Comfortable stay with gorgeous view. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities. The property had a big parki

It was right at the backwaters and had an amazing view of the waterbody and sunset. The super delux room was huge with attached balcony.

The buffet breakfast did not have much variety. A few more items on the menu would have been nice.

Happy days and nights!!

Each moment spend here was a cherishable memory.

Bathroom door got stuck in between, electricity supply was disturbed from time to time.

They dont have a restaurant and only a bar. A bit difficult to identify the location unless you use Google Maps

Very good

Solid hotel. Right on the river and surrounded by wetlands and greenery. It's right off the main highway. We were preparing for a trip to Lakshadweep, so this worked perfectly for running around town to grab stuff. There is a Decathlon sports store down the street if you need water/snorkeling gear. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but does have fairly priced room service. All the food was good. Mix of continental and Indian. Veg and non-veg alike. Small rooftop pool for wading and pictures. Costs about 300-450 rupees for a tuktuk into Fort Kochi. Good wifi

dont stay in the hotel if you are a woman or with kids. did not feel safe at all

scary location with drunken men loitering around the entrance of the hotel.

Comfortable stay

Room view , location was very good. Rooms were very clean

No buffet breakfast. They should provide either buffet breakfast or take orders for early breakfast those who want to leave early

power was going off quite often and when complained they told its common issue and will prevail later room services were the worst I should call them multiple time and remind them about my orders and complaints. pool was closed down due to maintenance and they were just arrogant and never told any info about the same…

Rooms were very big and clean

The staff behaviour at the reception was very unwelcoming. The guy in the evening was painful to deal with for even minor requests. The pool was closed on all days for different reasons. One day we came back to see our room door left open. Didn't even call the reception to inform because we didn't want to deal with the guy at the reception.

Hotel was good with nice rooms and well equipped. Location is not too far from city.

Staff could be more friendly specially at the reception.
