PERSONAL ATENTO Y AMABLE, TIENES AGUA EN BOTELLAS DE 1/2 LITRO SIN COSTO... LIMPIO , CAMAS, EL BAÑO Y TOALLAS IMPECABLE, BUENA UBICACIÓN... LUGAR TRANQUILO... EL WIFI..COMO AVIÓN.... ESTACIONAMIENTO...

Demora en el desayuno... porque solo 2 personas lo preparan y sirven...SIN FRUTA... LOS QUE LLEGAN PRIMERO CONSUMEN LAS GALLETAS QUE ESTAN EN EL MESÓN Y SIN REPOSICION PARA EL RESTO DE PASAJEROS. ...T. V CABLE NUNCA FUNCIONÓ, POR MI CAMBIO DE HORARIO IBA AL REVES Y QUERIA VER UNA PELI ...NO PUDE 😅...pero sirvió para salir a caminar..... Buena ubicacioon

Desayuno normal, la habitacion normal, relacion precio-calidad esta bien, la zona es muy turistica y los edificios son historicos es bastante bonito, cerca de zonas turisticas, tiene una terrza hermosa con vista al volcan de agua.

la habitacion es pequena pero para dos personas es comoda, entonces todo bien, el personal trato de cobrarme x la habitacion 7 cuando iba de salida, salimos a las 5 am ya que el vuelo salia temprano, un senor me dijo q tenia q cancelar el resto de la habitacion 7 y yo estaba en la 4 y pague desde que llegue al hotel, me parecio bastante feo eso.

Simple and convenient choice!

Good location, our own terrace was great and we had a great view on the mountain from there. The beds were convenient, breakfast was the classic Guatemalan one and the staff were really helpful. We had wifi as well. The place was close enough to everything relevant for us and we loved the shared rooftop for picture taking.

It was a bit narrow in the room, since it was the four of us with luggage, but the terrace did help a lot.

Ok hotel

Good breakfast the first morning I was there for some reason it was different the second morning, no cooked items, not sure why.

A lot of noise got into the room because the window did not seal well. Noise during the day from the sitting area outside the room. The curtains were too small for the window, for some reason there was clear curtain in the middle that let light in.

Loved the terrace and the views and easy access to your room

The breakfast was terrible , served us the first day when the hotel was busy when we were the last people left in the hotel they just left bread on the table for us to eat , very unacceptable since hotel advertises breakfast included ,was expected to be included .
