Private terrace with nice porch perfect to enjoy an evening by candlelight, also small and cosy private garden. Communal swimming pool just 10 steps away, with beautiful views of the sea and Puerto de la Cruz.
We have a king size bed (180 cm) with a top quality mattress, which makes for a good night's sleep. In the living room we also have a sofa bed for two people with a high quality mattress.

A beautiful apartment furnished with great attention to detail and great facilities. The location of the apartment is quiet with a beautiful view. You can walk to Loro Parque in a few minutes. The terrace and garden invite you to relax and the pool to cool off. Apartment and facility are very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it.

Das Appartement von Vanessa und Ivan ist einfach ein Traum! Die liebevolle Einrichtung , bis ins kleinste Detail, und die traumhafte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Die Terrasse ist der Mittelpunkt dieses Appartments und hat uns viele schöne Stunden und Yogazeiten beschert.

My husband and I enjoyed 6+ weeks at this property and we were not disappointed. Communication with the owner(s) was quick and easy. We were very comfortable there and the condo is cozy; the pictures are accurate. During our time there we cooked most of our meals but did manage a dinner out per week as well as the occasional lunch. We didn't mind the walk up the hill at all and usually our walks involved a trip to Playa de Martiánez and beyond. We had a car to explore the island more and enjoyed many hikes in the area. We do plan on returning to Tenerife and highly recommend this property. :)

Ein echtes Zuhause
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich perfekt und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt und wären nach den 4 Wochen gerne noch geblieben. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit . Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, Für uns ist sicher: wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und mit aparten Dekorationen eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (nur über ein Brotmesser und ein Geschirrtuch hätten wir uns noch gefreut). Auf der gemütlichen Terrasse gab es stimmungsvolle Kerzen und Meerblick. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und liebevoll mit Blüten dekoriert. Auch die Wohnanlage und der Pool wurden täglich gereinigt. Es war tagsüber und nachts sehr ruhig und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen in Los Organos sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Apartemwnt für den Urlaub zu zweit
Vanesse und Ivan waren sehr freundlich, wenngleich die Kommunikation wegen Corona nur über Mail stattfand. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Ganz wichtig: Ein ordentliches Bett. Wir haben schon in so vielen schlechten Betten in Ferienwohnungen gelegen. Dies hier zählt definitiv nicht dazu. Ein dickes Plus!

Eine geschmackvolle Wohnung mit Traumblick
Die Wohnung ist klein, modern eingerichtet aber sehr gemütlich. Alles ist top sauber.
Die Terrasse ist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt dieser Wohnung.
Man sitzt zu jeder Tageszeit geschützt und schaut auf den kleinen Garten, den Pool und den Atlantik.
Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr bequem und es ist genügend Platz für Kleidung.
Das Einzige was den Urlaub getrübt hat, sind die bellenden Hunde auf der gegenüberliegeden Strassenseite.

Surfing in puerto de la cruz tricky due to hidden rocks but at the bottom of the hill where this property is a wonderful steak restaurant offering views out to sea to show you what surf you might be missing! Owners so friendly and help, always contactable for advice and support. Cant fault.

Wunderschönes Appartement
Alles war perfekt, die Wohnung ist liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtet, Küche ist mit jedem erdenklichem Gegenstand bestückt, Sitzplatz mit kleinem Garten. Die Vermieterin äusserst freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Wir haben unsere Ferien genossen.

Lovely apartment
We loved to stay there! Quit and outside of Puerto but in a walking distance (2km). The Apartment was well equipped with a great sense of decoration. Every single morning we had our breakfast on the terrace. Vanessa took care of everything! Chhecking in and out has been easy. We hiked up the Teide, liked Garachico (Le Patisserie!), the trail around Chinyero, a day at the closest beach in Puerto and a daily quick dip in the pool right outside of the apartment. Muchas gracias Vanessa :)

Perfekte Unterkunft in toller Lage !
Wir (junges Pärchen) waren für 12 Tage in dem Appartement von Vanessa und Iván. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, da diese mit Liebe zum Detail individuell eingerichtet war. Die Austattung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir wurden sogar mit Blumen und frischem Obst überrascht. Das Highlight für uns war die Veranda mit direktem Zugang zum Pool und Meerblick. Vanessa war jederzeit erreichbar und wir können die Wohnung nur herzlich weiterempfehlen. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely place
We really enjoy being in this apartment. Vanessa and Ivan were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped, topped clean and quiet. Big plus from fruits and flowers. We enjoyed also a sheltered terrace and a swimming pool area. However, your own car is almost necessary. Parking place is in the front of apartment.

