The terrace alone is worth the price of admission, not to mention the central location within Turin.

This apartment is in a perfect location within Torino. Only minutes (walking) to the main train station and the city center. The rooftop patio exclusive to this apartment is a bonus!!!

This apartment was a great base to experience Turin from. The views from the terrace are stunning! Do note that this isn't self check-in, so don't bank on showing up super late, like at midnight.

Unlike other fake reviews that we based our booking on, let me now give our honest opinion of our “stay” at this apartment. In fairness, the location is central in a lovely city. However, we only managed to stay at the apartment for 3 hours. We got there to find there was no running water in the whole building and the plumber was coming within the hour to fix it. After the hour, the other apartments had water but our shower was still not working. The door to the terrace is old and dangerous, and came off the runners as we opened it with minimal effort, something which the owner unfairly blamed us for. There was no heating, barring one small portable heater. Mainly because of the shower, we contacted the owner who said to us that we can find another hotel and he will refund us the money. Now he has made up stories that we were aggressive and he has gone back on his word to give back our us money, and we have no choice but to accept that our money has been stolen and to leave this honest review to prevent this happening to other innocent parties.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this property. It is rustic Italian living and the little roof area gives the apartment character and novelty.... you are pretty much right around the corner from Via Roma and Via Giuseppe Garabandalle is not that far away either. And it is within walking distance to the the Duomo of Turin, which contains the Shroud of Turin.... you're very burial cloth that Jesus Christ himself was wrapped in after his death and at his resurrection and at the time of his resurrection A Burst of energy left and negative imprint on the shroud and it is a very special place to visit. You are literally next door to the main Central railway station of Turin as well, perfect as I did for a day trip to Milan on the Frecisrossa. If I'm over in Torino again I will stay here definitely. Also the host Luca is a very kind and informative man and he will help you in anyway you need. Just be aware though for your luggage that when you get out of the left on level 5,there is a flight of stairs to reach your apartment where you will need to carry your luggage.

There are many things that made this a great stay: 1.The 360 degree terrace view is amazing! You’d have to climb up Monte Cappuccini to get a better view. 2. A block away from the Porta Nuova station, you can get a train to pretty much anywhere in Italy, as well as a bus or taxi to anywhere in Turin. Super convenient. 3. Luca and Alessandra were friendly and professional. The apartment is quiet, private, and clean.

Super cute and well organized studio. Everything we needed was there, including washing machine, soap, ironing board, even a package of disposable slippers. Private and quiet, slept great with fan going. Be aware, no air conditioning, besides the nice fan, and ability to climb stairs a must! Nice lift to the 5th floor, but then a short, steep stone staircase to this comfortable hideaway. More steep wooden stairs up to a private terrace on the roof with 360 degree view of the city, and mountains in the distance. Great place to see sunrise and sunsets. It was my happy place! Our train was canceled and we arrived late, so we had to stay with friends we were traveling with, and missed meeting the very nice, very communicative host, which was fine except the lovely lady who let us in the next day did not speak English. We managed , and she was very helpful. This is a charmer and reasonably priced for one out two fit people. Be aware, you are expected to take trash and recycling out, away from the building, with a special city Card. Leave yourself Time the day before check out to find where to put things so you can replace the card on the table in the room before you leave. The shower is a hoot, think outdoor camping inside. I loved this place, and the location to everything was fabulous if you like to walk.
