Enjoyed our time visiting friends in PTC. Home had everything we needed. Other reviews mentioned noise from the road and train. This would not prevent us from renting again as really not bothersome. Gas fireplace has been disconnected due to other renters misuse. Certainly would stay here again when visiting the area.

Such a lovely home, clean, well-stocked and nice touches. I have never been to a place with an organized "junk drawer". Saw a deer outside the first morning...so cool! My husband was a little sad that no TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms but I thought that was great and we all got GREAT sleep!

Well deserved 5-Star rating. Beautiful, quite, and well-thought out place. Close (but not too close) to everything-- including the airport. Make this your first choice when visiting Atlanta!

Our family stayed here while we visited family in the area. Very convenient, had many amenities. Great private area as we shared both sides of the condo, close to the cart path, and a few subdivisions making it easy to exercise, and get to grocery stores. Easy to book and check in and out.

Absolutely a beautiful place! Felt right at home, location and area were great! Everything was stocked, plenty of towels and blankets. Decorated really nice as well! Would love to stay there anytime!❤️

The home was big, clean, comfortable and very centric to Peachtree City area. Homeowners were very attentive and the check in and out process was very simple. Comforts & convenience of home
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days and were only 15 mins away from family and 30 mins away from the event that brought us to town. It was nicely decorated with comfortable & functional furniture , had plenty of kitchen necessities, extra bath towels, and washer/dryer upstairs with enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry. The location was very convenient as we were minutes away from the grocery store, shopping, & restaurants. Unfortunately, there appeared to be some limitation with the internet as my husband realized it was likely wired from Unit A and must share the bandwidth… so we were unable to keep a stable connection on our computers while working remotely. But we managed just fine. I noticed another review mentioned bugs… we did also see 6-7 tiny bugs in the kitchen area so we made sure to thoroughly clean before and after using the kitchen. All in all, we would definitely stay at this location again.

Good & no so good!
Without going into too much detail, I will just say that they were not prepared for guests! Kitchen was in need of new appliances, & a lot of utensils & cookware were shoddy. Drawers & cupboards had to be straightened & cleaned before I could use them. There was no where to walk as it is on corner of 2 busy roads. Cleaning could have been better. Bed pillows needed replacing! The owner brought us things that were missing in kitchen & was attentive, but all of this should have been addressed before we got there. Enjoyed the fireplace, the train whistle blowing in the distance was romantic. Good TV's & reception. The layout of the house was good, plenty of towels, blankets, toilet paper, tissues, & soaps.

Great place, few issues.
The house and area was great. We were pretty much at the house to shower and sleep so it served it’s purpose.
There was some confusion with unit A and B. Info I booked and received was for unit B but when we arrived there was people occupying the house. Called the owners and left voicemails, waited awhile, rang the door bell on Unit A and eventually decided it looked empty enough and the check in info worked for unit A so we went in and luckily it was empty. Owners called back a couple hours later and we’re glad we went to A and let us know they are interchangeable.
There seems to be a bug/cockroach issue at this location though. We found and left cups over 2, one of which was big, cockroach.
Besides those two issues we still enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it.

Excellent property
My family came to the area for a funeral and staying in a hotel room with 3 kids is challenging. This house is not only gorgeous but has enough room for everyone to spread out. Communication with the property manager was excellent and we had no trouble.