Liebevolle Ausstattung, Top Lage!
Dieses kleine, aber feine Apartement hat alles was man braucht und ist liebevoll ausgestattet! Sehr schönes Bett mit guter Bettwäsche, auch für die kühlen Nächte genügend Decken vorhanden. Geschmackvolle Dekorationen, genügend Gewürze sind vorhanden und ein wundervoller großer Obstvorrat erwartete uns. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und selbst einen Orangenbaum mit reifen Orangen gibt es im kleinen Garten. Der Pool, die Liegen und die schönen Auflagen und Strandtücher laden zum Verweilen ein . Auch haben wir den schönen Ausblick in den Garten, Pool und auf das Meer sehr genossen! In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto auf dem großen Parkplatz am Vergnügungspark beim Leuchtturm und von da sind es nur wenige Schritte in die quirrlige Altstadt von Puerto mit Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Fewo in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage.
Besonders gut gefiel uns die sehr zentrale Lage. Schnell war man am Strand oder in der Innenstadt. Sehr genossen haben wir das tägliche Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Einfach traumhaft... Die Fewo ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man täglich benötigt.

Hätte nicht besser sein können
Sehr hübsche Wohnung, genau wie in der Beschreibung. Absolut vollständige Ausstattung, nichts fehlt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig und dennoch fußläufig von allem wichtigen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Anlage.
Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu den Vermietern.
Diese Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Erholung auf Teneriffa
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf Teneriffa verbracht und uns richtig wohl in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung gefühlt.
Mit dem ersten Moment in der Wohnung fühl man sich wie zuhause.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man für dem perfekten Urlaub braucht.
Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und in die Wohnung eingeführt.
Die Vermieter sind wenn man es bräuchte jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert, wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa kommen würden dann auf jedenfall wieder zu Vanessa.

Knus en gezellig!
Vanessa en Ivan verhuren hun super gezellige en sfeervolle appartement. Wij hebben er een fijne week doorgebracht, gezwommen in het verlichte zwembad en lekker 's avonds buiten gezeten in de verlichte tuin. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum van Puerto de la Cruz waar je een terrasje kunt pakken en heerlijk kunt eten. Een aanrader!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Vom Garten und Pool, hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und Puerto de la Cruz. Es ist in der Wohnhausanlage sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen mit tollen Tipps und Informationen jederzeit zur Seite. Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, um zu entspannen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar und zahlreich vorhanden. Außerdem ist der Strand in Puerto de la Cruz, der Loro Park und die Teide Tour sehr zu empfehlen!

A very nice location, fully equipped, and tasteful decorated. The terace and the mini-garden is surrounded by palms and plants. With a little walk (strong downhill) you can go to the Loro Parque (6min), the beach (10min)or to the center of Puerto de la Cruz (20min).

This was our first trip to Tenerife and we absolutely loved it! Vanessa and Ivan are the most nice people and the apartment was wonderful. Everything was very clean and decorated with love. The description and the pictures deliver a very good impression. We had fresh flowers and even some Cookies as a welcome. Vanessa and Ivan were always ready to help and live just across the street.
The location is very good. Although we had a car (recommended), we enjoyed our 30 to 40 minute walk down to the city every evening. The Loro Parque is just 10 minutes away at the bottom of the hill. A Lidl supermarket, that we used to stock up our supplies can be easily reached by car in a few minutes.
Puerto de la Cruz has some very nice restaurants. The ones we enjoyed the most were La Marea, Tasca el Olivo and Don Camilo. We loved to drive all over the island with our rental car. Tenerife as the most beautiful serpentines and views. We drove up to El Teide, Los Gigantes and Anaga mountains (very good hiking area!).
We can recommend the apartment without any doubts!

The apartment is a joy to stay in. It is superbly maintained and the attention to detail is thoughful and welcoming. The apartment is ultra clean. Although we never used the pool, we did make use of the gorgeous patio area which looks on to the pool.
We found the location very peaceful and we slept extremely well. Vanessa, our host, who lives a short distance away, is kind, helpful and always upbeat and friendly. We'd highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone looking for an elegant, peaceful getaway.

This is a home from home, everything that you could ask for is here in the villa. Beautiful location, views of the sea from your back door and the private pool area well maintained. The owners Ivan and Vanessa are a lovely couple and live on site and are there if you need them. Would definitely recommend this as a holiday home and would definitely return.
