We really loved the property. It lived very nicely and although small, it worked really well. The outdoor area and in particular the pool were a highlight.
The only down side was that the living area was a bit warm and would benefit from air conditioning. It would also be helpful if there were an information booklet on the house and local area.

The villa is beautifully presented inside and out. Comfortable seating areas for everyone to relax and to eat with plenty of shade around the pool.
Lovely walks into the village and also down to the beach.
The only downside, which is such a pity as the villa itself is great, is the complete lack of any basic supplies in the kitchen. Cleaning cloth and sponge were provided and one dishwasher tablet but no washing up liquid or any other cleaning products.
We were disappointed that there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge. No oils or condiments whatsoever so if you want to enjoy the bbq and eat at the villa then everything needs to be bought or brought with you.
The host was very prompt in replying to messages which was good as there is no information in villa regarding services in the area eg doctors or pharmacy.
We had a really lovely holiday so it’s a shame as these issues would be very easy to solve and I’m sure would make a big difference to most guests.

Since 2021 we're spending our May holidays on Menorca and each year we've stayed at villa Riu.
Obviously we love the place. The house interior is of high quality, is spotless and it stays pleasantly cool during hot days. Binibequer is a lovely village and within a short walk you can reach restaurants, small shops, etc. The house itself is located in a quiet street and offers lots of privacy. It is well catered for with regular visits by gardeners, house keepers and the pool cleaner. The pool area with the patio as well as the big garden are perfect for spending the whole day.
Seeing the updates made to house furnishing and the pool area over the past years we can say that the owner Francisco is looking after the place and sees to keep it in a very good condition.
What one has to know is that there is little to none basic commodities available, such as salt, pepper, oil and only a few cleaning utensils like dishwashing liquid and a few garbage bags. So it's recommended to do some baseline shopping before driving to the house.
Needless to say, we're looking forward to our next stay here.

We know the area well and this villa ticked nearly all the boxes for us.
The property was very clean with fairly new fittings and fixtures. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, (although there were no wine glasses) with most implements one could expect and plenty of tableware.
All the appliances were in good condition and worked well.
Storage space in the bedrooms is at something of a premium, with a double wardrobe in each, but a lack of draw/shelf space for storage.
There are no full length mirrors anywhere.
The two bathrooms are modern, with spacious showers and good water flow. The only drawback being a lack of door and full height wall, separating the master bedroom from its' en-suite. This is something that should be highlighted in the details, as it is a significant problem from our perspective.
The outside area is very nice, with a good sized patio area, allowing for dining, furniture and sunbeds, with anti slip flooring, and a neat slot drain joining the pool surround.
The garden is laid out simply and nicely, affording a very high degree of privacy.
The pool is in great condition and well maintained, although unheated.
As with many of these villas, the rear garden has no physical separation from the front, so the pool man and gardeners just wander around during the day without any warning. At least the cleaners ring the door bell!
Overall, we had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend it for a peaceful, enjoyable, well equipped and located stay.

Good size gardens for my granddaughter to play in. House very clean and bright. Would make a couple of suggestions, bigger chopping boards and some oven gloves. Barbecue is must bigger and better than the one shown in the photos which was great.

Beautiful well kept villa in Binibèquer close to the sea and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Good WiFi and a nice TV for those you can’t do without. Very pleased.

We absolutely loved our weeks holiday here during the Easter break. The serene villa makes you feel instantly relaxed and the pool and garden area is beautiful. The teenagers enjoyed the pool (as did the adults!) along with football and volleyball in the garden and the location is perfect for having a wander down in to the village or for jumping in the car to explore.
The villa was really well catered for and was super clean.
We would love to return some time and would 100% recommend the villa. Thanks so much for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

We had a great 7 days in this villa with our two boys (age 7 & 6). It had everything that we needed and the pool and garden are wonderful. By day if we were not on the nearby beaches or jumping from the rocks into the sea we were enjoying the pool and playing in the garden. By night we sat peacefully on the patio. There are nearby shops and and restaurants and although not absolutely necessary once you are there, a car is useful to explore the other parts of the island and get around. Our host Francisco was excellent and was always available to help and answer any questions we had. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa and Francisco. Thank you.

