geschirrtücher mit ;-) Die Ablageflächen sind etwas knapp, zugegeben, aber im Bad 1. OG gibt es zwei geräumige Schubladen mit denen man sich gut arrangieren kann. Wir hatten auch Probleme mit Stechmücken. Demnach sollte Insektenschutz mitgebracht werden, da dieser vor Ort etwas teuer ist. Vor den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern sind aber Moskitonetze gespannt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und dennoch sehr zentralen Lage. Parkplätze sind auf der Straße mehr als genug. Wir konnten immer direkt vor der Tür parken :-) Zu Fuß ist man in nur 3 Minuten am Strand und 5 Minuten in der Stadt. Für den Notfall-Einkauf ist vorne an ein kleiner Supermarkt. Dieser ist auch günstiger als die Anderen an der Promenade. Für den Großeinkauf empfehlen wir das Mercadona an der Hauptstraße Richtung Arta. Dort kann man sehr gut und günstig einkaufen.
Fazit: uns hat das Haus so gut gefallen, dass wir es fürs nächste Jahr nochmal gebucht haben. :-D

Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen.
200 -300 Meter vom Ortzentrum entfernt gelegen. Zum Strand auch nur 200 Meter.
Am Beginn der Straße bereits ein Restaurant und ein Spar-Markt ( frische Brötchen/Brot ). Zum großen Eroski-Markt sind es zu Fuß auch nur ca. 600 Meter also auch ohne Mietwagenkein Problem.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön. Schlafräume (3 Doppelzimmer mit Klima und Einbauschränken ) sowie ein Duschbad befinden sich in der ersten Etage. Die untere Etage besteht aus einem großen Raum ( Küche, Essbereich und Wohnbereich ). Hier befindet sich abgeteilt auch ein zweites Duschbad. Nach vorn raus eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit - Fühstück in der Morgensonne. Nach hinten heraus ist komplett gefliest mit dem Pool als Mittelpunkt und genug Platz für mehrere Liegen sowie Tische/Stühle für alle. Durch das Öffnen der beiden Schiebetüren ( vorn/ hinten) entsteht ein riesiger offener Bereich.
Checkin /-out verlaufen einfach und unkompliziert (Schlüsseltresor).
Also rundum eine runde Sache.
Einziges Manko, für Leute die es stört: etwas wenig Ablagefläche im unterem Bad. War jedoch für uns bedeutungslos.
Auf jeden Fall eine super Wohnung. Wir haben gleich wieder für nächstes Jahr fest gebucht.

Schönes, gepflegtes Reihenhaus mit sehr guter Kücheneinrichtung und Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche; großer Supermarkt, Lokale und Strand fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Ruhige Lage - sehr gut für Familien oder Senioren geeignet. Kleine Anmerkung: eine Ablage im Bad wäre schön.

Schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren, der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Perfekte Ausstattung für Kleinkinder inklusive Spielzeug. Großer Supermarkt in max. 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, kleiner Spar um die Ecke. Was man wissen sollte: es gibt Mücken, also Autan nicht vergessen.

Had a fabulous 8 days staying at this property, the beach, shops and restaurants all on your doorstep. The owners are lovely and left some water, wine and snacks on our arrival, which was a really nice touch. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need and more. Tolle Location, Reihenmittelhaus, modern, 3 Schlafzimmer, 5min zum Strand und zur Promenade, schönes Haus, sauber und gepflegt, alles da, Pool ist ein Traum, sehr nette Vermieter...was will man mehr...wir waren außerhalb der Hauptsaison da (April) was den Vorteil hatte, dass es sehr angenehm war was die Menschemengen anging aber trotzdem schön und um die 25Grad...Meer und Pool noch etwas kühl, aber trotzdem machbar... sehr gerne wieder !!

Wonderful! A lovely, clean house with matching, modern appliances complete with books of instructions for them. Close to beach and bus stops. Excellent, warm welcome from owner (including wine and local food items!) with help from her sister and her husband about shopping and location events. They each left a phone number for contact in case of emergency/problem or more information and owner sent e-mail a few days later asking to confirm all was good. The pool is a nice addition to it all.

Lage ist perfekt keine 100mtr. bis zum Strand Zentrumsnahe aber dennoch sehr Ruhig. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat fast alles was man braucht. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt, der kontakt mit Vermieterin konnte nicht besser sein. Wir können dieses Domizil nur Empfehlen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus, was komplett neu saniert wurde. Das Haus entspricht genau dem was auf den Bildern zusehen ist. Alles war sehr sauber. Es ist Platz für 6 Personen, wir zwei mit unseren beiden Kindern hatten genug Platz und Freiraum. Unsere Gastgeber Marilen und Sebastian waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten genug strandtücher und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Der Pool wurde in den 10 Tagen zwischenzeitlich noch einmal gereinigt. Der Weg zum Strand ist ein Katzensprung, höchstens 3 min zu Fuß. Die schöne Promenade von Can picafort, Restaurants und Cafés und auch der Supermarkt sind keine 5 min entfernt. Uns wurden zwei ReiseBabybetten und zwei hochstühle zur Verfügung gestellt, für alle Betten gab es wechselbezüge. Es gibt deutsches Fernsehen, mit vielen Kanälen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und danken Marilen und Sebastian für den tollen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt.
