We’ve been to Great Exuma many times, but this was our first staying in Hartswell. The proximity to Moriah Harbour, accessible by kayaks and SUPs, makes it the ideal spot. Highly recommend renting a boat while at Thevine House as it allows for easy access to the best beaches in Moriah, Man O War, and Stocking Island. The house was fantastic in every way and we will definitely be returning!

We had a great time and loved our stay at Thevine House. The host was communicative, and the house was spotless when we arrived. All of our questions were answered promptly by Desreen, and she came immediately to help when the water wasn’t working at one point. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was our 4th stay in one of Nathalie and Yvon's two properties (2nd in Thevine 1 and 2 prior stays in Thevine 2 next door). Thevine 1 was still just as dreamy as our prior stay about two years ago. A new smart TV was added downstairs in the pool table room in 2023 and the beds are even better - everyone slept great! We spent the majority of our time outside in the glorious outdoor spaces and the pool. Great location for exploring both Great and Little Exuma. We brought our 70+ parents with us this time and they navigated the house fine. Such a great spot for families to spend time together. The hosts could not be better and have thought of every single detail! We will be back again soon!

This was our third stay at Thevine House. My only complaint is that I wished we stayed longer! The location and the property are perfect. We love having the dock and the pool. Close enough to the things we love to do and far enough from downtown to feel like you are secluded. Can’t wait to go back!

This home and property was incredible! And the location was absolutely perfect. We used the kayaks to paddle across Moriah Harbour to quiet inlets and pristine beaches and one day to the Lazy River. Exuma has the most beautiful turquoise waters we have ever seen. We drove to Forbes Hill Beach one afternoon, what a treat! Mrs Desreen Burrows was wonderful and had the refrigerator stocked upon our arrival and gave us a full orientation of the property. Nathalie was so friendly and helpful providing detailed information and answering all our questions. She even let us borrow her personal beach chairs. Yvon gave me a ride on his boat to show the Moriah Harbour coves, inlets, and navigation route through the shallows to Elizabeth Harbour. This was very helpful as I rented a boat from Island Exclusive Boat Rentals (they delivered it directly to Thevine House dock). Coming from NY we desperately needed to unwind. Exuma and Thevine House was sooo Fine for a Chill Vacay!

Our family of 4 had the most wonderful vacation at Thevine house. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. The homeowners and caretaker Mrs Burrows go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Mrs Burrows had groceries waiting for us when we arrived. She was even sweet enough to order and deliver a birthday cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The house is just perfect. It has comfortable beds, plenty of bath and beach towels, snorkeling gear, floats for the pool, spices, hooks in the right places, books for kids and adults, games, kayaks, and a pool table. We were able to snorkel and kayak right out front of the house and also had many sightings from the local sea turtle. Our only problem was our visit wasn’t long enough. We can’t wait to come back.

The owners and home are the best! The home is so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. There is no detail that has been left out. The home is stunning. We had the best week. The location is a short kayak or paddle board to your own private beach, Moriah Harbour Park. My daughter and her friend loved hanging by the pool and beach in the backyard of the house. This home and location are stunning! Do not hesitate to book this home. My favorite Vrbo experience❤️.

My two brothers and their wives joined us at Thevine I. All of us were pleased. The house was spotless, the view and location were excellent. The kayaks and snorkling gear were put to good use. I can recommend this property without reservation.

Just spent a week at this lovely property. The house is comfortable and inviting and is equipped with everything a family needs. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is amazingly equipped, and the outdoor views are incredible. We really enjoyed the kayaks, the pool, and the lounging chairs - by the water and on the porches! I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future; this may be the nicest rental we have every experienced (and the hosts are great - very responsive and kind).

This is the second time I have stayed at a Thevine property. To say that they have "set the bar" is an understatement. Everything about the property is top notch. Private dock where you can keep your rented boat overnight, infinity pool, BBQ, cabana with fan and lights, landscaping, kayaks and SUP, and porch with adirondack chairs were all perfect. It made our trip just fantastic. I can recommend this host without any reservation whatsoever. Just the best!

