Summary:
Welcome to Casa Sureña, a stunning condominium situated in the prestigious Flamingo Towers development in Playa Flamingo. Experience breathtaking ocean views from your private veranda and indulge in the captivating sunsets. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended to access the condo.

Please Note: Construction is currently taking place on the structure of the building, and there may be some noise during the day. The scaffolding does not obstruct the ocean views, and both pools remain open for your enjoyment. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The Space:
Upon entering this unit, you’ll be captivated by the ocean view from the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar for three. The comfortable living area features a plush couch and a large-screen TV, while sliding glass doors open to a veranda with a dining table for six and additional outdoor seating.

The spacious master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering a queen-sized bed and a single bunk bed, along with its own en-suite bathroom.
For your convenience, the unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer, and the building has dual elevators for easy access, ensuring you can fully enjoy the breathtaking views!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was quiet and removed from the other areas with a beautiful view. Drive to local restaurants and excursions.Krain P. M. was very accommodating. Easy access to parking garage and elevators to the room. Everything you need for your visit was provided at the condo! Just bring the food and cook.

Views from the balcony are amazing! The condo has everything you could need. Everything was in proper working order and spotless. Exterior is very well maintained. Two great pools and never crowded - even during a busy weekend. Location is excellent - close to stores/restaurants/beaches but also quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Spectacular views from the balcony. It is not close to the beach so walking to the beach is really not an option so a rental car is a must.

Reviewer Comments: Es la segunda vez que decido buscar los hospedajes de Krain para pasar mis vacaciones, la verdad es que tienen complejos increíbles y la atencion que tienen siempre es atenta y muy servicial. En esta última estadía nuestro host Tony siempre estuvo anuente a ayudarnos a pasar unos muy buenos días en Flamingo towers. Sin duda los recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 15 nights in FT-15 (2 adults, 2 children) and would highly recommend this unit. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, the furniture and decor were lovely and the view was incredible. The only downsides: pools are relatively small given the number of units in the complex; there are no barbecues on site; and the a/c units for the building are below the deck of this condo and can be a bit loud. You also need a car given that the condo is perched on the top of a large hill (that said, we walked to both Playa Flamingo and Brasilito from the condo -- you just have to be prepared for a hike uphill).
