Ótimo custo benefício, podem se hospedar sem medo
Funcionários educados e prestativos, café da manhã simples porém muito gostoso, a pousada é perto de tudo, foi uma experiência bacana.

Fator positivo é a Localização.
Deixo minha avaliação baseada no valor pago proporcionalmente ao que é oferecido nesta instalação. Sou viajante frequente, inclusive para cidades litorâneas com mesmo volume de demanda ou mais e o valor pago pela hospedagem já foi assustador. Óbvio que vi que vários locais praticam um preço abusivo em Porto seguro quando pesquisei, mas optei por esse local após ver as fotos da acomodação e a localização que me atendia para essa passagem à trabalho, porém a hospedagem ( quarto, área de piscina e dependências comuns ) não condiz com as fotos apresentadas. No quarto piso com aspecto sujo, cama de casal extremamente pequena, Tv pequena e somente com 2 canais abertos, banheiro péssimo, pia antiga ( Nada a ver com a foto), obra no local com pessoas falando alto e utilização de maquinário barulhento na alta temporada e por fim um café da manhã simplesmente Ridículo por R$600,00 reais a diária poderiam no mínimo preparar um café com maior variedade. Eu acredito que as pessoas não reclamam pq ficam constrangidas, mas volto a dizer, proporcional ao custo da Diária (Valor de diária de Mercure nas grandes capitais com serviço de alto padrão ) essa instalação não merece mais que uma avaliação sincera! Tenho compromisso breve na cidade, com equipe e jamais me hospedaria novamente neste local. Espero colaborar com quem quer uma hospedagem condizente com o que está pagando e com os administradores que possam pensar melhor nos aspectos citados acima afim de oferecer uma melhor experiência para seus clientes.

Melhor localização de porto.
Pousada super bem localizada. Pertinho da passarela do álcool. Fomos várias vezes a Arraial d'ajuda sem precisar de carro, pois fica próximo a balsa que nos leva até o povoado. Seu Ataide foi muito simpático nos dando informações importantes sobre o lugar e os passeios, inclusive realizamos, a partir da sua indicação, o passeio de quadriciclo e foi muito bom. Não alugamos carro e foi uma ótima escolha, pois o trânsito da cidade é caótico. Fizemos muitos trajetos de uber, inclusive o do aeroporto-pousada, pousada-axe moi, pousada toatoa, dentre outros.

Cuidado em todos os detalhes. Atendimento excelente principalmente do Ataíde e da Lili.
O banheiro era um pouco apertado mas nada que atrapalhasse a minha estadia. Voltaria e recomendaria.

Superb
This is a very good hotel, with a very good breakfast, good internet speed, the pool area is very nice and relaxing. Ataide, the receptionist of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull, thank you for all the help! The location is amazing, very central with easy access to everywhere.
As I was working from there, just missed having a desk in the room, so I had to work from the breakfast area (when was quiete) or around the pool area (that was amazing, but the internet conection wasnt stable from there) apart of this, it was everything perfect.

You can do worse in Porot Seguro
There was a really decent breakfast for the price I payed. The room was ok although I didn't manage to make the AC work. The place is located quite centrally within PS without being right in the busy part.
Customer service could have been a bit better although that was maybe down to shyness of communicating with people that don't have perfect Portuguese yet. The price they quoted on the door was quite a bit higher than on booking. Had to book through the app to get that price.
