Un soggiorno splendido <3

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per due notti nell'appartamento Premesan 3, un tipico monolocale di montagna che mi ha regalato un'esperienza davvero speciale. L'atmosfera rustica e accogliente, caratteristica delle abitazioni alpine, si percepisce sin dall'ingresso. Gli arredi in legno e i dettagli semplici ma curati creano un ambiente caldo e perfetto per chi vuole staccare dalla frenesia della città. Per quanto riguarda il sonno... beh, non ho dormito così bene da tanto tempo! Sicuramente sarà stata anche la stanchezza delle giornate trascorse all'aria aperta, ma i piumotti soffici e caldi sono stati una vera coccola. Non posso non menzionare la possibilità di oscurare completamente la stanza: un dettaglio che ha fatto la differenza. La notte ho dormito come un sasso, e la mattina ho potuto godermi il giusto risveglio, con i raggi di sole che entravano gradualmente nella stanza, ma mai in modo fastidioso. È stato davvero un risveglio piacevole e rilassante. La posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta. In pochi passi mi ritrovavo al Bar Bormio per un caffè mattutino e, con una breve passeggiata, attraversavo il paese fino a raggiungere gli impianti di risalita. La comodità di avere tutto a portata di mano, senza dover utilizzare la macchina, è impagabile. Ideale sia per chi vuole rilassarsi, sia per chi vuole dedicarsi allo sport e alle attività all’aperto. Insomma, è stata una vera oasi di tranquillità e comfort in montagna. Se state cercando un luogo dove riposare bene, svegliarvi rilassati e avere tutte le attrazioni principali a pochi passi, Premesan 3 è davvero il top! Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.

Un piccolo suggerimento: ho notato che il gradino esterno alla porta è piuttosto stretto, e all'inizio non me lo aspettavo, rischiando di inciampare un paio di volte. Forse potrebbe essere utile aggiungere un piccolo segnale di avviso per rendere l'accesso ancora più sicuro e comodo. Grazie!

Position is amazing, right in the city center. The room was very clean and Luca (the owner) very kind and helpful

if I need to find something negative probably only the Wi-Fi missing

The location which is in the center. Also, the communication with the host was very helpful and efficient.

The corridors inside the building were quite dark.

staying in center of Bormio with atmosphere

very nice location in restructured building in old center of Bormio, appartment is furnished with absolutely everything, incl. dishwasher, washing maschine, microwave, hairdryer, etc., etc. Luca the owner is extremly friendly and supportive and keeps contact by short messages to make sure everything is fine and runs well....outstanding customer care!!

Superb

Propriety was newly decorated, clean, spacious and with all one could need. In the centre of Bormio, near shops, restaurants and bars as well as the ski facilities. Great view over the slopes from the balcony and windows.

The place could benefit from a reading lamp. We could not always find parking spaces nearby. Noisy at night as close to some of the town's bar, noise were experienced when people left the bars until approximately 2am.

Great apartment and would stay again!

The host was very friendly, gave us contact details if we needed anything. We were also able to use washing machine which was a big help! Fantastic apartment and in the perfect location!

We didn't dislike anything!