Moriah Harbor is a wonderful backdrop for this beautiful house. Everything you could need is at your fingertips. Weather it be enjoying your coffee while watching the sunrise on the deck, to enjoying a cocktail on the dock watching the turtles, fish and water change colors. Nathalie & Yvon are great to work with and will help you with everything you need to enjoy Exuma! Hope to visit Thevine House and Moriah Harbor!

We had a wonderful week long stay that went by way too fast. The location of the house is perfect with the most wonderful landscaping and views. The kitchen was completely stocked. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner four nights and there was never a time we felt like something was missing. The kayaks were great and used quite a bit. We enjoyed using them to kayak over to the island across the way. In the water right off the dock we saw sharks, rays, turtles and all kinds of fish. They had plenty of towels for showering and the beach. We rented a boat for three days and were able to keep it at the dock. The coolers were great for beach days and they had an ample supply of frozen water/packs to use. Willie and Mrs. Burrows were simply fantastic. You can tell the owners take great pride in and care of Thevine House. It definitely felt like a home away from home and we'd go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent house and property that is extremely well taken care of by owners and staff. There were five of us, and we had plenty of room. The location is perfect for renting a boat and exploring the beaches. We rented a 20’ boat from Drex. It’s also about halfway between Georgetown and the restaurants on Little Exuma, so going to either is easy once you know the roads. The pool, kayaks, and paddle board were great to use throughout the day. The owner even let us eat a star fruit off the tree in the garden. Amazing experience. We will definitely return.

Thevine house was beyond our expectations. Upon arrival the house was immaculate. Simple things like paper towels, TP, napkins, shopping bags were all provided for us. Plenty of beach towels. Comfortable beds. There is plenty to do at/around the house to keep kids entertained. The pool table was much appreciated for rainy times. A mid-week cleaning is included with your stay. The caretaker is easy to get in touch with and rapid to respond. Truly a 5 star experience!

We Loved our stay here & LOVE Exuma & if we come back, we will definitely stay here again. The house was perfect for our group of 6!! It was even better than the photos. My husband & I both agreed that this was the best VRBO we've ever rented. Our first couple of days were rainy & we were all so thankful that we had such a beautiful place to hang. The house is extremely clean & well-stocked with everything you might need & in a very quiet area. It was spacious, uncluttered, & nicely decorated. We cooked all of our breakfasts /dinners and had plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, & seasonings. Comfy beds. Great A/C. Excellent water & pressure. Loved having washer/dryer. We couldn't think of anything that the owner could have included that wasn't already there. They really pay attention to fine details. The lush/natural landscape made us feel like we were at a resort. We used the kayaks for several excursions - FUN! They are in nice condition & life vests are available. Plenty of snorkel gear/coolers/towels. We kept a boat in the protected doc & loved being out on the water. We played cards and games in the evening and I don't think anyone even turned on the tv during our 10-day stay - we didn't miss it. The extra-long dinner table was perfect for our meals & games. The owner and care-taker were both very responsive to questions and check-in/out was a breeze. WIFI worked well. LOVE TheVine House!! Don't even hesitate - just book it!

Wow!!! This place is a stunner. It had everything we needed and more. Although we are sad to leave, we already know we will return. These Exuma waters are hard to beat. We rented a boat for he week and kept it at the house. We explored all week - stocking island - Chat N Chill, hoopers bay and swam with the turtles, Moriah cay and man o war cay. We also did the full day Exuma Watersports 007 tour which we highly recommend. We ate at Shirley’s x2, splash, santanas, houseman on the bay, blu on the water, & rusty anchor. We hired a Hibachi chef for the house 1 night - also highly recommend. TAHJ Deline. We also got PADI certified while here. We did bring a drone (apply for permit) and got some AMAZING shots. Don’t hesitate to book here - it’s beyond word’s AMAZING!

