With an ideal setting for a memorable family holiday, this gorgeous beachside home caters perfectly for up to 8 guests in complete style and comfort. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely elevated position which captures the cooling ocean breezes and is within a short stroll of Sunrise Beach.
Shrouded with complete privacy in a serene garden setting, the home is fully fenced with electronic gated entry. The heated in-ground pool allows for year-round swimming in warmth and comfort. Soak up the sun on the poolside deck chairs while the kids have endless fun and enjoyment in the pool.
Expansive verandas wrap around 3 sides of the home offering an abundance of outdoor areas to sit and chat or relax and unwind. The large undercover patio offers an excellent option for alfresco dining and family BBQ's.
Internally, the home is very spacious with plenty of natural light creating a beautiful ambience. The 2 separate living areas provide informal and formal living and dining, both complimented by high quality furnishings and air-conditioning for additional comfort. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and also features a butler's pantry.

The home comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The master bedroom boasts a generous ensuite and air-conditioning. The extra large garage easily accommodates 2 vehicles and also doubles as a games room. So, if you would like to bring along your boat, trailer or jet-ski, there is certainly plenty of space to safely park them.

We had a great stay at this property! Communication prior and during was quick and accurate. The two big living areas was great as we were 2 x families of four so plenty of space to spread out. Heated pool was great for the kids. Easy walking distance to playground and beach. Lovely quiet spot. Thank you Jason for a perfect winter weather escape!

Great basic property for a family getaway. Only feedback is that the electric bbq doesn’t get very hot so it’s not really suitable to cook a larger family meal.

Just perfect. This property is huge and has everything you need to accommodate a large family. Communication with host was easy going and informative. The only thing I would fault is the super hard mattress in the main bedroom. Everything else was wonderfully amazing.

Beautiful house with plenary of room for big family. Clean and tidy. Great pool for a refresh in a hot day. Property manager Jason was very helpful, friendly and easy to get hold of with quick replies to any queries.

We had an amazing time at Noosa and our accommodation was excellent. My son was in the pool within 10 minutes of arriving and every day we stayed there! The location was very close to shops and Noosa Junction and was very east to find. We will definitely be back and will stay there next time.

The host was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions, the house was better than expected. Close to the local beach and only a few mins drive from Noosa Heads! The pool was a hit with the kids!!!

This was a good place to stay in Noosa for a family with plenty of space to relax and a heated pool. The beds do need to be updated as they were not comfortable. The host was quick to respond when we arrived and the keys provided did not open the property.

Beds were very comfortable, the light selection of staple items in the pantry was perfect to assist with cooking meals, there was plenty of room for family members to spread out and relax in different areas of the home despite there being only my Mum and I. What a pity we couldn't enjoy the pool during one of the heaviest winter storms in ages!

The property was presented immaculately. We had been on her road travelling and needed a place to have some time out. Jason responded quickly to all my enquires and questions and was a great help. Everything was super easy. The house had everything we needed and the kids really appreciated the warm pool and the table tennis table. Lots of fun!

A very clean and very spacious property. It was relaxing, where everyone could come together but also have time and space alone if they needed it. The pool was a great place to enjoy and have fun together and the shade cloth was a great addition. No one got burned.

What a fabulous property! So much room. Modern and easy to keep clean. I loved sitting outside surrounded by the beautiful garden of amazing trees and having a coffee before anyone else was up, just watching the bird life and taking it in. The pool is a must, the kids and adults alike spent a great deal of time in the pool. No one could possibly be disappointed with this property!!!

This was a great holiday , made easy from the get go, Jason was very helpful and prompt with his correspondence. The property itself was very comfortable and clean with great amenities. Unfortunately the weather was not as favourable as we hoped so we didn’t use the pool . But could imagine if it had been sunny we would have been in plenty . The layout of the property was great very spacious and if you rented this with a larger group of people there is plenty of room . I would love to comeback abs rent this property again

Communication with the property manager was excellent. The property was sparkling clean & had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, and there was plenty of room for our extended family. It's about a 10-min walk to Sunrise Beach & a drive everywhere else. There's a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed, and coffee in walking distance! Thanks for making it easy for our little trip.

Well maintained, very clean and nicely furnished and set up well for a family with a child safety gate to the stairs and high chair to use. Lovely outdoor area and nice pool. Good location close to the beach and Noosa in a quiet street.
