Charming, fresh, clean and comfortable room with great breakfast and lovely hosts.

The charming four poster bed, fresh feel of the room, excellent organisation of breakfast timing, good home cooked food and friendly staff

Excellent will return again

New owners had big boots to fill when they took over from the previous owners, and have managed to do it seamlessly. Very approachable and friendly owners, had some lovely late evening conversations with a glass of wine, with them which was very nice. Fantastic breakfast and lovely clean rooms as before.

Nothing that needs to be mentioned here. Any little niggles were immediately addressed. Very Professional, but with a homely touch.

Clean, comfortable, well situated and friendly hosts

Very clean and tidy. A warm welcome form the hosts and the bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast - very well cooked and portions were generous. The town centre is just a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very friendly and my stay was only for one night but I would not hesitate to return.

All Good

Everything was first rate - the family owner's were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were nicely cooked to order each day and well presented. I look forward to staying there again.

Sadly the weather was against me the week of my stay but Tourist Information just round the corner and the Coast Hopper bus with stops nearby provided plenty of opportunity to explore. Didn't have time for the steam railway trip so maybe next time.....

A very pleasant short stay

A very good breakfast freshly cooken and wide range of cereals. Central position for town and beach. Very friendly and welcoming family business.

It’s our 3rd visit to Minehead, we love coming here and next time it will be the Waverley guest house. Great little town, everything here for your needs.

A nice place in a good location; very good breakfast

Very good breakfast. We were reasonably comfortable, and it was quiet overnight. Everything was very clean. Parking was on the street, but we didn't have any problems getting a spot right outside the front. The television was a bit small, but worked well.

The beds were a bit hard and the pillows a bit thin.

I liked the 24hour access to our room. It was in good access to the town centre and the beach.

The bath and shower were separate to our room, however we had the whole floor to ourselves during our stay.

The best value B&B in the area, top quality and a great base for our cycling holiday on Exmoor.

A really good B&B with all we needed at the best price in the area at the time we were there. Waverley is quiet, and very well situated in walking distance of the town centre and the seafront. Very friendly staff and management - we would stay again without question.

There was nothing we did not like.

A superb location. Friendly owner. A good breakfast included. Good shower. All in all excellent value for money.

A lovely few days

The breakfast is amazing! The property is close to everything but on a lovely quiet street. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others.

This property is falsely advertised. There must be laws against this misrepresentation.

Room with Private Bathroom - this is false advertising. It was a shared bathroom and shared toilet. The cost through booking.com was higher than the rates listed in the B&B.

Excellent location for staying a few days in Minehead

Very friendly staff, comfy room, excellent cooked breakfast, and good location in the center of Minehead. Would certainly stay again!

A short but perfect stay

Breakfast was brilliant and I required Gluten Free bread which was purchased for me. All ingredients were checked in the kitchen before cooking to ensure that all was well. I was extremely impressed.

The owners were very friendly. Rooms very clean. And breakfast very tasty. Also in a great location. Only meters from the beach.

Very small rooms with no private bathroom. But that’s a very minor complaint.