Such a great property in a lovely part of Binibecca.
I have stayed in the same property before possibly before this owner, as the property has been modernised very well throughout and is a real pleasure to stay in.
The property is very well equipped and has lovely private grounds and spotlessly clean pool.
The bathrooms are a touch of luxury too and the beds were sooo comfy.
The host Fransisco was extremely responsive and always on hand to offer help and support.
We really didn't want to leave to go home.
I would highly recommend staying here and hope to again very soon.

Besutiful villa. Spotlessly clean. Fixtures and fittings simple and elegant. Very welcome air con in the bedrooms.
The best feature of all is the lovely terrace , garden and swimming pool. So spacious - lots of areas to sit in the shade or sunbathe. Shops bars and restaurants all within walking distance (tip- next 2 supermarket provides a free delivery service).
The manager and owner were excellent at communicating. Would absolutely recommend a holiday here 😀 👌

This is a fantastic property and I would recommend it to everyone. The outside space is beautifully designed with shaded areas and sunbathing places with plenty of room for the 5 people who stayed here. Our 4 year old granddaughter spent hours in the pool, no need for the beach! Thanks to all the supporting staff who made the stay a real pleasure with a special thank you to Francisco for dealing with all my questions . If you can you should go to this villa. It's marvellous!

Fab villa, great space indoors and especially outdoors. Kitchen well equipped. Coffee machine. My only beef with all the rental companies is that you arrive and there is not even salt and pepper and oil.
So each time you have to buy literally everything. At almost E5k week I think that’s
just a small thing.
Would come back to this villa although I miss a sea view. Great interactions with management company

Lovely villa ...
The villa, garden and pool themselves were absolute lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
If any criticism at all was necessary was the complete lack of any information regarding local shops, restaurants, service visits, rubbish collections etc.
There isn't a visitors book to refer to unfortunately and unless you have Amazon Prime or Netflix accounts you cannot access English TV. We didn't miss it at all.

We loved the property, the pool and outside space is remarkable. Lovely inside the villa too and even though hot outside didn't need the AC on at all as property stays very cool all day. Fantastic choice and we had a brilliant time at the Villa and in Menorca in general too!

Genial villa en Binibeca
La estancia en esta villa ha sido genial. Toda la casa era como está reflejado en las fotografias. Buena decoración y todos los servicios que se necesitan para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en Menorca. Un buen detalle es el aire acondicionado en cada una de las habitaciones. La zona exterior muy agradable para las comidas y cenas y para disfrutar del sol, la piscina y el gran jardín.
La ubicación es en un entorno muy tranquilo pero a la vez cerca del mar y del pueblo de Binibeca.
La comunicación con el propietario muy fácil y rápida, cuando necesitamos algo, nos ayudo sin ningún inconveniente. Muy recomendable!

Beautiful house with some practical deficiencies
The house is beautiful and spacious. It is nice and cool on hot summer days. It sits in a quiet neighbourhood and offers a lot of privacy. The mattresses are comfortable. The outdoor seating area is very comfy too.
However, having rented a great number of houses in the past, we were somewhat disappointed about the lack of personal touch. Key handover was done by the cleaner without any further explanation of the house or its appliances. There was no welcome note and no explanation as to where e.g. full bin bags should be taken. It would help guests look after the house. I received the details of a local caretaker beforehand but we had to proactively contact her and communication was matter of factly. Contrary to the listing, not a single basic commodity such as toilet paper or salt was left to us. The house was stripped bare, we had to buy everything from scratch including bin bags. I guess given the price point of the house we would have appreciated a bit more than a basic welcome.
The major disadvantage of the house in our opinion is that the flooring is all concrete, meaning there is a lot of echo and any noise travels through to the bedrooms. There is also no door between the kitchen and the living area.
Other than that it is a stylish villa in a nice location.

