The location is the best part of this property! When I read the reviews that stated the place needed a deep clean, I assumed the owner would do it. The property needs a deep clean regulary... ask about the deep clean before booking it! We were greeted with a gold fish cracker on the floor, an old bar of soap in the shower, and garbage in the bathroom trash can. We were also welcomed by ants at the front door and in the kitchen. If I left a dirty dish in the sink the ants were on it within 30 min. The place needs some TLC... immediately! I'm not sure if reviewers who stated that they would return to the property would really do so! All you need to do is spend a few more dollars to get a cleaner space. The positives: Location. Easy off street parking and check in. Coffee available and a full kitchen.

This apartment was perfect for a girls weekend and would be great for parents of cadets at the Naval Academy. The location was close to downtown and there a some great coffee places and restaurants in Eastport near the apartment. We especially enjoyed walking the neighborhood with so many beautiful gardens. Tony was a fabulous host, very prompt and professional. We will be back!

My son and I stayed for 3 days. Was a great location for walking to town but far enough away for a residential experience. Bbq outside with string lights. Nice back yard . The home itself was VERY clean and perfect for our needs. Great off street parking as well. The owner was extremely responsive and professional. Thanks again Tony and family. Appreciate the home!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Tony was a very sweet and attentive host--even knocking on our door one night and saying he had built a fire and was about to put it out, but wanted to know if we would like to use it first. It's great for walking--we walked to Annapolis old town and to points in Eastport. Highly recommend strolling to Vin 909 for dinner! Cozy and convenient for short getaways. Thanks, Tony!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. It was great location and easy to drive or uber wherever we wanted to go. We had some confusion over which unit was rented but that was easily cleared up with a phone call. The property was clean overall but there were some areas that could have used some deep cleaning. This rental met our needs and our stay was comfortable. The owner and manager were easy to work with and communication with them was great. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was a short walk to the boat show, town and a number of restaurants. The well equipped kitchen, fluffy towels in the bath, toiletries and very comfortable furniture made for a very pleasant stay. There was a very prompt response to one question that we had. The listing states that it’s an apartment for two however there is a pull out couch. Two couples comfortable with sharing one bath or a family would be happy here.

The location was perfect for visiting the Naval Academy, the price was great, the property well maintained, OFF STREET PARKING (!), and Tony was the perfect host. We would definitely stay there again when we head back to Annapolis.

Small but adequate.....linens were clean and bed comfortable... better than paying high price hotel. Kitchen and bath could use a deep clean but was certainly not dirty. We would definitely stay again when it’s just the two of us again for a weekend!
