The accommodation is in a great location with superb views and access to the beach. It was great value for money however a little neglected with some needed maintenance and cleaning in the room and no information about services within the room or nearby.... But we really enjoyed our stay

Nice unit

Right on the beach, there are other units there as well. Nicely appointed, wifi (paid) hot shower. Room was serviced even though we were there only 30 hours. It's right opposite bnt tyre repairs if you are trying to find it. On low tide you can wade out and stand on the reef. Perfect for fishing or snorkeling. We saw whales.

Poor communication. Took too long to respond. They said they could order us a shuttle if we needed it.0 When I ordered a shuttle through them, I never heard back. When we landed there was no transport for us. Someone kindly ordered a taxi for us. Obnoxious dog, kept at us all the time for attention. Sitting outside waiting for us. Mouldy silicone in shower

Very nice appartment but be careful with the cockroaches

Very nice apartment in Tupapa next to a lonely beach and near Avarua town (4 km). It is perfect for enjoy intimacy and romantic place. You have a full equiped kitchen and the entire appartment with a terrace and magnific views in the same beach.

The cleaning is poor and there are many insects and cockroaches. You have to hide all the food in the fridge if you don't want ants and other insects to eat it. The TV doesn't work even though we called to fix it. The wind broke the glass of the door and despite being an accident they charged us 100 dollars. The beach is pebble, swimming is not recommended (because of the sharks) and you can't see the sunset. It does not specify if the water is drinkable or not, but it is recommended to ask because you may have to go to refill the bottles at the filling stations.

the service was great from the reception and also the mama/aunty that came in to the reception, very welcoming.

what's there not to like, it was a short stay I'd love to come here again

Excellent location. Very peaceful, few people as the beach is rather rocky and wild. Friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing to see humpback whales breaching on front of acomadation

The veiw was amazing, staff were very freindy, and acomadation was clean and nice

That I had to leave to go home 😎
