Ein Hotel fast ohne richtige Rezeption und Kunden Betreuung

Die zentrale Lage!

Einchecken war nicht so gut...wir waren müde von der Reise wollten wir einchecken um 14 Uhr, aber das konnten wir erst um 17 Uhr . Um 17 Uhr hatte die Rezeption auf gehabt .... es war super schlecht, weil wir wollten unser Gepäck in Hotel lassen. Beim auschecken das selbe . Die Rezeption macht zu um 11 Uhr und um 17 Uhr erst mal auf... unsrer zug war um 15 Uhr. Schrecklich... Also wir müssten mit unserem Gepäck durch der Stadt Spazierengehen....So was hatte ich nie gesehen in seit 30 Jahre reisen.... Wir werden nie in diesem Hotel buchen. Ganz schlechte Erfahrungen!

Unterm Strich hat dann doch alles geklappt, und ich habe etwas gelernt ... für's nächste Mal. :-)

Die Lage nah an der Altstadt war für mich sehr vorteilhaft. Alles war unkompliziert, von der Reisevorbereitung, über die Erinnerungen per Mail, als auch beim Einchecken. Das Parkhaus nebenan war eine sehr gute Lösung, um das Auto in der Innenstadt so nah bei der Unterkunft abstellen zu können. Dass das auch einen Haken hatte war mir nicht klar (siehe nächsten Punkt).

Nach dem Einchecken musste ich nochmal mit dem Auto vor die Stadt fahren. Leider war das Parkhaus bei meiner Rückkehr am späteren Abend geschlossen. Einen Hinweis auf eine Möglichkeit das Tor zu öffnen habe ich nicht gefunden. Wenn man sich als unvorbereiteter Ortsunkundiger dann ein noch offenes Parkhaus suchen muss ist das etwas stressig. Vor dem Termin am nächsten Morgen das Gepäck frühzeitig genug dorthin tragen zu müssen war auch nicht bequem. Es wäre gut die Gäste beim Einchecken nochmal auf die Öffnungszeiten des Parkhauses hinzuweisen.

Locatie is prima. Dichtbij het centrum. Parkeren ook goed geregeld.

Geen tegenvaller. Je krijgt waarvoor het betaald.. Heel basic, maar voldoet.

Very simple but decent breakfast. The check-in with the machine went smooth.

The room was also very simple and relatively clean, but would have expected the price to be slightly lower based on the quality of the facilities and cleanliness of the room and hotel.

Gute Wahl für eine Kurzreise nach Aachen

Lage und Zimmer ok Hilfsbereites Team im Hotel

Am Check in Automat wurde nur eine Zahlung für eine Nacht abgebucht. Nach der Zahlung des Restbetrages änderte sich der Zimmercode. Problem wurde von der Mitarbeiterin aber gut gelöst.

Niets, werkelijk waar niets.

Chloorhanddoeken. Vieze douche en toilet. Geen personeel. Met een automaat inchecken, werkt NIET. De prijs is teveel voor wat je krijgt. Advies: leg wat extra geld neer en ga naar Novotel, vlak ernaast.

Cheap solution, 5 minutes away from the centre - by foot. Also the internal parking is certainly a plus!

I had a feeling the location was not the best, but again the low cost overcomes the rest.

It's close to the central station I walked 15mins from the central station. There are bus station close by. Lovely staff. Good location. Had a private shower and WC.

The room was not clean when I arrived. So I had to change my room. Rooms are not noise proof.

Very good

A great location for exploring Aachen, just a short walk from the Cathedral. No noise from the busy roads outside, we slept well. Good basic accommodation.

No kettle in the room and the hot drinks machine by the reception wasn't working.
