The DEPENDENCE: Consists of two floors each with independent access (i.e. the two floors are not connected). On the ground floor is an entrance with living area. OUTDOOR: A private, outdoor lounge area located at the entrance of the villa features sofas and umbrellas. The beautiful rear terrace leads to the dependence, the pool area, and the parking area (accessed by passing through the owner\'s property).
