About this villa rental
Beautiful, newly built villa Bergena with a large swimming pool (58m2) is located in a quiet part of the fourth Pomer, 1.5 kilometers from the center of Medulin and provides an ideal holiday for family and friends.
The villa has a 26 m² covered and glazed terrace which offers a beautiful panorama to Medulin and Pomer bay and the center of Medulin.
The villa is detached and offers 170m² of space for 8 persons. It has 3 bathrooms (2 showers + 1 bath) and three bedrooms with beds: a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and 2 beds (90x200 cm) and 2 beds (90x200 cm) with the capability to double bed. The living room provides a comfortable seating area with sofa bed (170 x 200 cm). The kitchen has a dinning room and is equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The house also has a summer kitchen (30m2), which has wooden benches, a large wooden table and a fireplace for a cozy ambience.
The building is air-conditioned with two air conditioners.
The entire outdoor including swimming pool, outdoor shower, garden and barbecue is intended for the use of guests, and provides complete privacy. There are three guest parking spaces directly on the spot.
The villa is near the beautiful bay of Pomer, just 800 meters from the nearest beach. There are other beaches in Medulin, Premantura and the nature park Kamenjak. There is a large supermarket 800 meters from the apartment. Nearby are many restaurants and bars for entertainment. Guests who are sports enthusiasts can find a wide range of activities in Medulin and Premantura, such as diving, tennis and surfing. You can rent bicycles, mopeds or boat at the local level. In the evening, you can listen to live music on various terraces, while concerts and film festivals held in the amphitheater in Pula.

Sehr nette Vermieter mit Kinderfreundlicher Ausstattung und großen Pool
Danke Marino dass wir die zwei Wochen in deiner Villa verbringen konnten.Wir haben uns wir Zuhause gefühlt. Es hat an nix gefehlt. Die Küche ist mehr als Komplett ausgestattet und wer will kann sogar Kuchen backen. Es standen Kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank bereit, sowie ein kostenfreier Wasserspender mit genügend Reservekanister Wasser für zwei Wochen. Genauso wie der tolle Grillplatz der mit Kohle und Holz zusätzlich ausgestattet war ohne hier extra einkaufen gehen zu müssen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war spitze. Wir können diese FeWo nur jeden ans HERZ legen.

Erholungsurlaub an einem ruhigen Ort
Die Reservierung verlief sehr schnell und problemlos. Kontaktmöglichkeiten zum Vermieter waren gegeben und eine Antwort erhielt man zügig. Der Check-In war innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt und wir erfreuten uns über das sehr saubere Haus und Anwesen. Die gesamt Ausstattung im Haus war überragend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht von der Veranda über den riesigen Pool auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir können die Villa jedem herzlich weiterempfehlen.

Super Haus in super Lage
Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Anliegerstraße, dadurch sehr ruhig. Und trotzdem zentral: Medulin, Pula, und auch Rovinj etc. durch gute Anbindung leicht zu erreichen. Schöner grosser Garten mit grossem, warmen Pool. Besonders gut hat uns die überdachte Terrasse gefallen - diese wurde schnell zum Mittelpunkt für uns, man hat einen schönen Panoramablick aufs Meer, gleichzeitig die Kinder im Pool im Blick, und bei Wind oder abends wenn die Mücken kommen sollten kann man die Fenster zuziehen - richtig praktisch! Das Haus selber top ausgestattet, alles wirkt wie neu, wirklich herausragend, das haben wir noch in keinem Haus vorher so erlebt! Vom "Sandwickmaker" , "Smoothiemaker", Tresor, bis hin zu diversen Wasserspielzeugen, Tischtennis, Dart, Kicker, etc.... dazu auf beiden Etagen Klimaanlage, Mückengitter vor allen Fenstern, beheizte Gartendusche und und und...
Und dann noch sehr nette Vermieter, immer schnell erreichbar, und sehr hilfsbereit. Man hatte absolut das angenehme Gefühl Gast zu sein, und nicht Kunde - kurzum: wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus allen empfehlen, die sich sorgenfrei entspannen wollen!

Tolles Haus
Wir sind vom Ferienhaus super begeistert gewesen. Sehr sauber und alles wichtige war im Haus . Zusätzlich gab es ganz viele Freizeitbeschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, vom Bällesortiment, Kartenspielen, PlayStation usw. . Der Pool war riesig und auch hier war von der Luftmatratze, Schwimmflügel bis zum Ball alles vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos, sogar kalt gestellte Getränke als Willkommensgeschenk, waren im Kühlschrank.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe sehr viele.
Nur abends hat die Stadt nicht viel zu bieten.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne nochmal wieder.