We had a wonderful week at Thevine House! From the beginning when we booked until our departure, Nathalie was an amazing host! She provided helpful information on car rentals, groceries, boat rentals, restaurants, private chefs, massage and excursions. The house was perfect for our family of 5! My boys loved the pool table and we all enjoyed the kayaks. The house is perfectly located - away from the crowds, close to Little Exuma and the beautiful beaches, and ideal for exploring Moriah Harbour by kayak. We were fortunate that Nathalie and Yvon were also visiting - we enjoyed meeting them and they were helpful and available for any questions we had. Desreen and Willie (house caretakers) were also very helpful. Desreen came to clean the house midweek. This vacation was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation! Book this house...you will love it!! Thank you Nathalie and Yvon for a wonderful week and a memorable vacation!

Moriah Harbor is well worth the drive from the airport. The harbor and land across from the home are great for exploring and taking in amazing beaches. This house is 10 stars! We traveled all over Exuma during our stay and Thevine house is in the best location. The home is very clean and comfortable, the owners thought of everything. We loved the spectacular views, swimming in the pool, kayaking around the harbor, snorkeling and fishing off the dock. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock, which was great for cruising around the islands. One of our top vacations yet and we are already planning to come back to rent Thevine house!

This house was amazing! The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking meals. The views were outstanding. The pool and dock area was a great place to relax, with nice water access for kayaking around the area. Great property! Would definitely rent this place again.

This was our 5th trip to Exuma and Thevine House was by far, our favorite rental. The House itself is very well appointed. Everything we needed for cooking indoor and out. Best BBQ we have had in any rental. The home build and layout maximize the space and views. This house is made for outdoor living. Yoga on the upper deck was relaxing every morning. We love the beaches of Little Exuma and this location was perfect. 15-20 from Georgetown and 10-20 to all spots south. Last but not least, the beautiful Moriah Harbour view from every window. Highly recommend kayaking and renting a boat. We would definitely rent this home again. Do not hesitate to book.

Thevine House was absolutely amazing! From the beautiful views from each balcony to the infinity pool and private beach, the home was a perfect getaway! The owners were so hospitable and accommodating and ensured every detail and the items in the home were in perfect order. We will definitely return to this lovely slice of heaven on earth!

We had an amazing time at Thevine house. It’s a picture perfect home. It offers a ton of different living spaces inside and out. My dad liked the bottom deck sitting area and my mom loved sunbathing on the beach. We had morning coffees on the top deck watching the waters and deciding our days plan. We also had Easter dinner there taking in the colors of the sunset . Everything you can think of for amenities comes with this house. Fully loaded kitchen, beach towels, coolers, kayaks, paddle board, comfy beds, grill, first aid kits, things you may forget etc. We cooked at the house everyday. My two boys (4&5 non swimmers prior) loved the pool by the 3rd day they were both swimming(dog paddle)and jumping off the side. We loved taking the kayaks out to the islands across from the house. We found that when the tide goes out there’s nice warm “puddles” that you can sit and swim in and very small sharks swim about. And there are starfish along the beach (Exuma is like one big treasure hunt) After 4 beautiful days we had a windy/rainy day and we enjoyed staying “home” the comforts are top notch. My parents needed the rest. We rented a boat but they cancelled and Nathalie was able to find us a different boat to rent. We parked the boat at the houses dock making it easy to pack, go and unload. We would definitely recommend this rental it has something for everyone.

We just returned from a 7 night stay at Thevine house. We were blown away by the house and location. We did a lot of research ahead of time and read through all of the reviews. Everyone said the pictures on the website don’t do it justice. I found that hard to believe since the pictures looked amazing. Boy we’re they right! One foot on the property and a step out on the back patio and you feel like your living a dream! The owners and caretakers were all so nice. The house has everything you will possibly need. We are already planning our return trip. We can’t back there soon enough!

Absolute perfection! The house and property are well maintained and the extra details elevate the property to another level. I loved the first aid kit and AED, available clean water, the coolers for the boat, the snorkel fins and the water bucket to soak our snorkel gear in. We always pack so much gear! With this property we can worry less about the details! We can’t wait to return. Our new favorite rental.
