About this apartment rental
This modern apartment was renovated in 2018 and is located in Koukaki-Acropolis area next to a metro station (100m) and walking distance from the Acropolis and its new museum (300m). The apartment covers 95 square meters, it has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a flat screen tv and a dinner table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a table where you can sit and enjoy your lunch or dinner. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. At the living room there is a sofa which can turn into a double bed. Free wifi is available at the apartment. Finally there is lift access, central heating, air condition in all bedrooms as well as in the living room, water heater and double glazed windows.

Apartment was bare bones, nothing fancy, zero view, but OK to lay your head if your only in Athens a day

Owners are amazing to help get taxis/rides set up to from airport. They also allowed us to store luggage at a nearby coffee shop. The building safe secure and has a lift. The second floor is an American 3rd floor but easy to determine. The apartment has great A/C that cooled off in a hurry when with high temps outside. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out after a long day exploring Athens. Easy walk to tourist spots and other neighborhoods. Coffee Central is highly recommended as well as Romatella pizza around the corner. We would stay here again if and when we return.

7 of us stayed 2 nights before we boarded a cruise in Athens. This apartment was in a great location and provided all with comfortable space to unwind. Chris was more than helpful with any question we had and also helped set up our transfer from airport and to port. Couldn’t recommend staying here more if you’re visiting Athens!

Our family of six stayed in the city for two nights and this was a perfect place to rest our heads at night! Chris and Zeta’s coffee shop was lovely and Zeta gave us great recommendations for our next stop on Crete!!

The host was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage early in the apartment. The apartment is ideally located for shopping and accessing the Acropolis, both easy walking distance. Lots of good places to eat in the neighborhood.

We needed to stay in Athens before our cruise. This place was conveniently located to the Acropolis and other great attractions for our short two day stay. We had the best meal at Sfika and breakfast at Coffee Central. The host Chris was very responsive throughout our stay. The place was very spacious for our family of four with two teenagers.

We needed a place in Athens so that we could extend our stay beyond our cruise disembarkation. This apartment was perfect for our needs: it was very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the AC functioned well, and we were just a few minutes' walk to the Acropolis, which was my top spot to visit. We didn't need much - just beds and the bathroom. Owners Chris and Zeta own the coffee shop across the street and we were able to leave our heavy suitcases there when we arrived - which was before check-in - for just a few Euros per bag. The communication by Chris was outstanding - not only did he answer my many questions, he also arranged for our transfers (from the cruise port and to the airport). If you're seeking a nice launching point to explore Athens, I'd highly recommend this place!

This property meet our needs. It was a basic unit, no frills. It was a bit more off the beaten path than i planned but we were able to navigate our way to the main areas just fine. It was close to the subway, which was nice.

Fantastic layout!!!! Super easy instructions. Owner was extremely proactive in prepping us for our arrival and giving us all the pertinent information we needed. Neighborhood was very pleasant. Tons of restaurant options and markets near by to meet our needs. Owner coordinated transportation fr airport and to cruise ship. We felt very safe and were able to relax. We walked to the Parthenon, several gardens and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to see the change of the Guards. Very special to us. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Couldn't have picked a better rental. Excellent communication with owners, so helpful. Always taxis on the corner to flag, so close to public transportation, restaurants, etc. A+++. So much better than being in a hotel! The airport pickup and return was a major plus as well. Owner even made a phone call for me when my service was on the blink! Dontlook elsewhere, this unit is exactly what you need!

The apartment location and service was amazing! I would only list it to sleep 6 however, since the couch is not really a bed. We worked it out and it was fine for one night!! Communication and assistance was very nice!!!

The location is right off of the subway with tons of shops around and is a 12 minute walk to the acropolis. Cute and comfy apartment.

Great place in very central location. Very quiet. All attractions can be reached by food. We've enjoyed our stay and will come back one day

Check-in process was smooth. Our bags were delayed arriving and Chris was able to arrange drop-off to their nearby coffee shop for us. So we didn't have to wait at the place for the bags to arrive. We really appreciate the help with this. The unit was clean and had three good-sized bedrooms, along with a separate kitchen, living room, and a small dining area in the entranceway. Their are balconies all around where we ate our breakfast. No complaints, really. It was a good place and I'd stay there again. You can easily walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum, and the subway stop nearby can take you to Syntagma square or the National Archaeological Museum.

My wife and I only stayed one night here, but the whole experience was great. The property was very nice and well kept and in a very neat part of Athens with a good night life and really good restaurants just right down the road. Plus, the proximity to the Acropolis was very nice. Chris was a fantastic host. He was able to get us a taxi to pick us up at the airport and even helped communicate with the taxi agency when our flight was delayed over 4 hours and I couldn't get my phone to work to notify them myself. All in all, a great experience.

We had a lovely few days in Athens. Location wise, it is easy to get around and accessible to the port or central Athens or the riviera. Beds are comfortable and clean.

This apt was in a great location for our first time in Athens, to explore Acropolis area and neighborhoods on foot. The host was great in communicating and quickly. Chris arranged for airport rides to and from- no need for rental cars. All instructions- with photos and texts- were very clear and helpful. If I come back to Athens, I will stay here again. Walking distances to various historical sites, shopping in Plakas, and many great places to eat nearby. There was a luggage storage/locker next block at a laundry facility, which was very convenient for our departure time - multiple hours after the check out. Highly recommend this property!

The property was clean, spacious and conveniently located. The perk for my partner and I was the hosts willingness to arrange transfers from the port to the property and the trnasfer the next morning to the airport. Much appreciaed !!

The property was spacious and easily housed our family of 4 adults - there was room for an additional 1-2 adults as well. The property manager provided very detailed instructions that were easily followed for check-in and understanding of how the apartment functioned. Didn't spend much time watching television as there are so many sites to see, but after a long day it would have been nice to connect to a Smart TV to sign in to streaming services. Other than that suggestion, it was great - close to the Acropolis, shopping, and dining. Loved it!

Spacious apartment for 4 adults and 2 children. Great location near restaurants, sight seeing. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Arranged transportation for us. Would definitely stay here again.

The 3 bedroom air conditioner was broken, the elevator was broken, bags by stairs, the water heather was broken to, ours stayed was one night long before only , we informed to the host and they said I need to send the mechanic bat never comes

Great Apartment in Athens
We only had one night to stay in Athens but we loved our brief time in Chris's apartment. It was ideally located within walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants and the acropolis (even a nearby pharmacy where we replaced our son's contact lens solution). Chris was easy to commuicate with and was prompt to reply. He also offered to arrange a car to pick us up and take us back to the airport on our behalf which I highly recommend. Chris went above and beyond for us when the original transport company had a conflict so Chris made arrangements with an alternate one for us. This was much better than public transportation for our group of 6 and all our luggage. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was just what we needed. We had a great stay in a great location.

Great communication
It was our first time staying at a rental property for our vacation. The Owner, Chris was quick to respond to a few questions we had. This communication put our mind at ease and we booked his Apt! 3 big bedrooms , comfortable mattresses and proximity to Acropolis center did not disappoint.

This was an amazing three (3) bedroom rental was minutes from the new museum and a short walk to 100's of restaurants to the left and right of the street it intersects.
Google maps has it off by a block so trust your taxi driver!
The rental has a elevator/lift to the second floor for easy access.
The lockbox is right outside the entrance to get your keys.
The owner is amazing and super helpful!
The unit itself is very clean and the pictures are very accurate to the actual rental. Easily 4 stars!
The on and off tour bus stop is 5 minutes away will take you to all the highlights in Athens just buy your tickets ahead of time.
We will definitely be staying there again!
