The 2 hectare property is fully fenced, which gives parents great peace, because children can not get out ... In short .. vacation without worrying for your toddlers .. !!
The house consists of:

. Large fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, 5 burner stove / gas oven, microwave, bateur, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee makers and all utensils needed for cooking.
. 1 double bedroom (1.35 x 1.90 m bed)
. 1 double bedroom (2 single beds 0,90 x 1,90 m,)
. Lounge, with 3 sofas (2, 3 and 4 seats), plasma screen TV, DVD player with video library (in Spanish, but you can bring children's favorite movies), and wifi internet.
. 2 Bathrooms with shower.
- Floor:
. 1 double bedroom (1.50 x 1.90 m bed)
. 1 double bedroom (2 single beds 0,90 x 1,90 m.)
. 1 attic (6 futon beds, 20-25 cm high, 0.90 x 1.90 m.)
. 1 toilet (WC + washbasin).
OUTSIDE:
- Private pool and fenced (entrance door with lock, to prevent accidents of children), surrounded by large terrace with sun loungers, shower, basements and night lighting.
- Barbecue area with large stone table placed under the shade of a large walnut.
The little ones, can practice sports in a big playground, equipped with football cages, basquet basket, and badminton net .. We also provide rackets and balls / balls for all games .. !! Great for kids and teens .. !!
Our little holidaymakers also have bicycles, petanque, big foosball, and swings ... All at no extra cost !!
This house is an optimal solution for those who wish to escape from the city and spend a relaxing holiday under the banner of maximum tranquility in a holiday resort in search of sun.
This is a farmhouse located in a large property, far from noise and crowds, but at the same time close to services (7 kms.): Train station, large supermarket (no parking problems), health center, creeks, etc ... ..
We are placed in a strategic place: half an hour from Port Adventure World (the theme park with the highest mountain in Europe ... Hearts proof .. !!), 10 minutes from the marvelous coves of L'Ametlla de Mar, 20 minutes from the Natural Park of Delta Ebro and only 1.5 hours from Barcelona (not to be missed .. !!)
The small fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar is 7 kms. away from the house (10 minutes by car ..).
This village is very well placed in the very heart of the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta, where you can contemplate the most beautiful landscapes: rice fields changing according to the seasons, see geese nesting in the natural environment, discover the old buildings typical of the Delta, go hiking ... enjoy the best dishes, such as eel, octopus, rice, so typical in the Delta, or taste the real bluefin tuna of the Mediterranean.
The region of the Baix Ebre shows a mosaic of contrasts OEM HUB OEM OFFSET from three natural elements that give life to the territory: the river, the sea and the mountains.
