Decepción total

Fuí a Figueres al festival de música Acústica y el apartamento estaba próximo a los puntos de interés

Al hacer la reserva en este apartamento entendí que reservaba el dúplex, en un principio íbamos a ir dos personas con la posibilidad de que a última hora igual se sumaba alguna amiga (obviamente comunicándolo con antelación a la anfitriona), nuestra sorpresa fue que cuando llegamos era otro apartamento solamente con una cama de matrimonio, al comunicarlo me dijeron que no era posible cambiarlo y además esa era la reserva que yo había hecho, que nunca se había encontrado con esta situación. Me disgusté bastante porque no solo tuve que compartir cama con la persona con la que viajaba restándonos intimidad (no era mi pareja), sino que ademas cuando leí los comentarios observé que en el 2021 a otra persona le había pasado exactamente lo mismo y la respuesta que le dieron fue exactamente la misma que a mí. Añado que el anunció es algo engañoso y fácilmente lleva a confusión cuando viajan 2 personas, tengo la sensación de que automáticamente las pasan al apartamento pequeño con 1 habitación, según ellos hay una opción a escoger de ambos apartamentos, pero en el anuncio solo se menciona el famoso dúplex. Ojo! Son 2 apartamentos el dúplex y otro en la primera planta más pequeño y oscuro sin apenas luz , (a pleno día se han de encender las luces) y ambos cuestan lo mismo, bajo mi punto de vista si tengo que compartir dormitorio y no disponer de intimidad con alguien que no es mi pareja, me resulta carísimo!!!!!!. Otro tema importante: el ascensor está estropeado desde el 2021! Todos los comentarios hacen referencia a esta avería y a fecha de hoy sigue sin funcionar con un cartel que parece que se estropeó ayer. Entra muy bien por los ojos pero este apartamento no es nada funcional cuarto de baño pequeño sin espacio para colocar los necesares, sofá incómodo, si desayunas y quieres ver las noticias no es posible hacerlo desde la mesa, tienes que quedarte en la especie de barra americana y suma y sigue.....

Nous avons tout aimé de ce logement lors de notre séjour. L’agencement de l’appartement, avec les deux chambres et leurs salles d’eau. La cuisine agréable et conviviale et l’emplacement idéal pour un week end avec enfants !

L’ascenseur en panne mais notre logement n’était qu’au deuxième étage donc pas trop compliqué malgré les bagages et enfants.

The perfect place to visit the Dali Museum and many other parts of Figueres. I would come again.

Location. Laundry, kitchen well stocked with cooking wear, dish soap, towels, etc. Hostess was really on top of it getting use settled in. Bed was comfortable, plenty of storage space,

Elevator not working. Couch is not very comfortable

very close to Dali museum, numerous eateries etc close by. very happy with stay

I switched properties as I couldn’t guarantee that I’d make check in time at my original selection. This has coded entry and took away that worry. Good kitchen, and a kettle! vital for a Brit - even if not electric

couple of condition things, shower entry is a lilies tight. Nothing more than wear & tear and tbh I forgave that for the extremely comfortable bed

The apartment is really nice, fully equipped and with a lovely little patio. Perfect for a little getaway!

the lift was not working, so we had to walk up the stairs where it was very warm.

Do not book this.

Well located.

Don't go there if you want to sleep. The business next door is a party place with loud music at night. The flat air conditioning was making so much noise we couldn't use it while being in the flat! The elevator was out of service. Host wasn't helpful. I have booked dozen of rooms using Booking and this is the only one I ever had trouble with. Stay away. Book anywhere but here.

Perfect!

First of all, the location was absolutely fantastic, and on top of that, it was raining during our stay, so we were able to buy delicious food that we could only buy locally and cook in our room and had a great time. Lastly, free parking was just a 5 minute walk from the apartment! it was awesome.

Good apartment, silent and comfortable

Nice apartment, very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well equiped. The 2 bedrooms are big with each a balcony & a bathroom and the beds have good matrasses. Wifi is good. I think you can’t reach the apartment with the car but a Parking space is across the street - plate recognized so you don’t get a ticket. Avinguda de Salvador Dalí i Domènech, 117

Cosy apartment located in the city centre and right next to Dali's museum. It was spotless, functional and stylish. It made us feel at home and the kids realized straight away the TV had Netflix!