Fantastic holiday-house.
We had a wonderful stay in this large and well equipped house, with a fantastic view to the sea and placed in very silent surroundings. Everything we needed for a 8 month old baby and 5 adults was there, and the owners were the most pleasant people, you can imagine. We can only recommend this house to everyone.

Great Holidays
Really nice villa with superb view and pool. The villa is on top of a small hill with a wide view over the sea and we especially enjoyed the "terrace" which can be in the evening completely closed.
We missed nothing in the equipment, everything was there especially for the kids to play something. And the pool is really great with it's size, we all 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) had a lot of fun with it :-)
Not to forget, it was perfectly clean and the landlords were really very nice with a perfect service. @Marino: the oil and vine were perfect :-) we will come back one day...

Sehr gute Ausstattung und tolle Sicht auf die Bucht von Medulin/Pomer
Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Personen im Haus, vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir haben besonders die große überdachte Terrasse genutzt. Auch der Außenbereich bietet viel Platz und einen sehr großen Pool, Grillplatz, sowie Schaukel, Basketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin für die Kinder.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben sich um alle Fragen und Anliegen sofort gekümmert.
Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen rundherum wohl gefühlt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gorgeous villa, lovely location
We booked this as a treat for the family (4 adults) and it certainly did not disappoint. Lovely views out over the bay and a beautiful villa, immaculately clean and finished to a high spec. Lots of thoughtful touches inside and the pool and outdoor games (table tennis/basketball and many more) were a big hit. Short drive to Pula and lots to do in the area.

Excellent well maintained villa in a wonderful location
The villa is of a 5 start standard and includes many extras you usually only get in hotels not in rental properties. Abundant towels, toiletries, the water cooler, very high standard of fitting and one of the most thoughtful hosts I have had the pleasure of meeting. Marino and his family went that extra mile to make our trip enjoyable. Despite our late arrival due to a delayed flight they met us at the local Lidl to take us to the villa. The bottles of wine and beer was much appreciated and was the prompt responses to a couple of minor issues. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Einfach perfekt!
Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist super-nur ein Nachbar und ein toller Blick aufs Meer. Das Pool ist wirklich gross, Outdoor-Dusche ist auch vorhanden. Der Grillplatz sehr gemütlich! Es sieht wirklich alles so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter sind extrem bemüht, sehr freundlich und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir waren zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder) und es war für uns perfekt!

Fantastiskt hus som har allt!
Detta är ett jättefint hus som har allt man behöver. Vi reste hit, två barnfamiljer. Yngsta barnet under 1 år och älsta 10 år. Alla var nöjda och paret som äger huset var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga.
Poolen är stor och alla älskade den.
Vi hittade en stenstrand på gångavstånd. Annars gjorde vi utflykter till andra ständer.

Excellent Villa
My wife and I and our two boys (men) 19 and 21, thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The villa is lovely, with a great pool and large garden including a table tennis table (that got plenty of use) and basketball hoop. The view is great and the villa has everything you need. The towns of Pula ( with ampittheatre worth seeing) Medulin and Pomerania are all a short drive away. We used Taxi service £6-7 from Medulin in the evenings so we could all have a drink. Very relaxing Villa, loved it.

one word: Incredible
we had the the pleasure of being the very first guests at this really wonderful house. It is excellent positioned on a litte hill with a perfect view. The hosts spend a lot of thoughts into designing, constructing and decorating the house, just perfect.
There is one single neighbour and no other house around and we just loved it!!!!!
Whatever you would ask me I would not be able to name anything negative at all. We hope and whish them that the house will be treated by the people moving in like their own to ensure that it is like this for years.
Medulin is a appr. 5 Minute drive with large supermarkets (Plodine & Lidl). There are a lot of beaches near by but I promise you that you will like the pool.
High quality furniture, air condition everywhere, mosikto nets on each window, etc. etc. - lots of toys for the kids in the garden, ..... really nothing negative etc. at all and we stayed in quite a huge number of houses with our 3 kids already. This was by far the best one.
Plus very lovely and sympatic hosts.
We will come back this is for sure!!!!!
