About this apartment rental
This immaculate modern luxury second floor apartment is located in a peaceful location close to all the amenities and marina of the sophisticated and stylish resort of Vilamoura. The Dom Pedro Millennium and Laguna golf clubhouse are just a 5 min walk for a round of golf, drinks or a leisurely lunch.
The air-conditioned apartment is fully equipped, beautifully furnished and has a light and spacious feel with private remote controlled underground parking. Free dedicated and fast WIFI internet is available to the apartment. There is also a Smart TV with Netflix and cable with more than 200 national and international channels (MEO provider).
The top floor apartment is located in a delightful small & friendly closed condominium with shared swimming pool and small children's pool, which is rarely overcrowded. The well-maintained gardens are fully enclosed with one access point making it very secure and ideal for children. Our four sunbeds by the pool are ideal to enjoy the Algarve sun, relax and regain energy.
Area details: The Algarve is popular for its numerous and high quality golf courses and has been welcoming golf enthusiasts for over three decades. It is a great opportunity to combine a round or two with cosmopolitan culture, traditional local cuisine, breath taking scenery and a great climate. Golden beaches, wonderful sunshine (in average 300 days of sunshine per year). and fantastic rugged scenery. The traditional food and particularly the seafood and grilled fish are amazing. There's a string of world-class golf courses, fabulous scuba diving and the chance to visit historic Seville in Spain too.
How to get to the apartment: Flights to Faro: Most budget airlines fly to Faro which is also a convenient spot for economy car hire (insure extra drivers at no extra cost, fully insured & vehicle can usually be collected from the airport car park). The apartment is a 30 min easy drive from Faro Airport along the N125, to Vilamoura, full/detailed directions are provided. Car hire is recommended, however, local taxis to and from the apartment into Vilamoura are inexpensive (€5/€7) and are easily accessible. Pre -booked local transfer from Faro Airport to Vilamoura are also an option (yellowfish shuttle). Bicycle hire is popular in Vilamoura and provides an ideal way to get out and about should you prefer an alternative to driving.
Other activities: Zoo Marine & Slide & Splash Water Park within 30 min drive. Great open air shopping centers both can be visited within 30 min drive - in Faro (Forum Algarve) and Guia (AlgarveShopping). Quarteira fish and vegetable market is within a 10 min drive. Early in the morning you can spot the best fresh fish and shellfish in Algarve.

The apartment is very quiet. The complex is located central to most highway accesses. The location gave us a good home base for exploring Portugal and Spain. The apartment has 2 balconies so breakfast on one, afternoon sun on the other. Located close to the marina but a car was necessary.

O apartamento supera as expectativas, muito bons eletrodomesticos, grande televisão e pacote de canais, internet, bons colchões nas camas, tudo bem decorado e confortável. As duas varandas são ótimas, tem lindas vistas, é só descer e estás na piscina que apesar de não ser muito grande dá perfeitamente, com a água sempre limpinha e ambiente relaxante. O local é ótimo, sossegado e perfeito para férias.

A limpeza estava deficiente: o conjunto de toalhas com cheiro a mal lavado. Algumas toalhas apresentavam pêlos, bem como os sofás. O congelador repleto de gelo com a prateleira partida. As prateleiras dos wc estavam cobertas de pó. De resto estava tudo bem.

Gute Wohnung, ruhig gelegen aber mit Investitionsstau
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung von zwei Golfplätzen. Trotz Hochsaison war die Anlage verhältnismässig ruhig. Das Apartment verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung und bietet viel Platz. Die Betten sind von der Matratze sehr hart ausgelegt, daher sicherlich nicht für jeden etwas. Die Stockwerke sind gut zu meistern. Menschen mit einer Einschränkung sollten hierauf aber hingewiesen werden, das es sie überfordern könnte. Die Sauberkeit liess sehr zu wünschen übrig! Die Duschabtrennung war mit Schimmel versehen und in der Küche klebte und backte alles. Teilweise waren die Möbel zerschlissen bzw. eingerissen. Auf den Balkonen stehen alte Möbel, die schon sehr wackeln. Hier wäre sicherlich mal eine Grundreinigung und Investition angebracht. Es ist schade, das dadurch der Gesamteindruck leidet.

