In town for family wedding the home exceeded our expectations. Great design and layout views were amazing! Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. If you want to see Elk they’ll walk right in front of the house and are always at the neighborhood entrance. Wish we had more time loved the home it was perfect to spread out and watch the sunrise come up over the mountains.

Our stay at this house was fantastic. The house is larger than we expected and was perfect for our travel party (4 adults and 3 kids). It’s located close to everything (downtown, RMNP, etc.). We highly recommend this rental.

We had a great stay at this property! It was perfect for a long weekend girls trip. We had a group of 7 women and really enjoyed the layout - plenty of room for us in the kitchen and living room area.

Nice home for large group, too cold downstairs with no extra blankets, otherwise great ! Good location!

The trash was left inside the house and in the garage by previous people. Incredibly stinky and not welcoming. Other than that glitch at the beginning a lovely stay. The master bedroom has its own bath. Everyone else in the house must use the downstairs bathroom . . .

Great accommodations for a group of four. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Located within a subdivision, not on the main commercial road. Quiet and peaceful. Outfitted with all necessary resources to cook at rental.

We stayed for a week to see RMNP and Estes Park. This house is located very close to both downtown and the park entrance. Beautiful home and location.

The house was excellent, very spacious. The beds were comfy, showers were nice and relaxing. Beautifully decorated, the front balcony was the best place to be!! The kitchen was great for a family gathering, dinner, and game night. We did have to buy dish soap because there was none, we left it there for the next guest. It got really cold on one of the nights there and we were able to use the fireplace so beautiful and warm. I would suggest having more paper towels or dish towels nothing to dry dishes we had to use the bathroom hand towels. Property communication was great! I would stay here again! Fantastic place!!!

We loved this house. It's huge and beautifully decorated. The way it's nestled among huge boulders is great -- they provide wonderful landscaping and private outdoor settings. The location worked very well for us. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to Estes Park.

Trash was not takin out prior to arrival. We put trash out Tuesday and it was not picked up by Wednesday when we checked out. We had to leave some trash in the garage. It was a very clean and beautiful place to stay. I would highly recommend staying at the house.

We had a group of 8 ladies for five nights at this nearly new mountain retreat. It is well decorated with nice bathrooms and most everything you need for cooking. The dining table was great for card games and meals. The living room is a seat short for 8 at a time unless you grab a chair from the kitchen, but there is lots of room to spread out with the deck, patio and downstairs media area. The location is very close to town and the National Park. We also enjoyed elk, mule deer, hawks and other wildlife in our own backyard! Several ladies said they would come back and bring their families.

The house is very large and has high ceilings. The kitchen was very well stocked with what you would need. Bathrooms were spacious as well and the towels very fluffy. The neighborhood was wonderful. Walking around the block is like taking a hike. I liked the natural landscaping the properly had (no grass). The only issue we had was the was microwave broken and a replacement had not come in. Since it was a built in had to be a specific size.

Estes Park Home
My family enjoyed staying at this house so much. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The back yard was awesome because we climbed the rocks and enjoyed great views. We spent a lot of relaxing time on the front porch. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to travel to Estes Park. Rocky Mountain National Park was just 10 minutes away.

Fun, Family and Fireworks over the 4th
We come to Estes Park each year for our family reunion and chose this condo for its great location and (for my husband) it’s air conditioning. The condo has been beautifully renovated and stocked full of lots of amenities. It was easy to cook a few meals in the large kitchen and eat together at the kitchen table seating for 8. The bedrooms were perfect for our group. I did need sheets for the trundle bed but those were quickly delivered! When I needed to add an extra day to our reservation, Seth was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying there next year!

Beautiful property
We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the the quiet secluded area to the fast WiFi which my children appreciated. I was thankful to be able to use the garage space for parking. Property management was available if needed and the views from the house were amazing. We were able to see lots of wildlife right out the windows!

Beautiful home in gorgeous Estes Park
This house was perfect for our family get together of 6 adults, w plenty of room for all. Beds were comfy and rooms were tastefully decorated. Gas fireplace in upstairs sitting room was great on the cold nights! Lots of chairs on front porch and back patio was lovely to sit and watch the stars at night. Kitchen was well stocked w plates, glasses etc. Home is close into town of Estes (5 minute drive). I would recommend this home and look forward to returning.

Awesome Place!!!!
This house was so perfect and Comfortable… The check in process was very easy and the location is perfect… The home was very clean and equipped with almost everything we needed.. The high-end dishes and appliances were a plus… It snowed the entire 7 days were there and scenery was Amazing!!!! The huge fireplace was cozy and gave off a ton of heat… The only concern was the downstairs level (a living room and 2 bedrooms) stayed very cold… The central heat literally only heats the top level… So no one was able to go down stairs… Other than that, everything was awesome!!!! Highly recommend this property…

Great stay in Elkhorn Estates
The property was in great condition, had A/C which was a plus for us during August. Property manager was great to work with as well. Close enough to everything to get around, but well located to not have to drive through downtown Estes Park all the time. Overall great, great accomodations.

Fantastic spot!
We had an outstanding stay and loved the home. It was perfect for our family of 5 for a long weekend in Estes Park. The house is set in a fantastic location - it feels more remote given the yard space but is such a short trip into town. We had mule deer visitors in the yard each day. Beds were comfortable and furnishings and amenities all felt quite new. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Very enjoyable
We had a great stay at this property and echo what others have said about the quality of the home, the space, and the location. It was perfect for our family reunion of 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed both the front deck and the back patio. Our main recommendation for those who come after us would be to consider bringing an additional set of plates/bowls, dish towels, and a broom for cleaning. We stayed for a week and cooked all of our meals - so with 8 of us we were doing dishes, etc. after each meal. Since we had camping equipment along, we supplemented with our own things for our stay. Overall, a great place and we'd happily come back again!

Lovely Home
This was a very nice home located with other homes outside of Estes Park, but only a few minutes drive to the town. The space inside the home was great. We especially appreciated the downstairs area that allowed our family to spread out in the evenings. The beds and furnishings were all comfortable, clean and attractive. We would definitely stay there again when we have a return visit to Estes!

This property is first class all the way. I can’t imagine a better place to enjoy a vacation at Estes Park. One slight improvement would absolutely make this place heaven. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom to the far left was quite hard. Our teenage son really struggled sleeping on it until we piled a bunch of blankets on it to make a softer palate. Consider a foam topper on that.Otherwise.... amazing. We will definitely be back.
