Not safe for woman’s and families. Never stay in this hotel, They misbehave with everyone.

The entire hotel staff is fraud, they are racist and rude. I personally call the owner and told him that he need to work on his staff quality.

The property is new, located in the outskirts of the city. The owners were very helpful when we reached out to them and they instantly helped us to find the location via WhatsApp and calls.

1) Getting to this location via google maps was extremely tough. Driving through the narrow village lanes was challenging as we were in a big suv. 2) the rooms were shabby and very dirty. We reached and found that the room wasn’t prepared for us. There was no soap, towel, toilet paper and even a bin in the room. We asked for it and the staff brought towel and soap. 3) the linen didn’t feel clean and the bathroom shower was leaking. 4) the balcony outside the room wasn’t kept clean at all. There were many dead bugs which hadn’t been cleaned since a while. 5) the chairs in the room were worn out and very dirty. 6) it seemed like there was a party in this room before we stayed there. For example, there was a cigarette bud behind the bedside table and some cello tape on the wall (maybe for some decoration)

location is fine as is the overall ambiance. Rooms are fine, budget friendly

Food was horrible, we just didn’t eat the food they served. 1K plus rupees paid for the food just went down the drain. In the morning no help available to shift our luggage downstairs, night shift guy not ready to help and it’s especially difficult since it doesn’t have any lift.

Good and clean rooms.

No bed sheet or pillow cover was provided. Also tea and food were not available. The photos shown is the view from terrace in the 5th floor . No elevator. Rooms doesn't have balcony.

Hotel is far from city center

Pride room is very good,cleaning is also good. .

But loction is far away from Chandigadh. Multistorey hotel but no facility of Lift.. No drinking water available, we have to purchase mineral water only. Room service is poor.
