This stay was extremely disappointing given the cost and
The agent was responsive to all our concerns.
The house has not been deeply cleaned for some time. The oven was left greasy and dirty as was the area around the washer dryer.. mold in the washing machine. Due to the lack of cleanliness, I asked that the cleaning people be brought in a few days after our arrival. Even though the house was unclean upon our arrival, my credit card was charged $175.00 for one hour if cleaning. This change should never have happened. We cut our stay short by one week due to the discomfort with the overall lack of upkeep and lack of cleanliness.
