About this house rental

Eleanthi comprises of two independent boutique residences which, combined, can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms, whereas featured amenities provide our guests with everything they may need for wonderful and memorable holidays.

Residence I
Extending on the ground and first floor this Residence, features a beautiful double bedroom with dome on the ground floor level and a second bedroom with one double and one single bed (divan) on the first floor. All bedrooms are en-suite with showers and ample closet space.
The kitchen – with stone arched ceiling - , located on the ground floor, is fully equipped featuring an impressive 8m long dining area, perfect for family dinners.
On the first floor the main living area is found with comfortable seating for everyone, TV, a modern stove and beautiful chestnut vaulted ceiling, making it the most relaxing area of the Residence.
Outdoors, this Residence offers a secluded courtyard with a large dining table, perfect for alfresco dining under the stars and a lovely garden with olive trees viewing the Taigetos ridge and nearby villages.
The Residence accommodates 4+1 people and features luxurious double beds / mattresses, free wi-fi, electric heating, private parking space and washing machine.

Residence II
This Residence extends over 3 levels, featuring 3 bedrooms; on the ground floor a cosy double bedroom, on the first floor a spacious bedroom with a double and a single (divan), and on the second floor a spacious double bedroom with a private balcony. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers and plenty of wardrobes.
The fully functional kitchenette (electric ceramic hob, small fridge,) of this Residence is on the ground floor and has direct access to a private courtyard with stone built lounge area shaded by a lovely mulberry tree.
This Residence also features free wi-fi, and electric heating.
Outdoors there are independent porches on the second floor and a rooftop terrace offering mesmerizing 360 degree view of the Messinian Gulf, the coastal and highland villages and the Taygetos ridge.
The Residences also offer air conditioning on the upper levels and levels are connected with external staircases.
