To the outside is off-road parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with patio area and furniture. Located in a homely destination with much to explore around the area, 30 Leighville Drive is a comfortable cottage in a relaxing part of England. Sorry, no smoking, vaping, or drug to be used within Holly Tree House or within the property boundaries.