All was great. One recommendation would be to provide a starter kit. (soap, sponge, 1 bottle of water, dish soap). Helps when arriving late.

Wonderful stay...
I can not recommend this villa highly enough. The villa is stunning, location perfect and attention to detail fantastic. We had a wonderful week at this villa with three small children (3,5&8yrs). The grass area is perfect for playing, the pool a great size and adults and children all enjoyed themselves hugely.
Contact with the owner and property manager were also incredible. Quick, easy and always helpful.
We are already thinking of booking again...

Tolles Haus mit Pool und Wiese
Alles verlief reibungslos, und wenn Hilfe benötigt wurde, kam unsere freundliche Ansprechpartnerin sofort vorbei.
Die drei Schlafzimmer liegen alle im Erdgeschoss, zwei haben einen Ausgang zum Garten.
Es ist alles gut durchdacht. Zur Halbzeit - wir waren eine Woche zu Gast - wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Strandtücher muss man natürlich wie überall selber mitbringen.
Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Absolut zu empfehlen.

Stunning
We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this villa in Binibequer Vell at the start of September.
Wonderful finish, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location itself is about a good 5 minute walk to the nearest rocky beach and about 15 minute walk to the sandy beaches of Binibequer.
The pool was stunning, cleaned regularly and a wonderful temperature. The lights to the pool would also come on in the evening to give a gorgeous view over the garden.
I can't rate this place highly enough and hope to book again here next year.

VILLA IN BINIBECA.
The villa has been completally refurbished and the beds are ally new. The equipment is all of a high standard and showerrooms are of of high quality. The location is lovely and very relaxing a BINIBECA is a great place to visit. There is a local supermarket and a LIDLE's only 24 mins away which is much better value. The only down sides make sure you check location on googke maps as sat nav will not locate both mine and hire car. Also there were only sheet covering on beds so we did get cold a couple of nights and there were no blankets available. That said we highley recomend this villa

Lovely villa. Perfect home away!
Had a wonderful week at the villa. Perfect for a family with young children. The girls loved playing in the garden and in the pool. Being unheated, the water was fresh, to say the least but that was to be expected for the time of year. It was clean and well maintained and the grounds immaculate.
The villa is situated in the perfect spot. Binibequer Vel is a beautiful location. So quiet and picturesque.
The villa is a short stroll from the ocean and a whole range of amenities. Good shops, beach and restaurants just a walk away.
Spacious and clean too, with kitchen and utility facilities all good too.
All in all, an excellent villa and we would love to return sometime.
My only suggestion would be that the beds could do with updating, as we found the beds quite uncomfortable which led to us feeling achey and not as rested as hoped.
All in all though, I would highly recommend this villa. Thank you. We had a great time.

Wonderful!
Just returned from our holiday and we all had a fabulous time! This villa is ideal and has everything you need. It is in a great location a short walk to the shops and restaurants. My two boys who are 4 and 8 had a brilliant time in the pool and playing football in the large garden as they had so much space. I feel it's great for all ages but especially if you have children who love to have lots of space to play outdoors. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful area in Minorca. I booked in quite a rush as needed a week away. I should have researched a bit more in regards to when things open up, date wise. I think I was a week early. May onwards is when it starts I think.
The house was lovely and has great internet which was very useful on rainy cold days. Would have been much better if we had had the nicer weather so we could have used the pool but you can’t control that it’s just luck of the draw. The uk was 20-25 c and we had 16 and rain for a few days 🤣
It would have been useful to have some sort of info pack in the villa or taxi number and info on restaurants.
On the whole it’s a beautiful area with a stunning beach 5 mins stroll away, lovely fish restaurants and a great friendly bar up the steps behind the spa shop. I would definitely stay here again.
