The Palmetto House is practically beachfront in beautiful Gulfport MS. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sun, sand, and sea from our 360° wraparound deck! This beautiful spacious two story home offers unbeatable gulf views from many of the rooms in the house. Built in 2007, our home features brand new bedding, rain shower and jetted tub as well as flat panel HD TVs. Walk to the beach in seconds and enjoy everything the gulf coast has to offer!

Was getting away for a couple days after having hip surgery 6 weeks ago. They were very nice to check us in a little earlier. The jacuzzi tub was a plus! Loved cooking on the gas island stove. Felt like home with a welcome sign with our last name.

This place was a great location. There is almost no traffic on the road its located on. It's walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch that always has a shady spot all hours of the day. We came in for a truck show and there was plenty of room to park our trucks and trailer. This will be our go to stay anytime we come back to Biloxi.

This property is in a wonderful location! We were a little confused as to when to get the trash to the road because the instructions in the email and the instructions in the house were different, so we took a chance and ended up being right. (That was good) The bathrooms are great with a big shower! We stayed here with 3 adults and 3 kids with no issue! Would definitely recommend!

The description and pictures on line were exactly what we were looking for and found. As soon as we arrived, we were ready to book for next spring.
Location was perfect, no neighbors, yet close to restaurants, and walk to the beach in 4 minutes. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the wrap around deck, gazing at the Gulf, while our Golden Doodle circled around the deck enjoying the view.
The owner/ property manager was extremely accommodating.

We arrived after dark and needed more ground level lighting to see where we were supposed to enter. Not much street appeal but the house was very nice and furnished nicely. Very convenient to the beach and good restaurants. Easy access to other locations. I would recommend this home to family or friends.

We love the privacy, location and the home itself. The two beds in one room are perfect for us. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The large shower is nice.

We arrived to a very clean home! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large family of 6. My husband was happy to have a grill to cook up our fresh shrimp we bought. If you prefer not to cook, White Caps restaurant is within walking distance and they have good food and even better drinks! We loved being so close to the beach as we have young kids and when they are tired it’s time to be home quickly. Thank you for providing a safe clean space to make special memories in! Would highly recommend this space.

This place was a perfect getaway for our summer vacation. It was located near many good restaurants and attractions, but the biggest bonus was being within walking distance of the beach. I would gladly stay at this place again with my kids!

Had a wonderful time at the vacation house. It was everything that we expected. Quiet, perfect views of the ocean, and walking distance to great food. All the amenities we needed - clean and well prepped. The beach and beach path are ideal for walkers and joggers - miles and miles of enjoyment. Close to casinos and eateries galore - not to mention a stones throw from New Orleans. Highly recommended!!!

This was a jewel for us to get away from the chaos of everyday. It was quiet and convenient to everything on the coast. Got a chance to do rewarding things, and had a picturesque place to watch the sun rise and set. I hope we can book again some day soon.

Great getaway just short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Easy access to all the coastal area has to offer. Would love to stay again for a longer period of time. Thank you to Brian and Mindy for making our stay a great escape from the frozen tundra of Wisconsin.

We love this property! The location is perfect and private! We walked across the blvd to the beach. There were restaurants in walking distance as well. The home itself is well decorated. Upstairs was perfect with two beds and the huge walk in closet. Nice jacuzzi downstairs and huge shower upstairs.
We had everything we needed to prepare meals too. We both slept comfortably. We plan to return to Palmetto House on our next journey to the Gulf Coast. Well done, Mindy and Brian!

A very cute, clean house- just the perfect size for the 2 of us, although 2 others would fit here quite easily. Appreciated having the coffee and sugar available, ready to use. The airconditioning and fans worked great. Bathrooms clean, bedroom very comfortable 😊 we just don’t care for Roku tv- , but that’s us. Really enjoyed our 2 nights there!

House was very clean and welcoming. One large bedroom with two beds. The King bed was comfy and had an amazing view of the water! Kitchen was well appointed with all you need for your stay. We didn’t cook much because we enjoy all the great restaurants nearby. During the day we heard jets n the train, but found them interesting rather than a bother. And we slept like logs at night!! Very private, but with a strategic location near White Cap Seafood. Loved our stay and have already booked it for next Cruisin the Coast!! Highly recommend the Palmetto House.

This was one of the BEST birthday weekends I have every had. My husband celebrated me for reaching the 64th milestone and Brian and Mindy made it complete. The view from your balcony watching the sun set on the beach was a small reflection of GOD'S glory and then waking to the rising of the sun through the beautiful glass windows that are all around the property was just WOW. THANK YOU for allowing us to share a piece of your happiness. THANK YOU for the welcoming of us with a framed letter to the added amenities for beach. Comfy furniture, huge kitchen island. We didn’t cook but it would have been easy in this kitchen. Side room full of beach toys. One big bedroom with two beds but two nice bathrooms, very well stocked. Biggest master shower I have ever seen. Also loved the alcove across from the vanity. Lots of room to lay out your stuff. Two good restaurants within walking distance. All in all a comfortable stay.

Wonderful location short walk from the beach
My wife and I stayed at the Palmetto house for our 1-year anniversary. The location was excellent, less than a block from the beach. It was within walking distance to multiple points of interest and a very short drive to Biloxi. We enjoyed checking out a lot of what the Gulf Coast has to offer and will definitely rent from Mindy & Brian again.

Perfect house!
We really enjoyed our stay! There were so many amazing things about this home. The beds were new and soft, even the queen pull out sofa was comfortable. The best shower you could ask for. There was coffee and a regular coffee pot. Many spices left for cooking. Beach toys and towels were at the property as well as laundry detergent. Recommended activities: New Orleans is a little over an hour away as well as Dauphin Island near Mobile, Alabama. Ship Island was PERFECT and so worth the trip. The Friendship Tree is in Long Beach and is over 500 years old. Davis Bayous Area Gulf Islands National Seashore in Ocean Springs has wild alligators - Just ask the visitors center where they are that day. We jet skied at Biloxi Jet Ski and had so much fun. We even saw dolphins. My teens went Parasailing (Parasail Adventures in Biloxi) and had a great time. Crabs come out at night when the tide is low. There is just so much to do in the area for a great vacation. The location of this home perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

The house is in a prime location with the beach just across the road and a seafood restaurant within walking distance. The house is beautiful and well appointed. It was equipped with more than expected. Parking was spacious. Check in was fantastic. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I will definitely return. The hosts were gracious and helpful.
