Amazing Vacation Spot!

I absolutely loved this resort, our room, and the owner of the apartment! He was wonderful and helped out with everything I needed!

It was difficult to navigate where everything is at the resort first, but once you get to know where everything is it is much easier!

Would recommend and would stay again.

We loved the property layout and the facilities were well kept. Access to surrounding activities was excellent. The downside is the lengthy walk over to the ocean. This created a once a day situation. Would recommend more access to the shuttle. Extending the hours.

Great little vacation unit!

Nice location, beach was awesome! Beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive and very kind to let us check in early. Kitchen was small but had everything necessary. Plenty of parking close to unit.

The kids' room was amazing for our family size. The kid beds were cozy, and the decor throughout made you feel like it's "beach time." We love the beach supplies located in your storage shed (umbrella, chairs, wagon, kid toys, etc and the location to the beach was such a great plus! It's close to dumpsters for trash removal and right by the elevators, so luggage and groceries were a breeze to take up and down. The screened in porch was a great addition to the outside area. Bring your own coals because a grill IS on site! EXCELLENT VALUE FOR LOCATION OF PROPERTY! **We give this property a 4 out of 5 & would DEFINITELY visit again or Recommend to a friend!**

Let me just say....ANY problems (if you encounter any), Steve is "Johnny on the Spot"! Very responsive to any call. PROBLEMS *Heat took a min to "heat up"- 1 phone call & Steve guided me through adjustments *Mstr Bdrm bathroom circuit went out- IMMEDIATELY after being informed; the maintenance guy came to address it. MINOR if ANY issues,

we won’t be back!

the location was perfect

it was dirty, had a bad odor, furniture was old and very uncomfortable, door lock unreliable, hvac didn’t function well and all vents were covered with dust, blinds covered with dust, all tvs had two remotes with no instructions on how to work, lights were a confusing maze of wiring so that took a phone call toto figure out, and it looked like everything had been furnished from a yard sale.. huge disappointment .

The floor plan was nice.

The couch was very broken down and uncomfortable. In addition, it had a bad odor.

Delightful weekend getaway.

The staff at the gatehouse were helpful and very pleasant. The owner of the condo was wonderful. He promptly responded to any questions we had. The place itself was a delight. We had all the amenities we could ask for and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Can't wait to go back myself.

The villa was well decorated and kitchen had everything needed. The amenities were great, indoor pool temp was perfect, sauna and steam room were great perks too. Loved the walk to the beach, saw lots of wildlife. Will definitely book again and stay a bit longer.

it was very relaxing

it was very clean and roomy I especially love the terrace because it was screened in

the only problem I had was the door lock was malfunctioning a little when we first arrived but it was partly on our part we weren’t entering the code right or something but after staff member showed us the right way we were fine and enjoyed our stay

Easy code don't have to worry about a key. place is cute. The balcony is screened in very nice for night relaxing.

Email for the code to the room was late but I thing it was just a one time mistake. In the future I will definitely be more aware of entry process. Also the master bed could use an update slopes to the middle. Water pressure was low.

Location exceeded my expectations.

Loved the location. To get to the beach, you walk on a boardwalk over a salt marsh. It is a bit of a walk, but beautiful. There is a shuttle if you need it. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. I loved that this location is not in the middle of town. We cooked all of our meals. There is a place to buy fresh seafood about 1/2 mile away. You can rent bikes at the location. I would definitely recommend this for families.

We loved it. The location was excellent, the overall property in excellent shape, and the condo was super with really nice decor as well. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Very pleasant and far better then an average hotel.

There was no breakfast and location was very nice. A fair walk to beach but overall quite a nice spot.

Place was a little tired, but clean. Beds pretty small and not great quality but again decent.