Stupenda Vacanza!!!
Io e mia moglie abbiamo fatto una bellissima vacanza di due mesi a Vilamoura (ottobre e novembre 2018).
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo molto gradito il cesto di benvenuto composto da vini frutta biscotti e pasticcini.
L'appartamento molto pulito e attrezzato ha tutto quello che serve per passare una ottima vacanza senza problemi.
La signora Sandra che ci ha ricevuti è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni necessità.
Il signor Filipe molto pronto e corretto nel rimborsare la garanzia nel giro di pochi giorni.
Una ottima vacanza in un bel appartamento con tutti i comfort.
Se ho la possibilità penso di ritornare a fare una vacanza in questo appartamento.

Comfortable and ultra clean.
We arrived in the pouring rain and it never stopped for two weeks. We had very cosy accommodations. Very clean and spacious. Carla, the lady who looked after our needs, was more than helpful. The toaster needed to be replaced and she was there immediately with a new toaster. There was a heat pump in the living room and one of the bedrooms. That was our saving grace as the weather was not great.....very wet for two weeks. The place was very quiet. For a golfer, it was quite close to the golf courses. One definitely needs a car to stay here as it was a 10 to 15 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. We loved Portugal. It was our first visit there. People were so friendly and accommodating.

Tired - Needs lots of updates and improvements
Yes it said not suitable for disabled or aged but it should include families with small children. Carrying a pushchair and all the things required for a small child up 44 stairs from the pool level would be exhausting.
Access from the pool area to the apartment requires a key. Only one supplied.
Bed linen - mismatched, torn, large holes, pillowcases with holes and looked like cushion covers and the bed cover was stained.
Window blinds - to open roll or fold up and secure in place with cloths pegs. Some we were afraid to touch.
Kitchen equipment - it was just old, so old the toaster only did one side at a time (it was a two sided toaster. The interior of the freezer was chipped and yellow with age.
The Gas hob had to be lit with a flame from a gas lighter. The oven was so old all the indicator marks had worn off. Broken coffee machine in the cupboard and the substitute had seen better days.
Bathrooms- Sink tap in one was so loose we were afraid to use it in case it came off in our hands. In the other bathroom the light over the mirror was held in place by the wire connection- we found this out when we tried to adjust the angle of it.
The TV worked occasionally - continually loosing signal and having to reboot. Sometimes the TV control box would not turn off. Pull the plug wait 24 hors and sometimes it worked again.
Contacted Fillipe, did he respond, yes three days and two text messages later. Did he fix the problems. No.
I've given it 1 star but if 0 stars was available tat would be the score - would I recommend it to others - not on your life.
Vilamoura is a great place to have a holiday, just not based here.

L'appartement est idéalement placé pour visiter l'Algarve. il est très bien équipé (climatisation, coffre fort, 2 salle de bains - WC...) : rien ne manque et correspond à la description. Le balcon est suffisant pour les repas à 4 (il y a un deuxième balcon côté cuisine pratique pour sécher le linge par exemple).
La résidence est très propre et la piscine super agréable. Tout c'est très bien passé avec Félipe de la réservation à la restitution de la caution (c'est sérieux). Bref, une excellente location et un super séjour.

My wife and I stayed at Filipe's apartment for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our time there. Very spacious clean and well equipped ( like home from home ). Nice and quiet in a excellent location.Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Excellent modern apartment in Vilamoura
We stayed for 2 weeks in this excellent modern apartment (Monte Laguna) in Vilamoura (90 m2) with 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies (one on the road side and one on the pool side) and a very nice living room (and complete kitchen). Very quiet environment with nice pool. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay very much. We can strongly recommend this apartment for your holidays.

Nice apartment and a great location
Living room was spacious nice design with a good aspect. Balcony overlooking the pool a bit small. Lack of cable or satellite TV is a problem, no english speaking programmes. Kitchen was well equipped and had all facilities more so than your average rental. Pool and pool area well maintained and clean. Communal roof terrace is a real mess and unusable. Otherwise great value for money nice apartment.

great apartment in a great location
Our family of two adult couples stayed at Filipe's apartment for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment exceeded our expectations; it is very spacious, quiet, very well appointed and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and would recommend the apartment without any reservations.
The beach and Vilamoura city centre in just 5 minutes by car.
When not using our hire car, for which there is basement parking, we could go for walks in the beautiful Millenium condominium and to the golf course which has an excellent restaurant.
Our visit to Algarve was enhanced by the wonderful accommodation the apartment provided.
