WOOOOW. non ho altre parole per descrivere questo hotel. L'accoglienza di Shannon al check-in, le ragazze che ci hanno servito la colazione, per non parlare della camera. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite TATE: uno spettacolo. Siamo arrivate un'ora prima del check-in , abbiamo quindi lasciato i bagagli in deposito e siamo andate a fare un giro in città e al nostro ritorno le valigie erano in camera. un servizio top, mai avuto finora da nessun'altra parte. Colazione super abbondante: ho preso i pancakes con la frutta... ottimi e al momento del check-out mi è anche stato chiesto se volessi un supplemento di colazione :-) Al piano terra è presente una zone relax e una palestra. Posizione ottima a 10 min dalla stazione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Raccomando la struttura al 100%.

I cannot fault the Bedford. Ideally situated in the heart of Limerick. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Wir kommen wieder

Sehr stylisches Ambiente/Hotel. Der Aufenthaltsraum im Keller war sehr hübsch. Die Lage war super, ganz zentral Und Sharron an der Rezeption ist sooo super nett gewesen. Tiptop. Das WLAN war leicht zu verbinden und man konnte das Handy mit dem Fernseher verbinden. -> das Nachbarzimmer hat sich so aber auch mit unserem Fernseher verbunden:D

Leider mehr schein als sein. Das hübsche Zimmer war an sich sauber . Das Bad war am Boden dreckig und auch die Fugen der Dusche haben keinen sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Es war auf dem Bettlaken ein ekliger Fleck und da die Rezeption nur bis 6pm auf hat konnten wir diesen nicht am selbigen Tag reklamieren und mussten mit der offenen Seite der Bettdecke oben schlafen. Nur an schlafen war noch nicht zu denken. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig und die Person über uns musste anscheinend noch das Schrittziel erreichen.... trampel trampel trampel... Auch die Straße draußen hört man. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Kellner hatte seinen zweiten Tag und hat meinem Mann als erstes ein komplett anderes Gericht gebracht wie haben es reklamiert und er hat es zurückgebract mit einer Entschuldigung, das wir das AvocadoToast so bekommen und das richtige Gericht gleich folgt. Der zweite Teller war Brot mit Schinken und Eggs Benedikt. Auch das falsche , aber das hat dann schon gepasst. :D eigentlich hatten wir Rührei mit Bacon und so bestellt 🤭

Modern, convenient and great breakfast.

We arrived after the official check-in time, but it was very easy to get into our room as everything was organized for that. The bed was huge and comfortable, decoration very tasteful and modern. Really liked the downstairs/underground facilities, where you can just chill, have a coffee or do a quick workout in the gym. The breakfast was also very good, made from local and fresh indigents.

Everything was amazing for the most part, but the bathroom was a bit small and could use some extra shelves in the shower.

The staff, the breakfast, the gym, the room.

Nothing major but considering how pleasant everything else was and the overall quality of the hotel I was surprised the TV didn't offer the possibility to connect your own devise (Netflix, amazon...).

Exceptional Townhouse. Quiet, spacious room with an extremely comfortable mattress. Exceptionally clean accommodation. Personalized service with a welcome note addressed to me on the nightstand. Wonderful cafe downstairs with a great breakfast menu and extremely responsive wait staff. Large spacious lounge room to stretch out and enjoy food or conversation. I felt catered to and pampered. I wish I could have stayed here for a week. Every color choice and decorating touch oozes a comfortable elegance that is so soothing to a traveler.

Pillows were nice

The property claims that the car park is across the street which isn’t really true. When you check in you go through the breakfast dinning room. They over manage your stay calling me many times. When you check in you have to make reservations for breakfast which is ridiculous. When we arrived we had to ask a local person where the hotel was and once you get your key card you go through this hallway that has so much perfume ( bergamot) 3 days later I still have a headache. The air conditioning didn’t work. Never and I mean Never will I return. We told the staff that the air conditioning didn’t work. They came to the room and said it will catch up. The air ran all night and never changed temperature…i realize that I am allergic to different scents and all but that was way over the top and the property should have refunded me money. Do not go

Modern and comfortable

We based ourselves here for two nights and toured around the area. Great location - central to shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Staff are lovely and welcoming with terrific recommendations and good advice. The townhouse is very modern and stylish. Our room looked onto the mall out front and was perfect. It was quiet and comfortable for a good nights sleep. Parking was at a QPark which was very close with a substantial discount thanks to the townhouse. The lounge was a great touch for tea/coffee and chocolate treats. The cafe does exceptional breakfasts. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

Excellent stay in the heart of Limerick

Cooked to order breakfast in the cafe next door was fabulous. Excellent coffee. The location of the Bedford Townhouse in the centre of Limerick is a huge plus.

The Reception desk (located within the cafe) is a little obscure. I walked up the stairs to a travel agent's office who guided me to the appropriate desk. Clearer signage would be of assistance for first time guests of the Bedford Townhouse.

Fabulous city centre hotel

The hotel was spotless, beautiful room with a massive comfy bed. Perfect location for exploring the city too. Staff were lovely, will definitely be back! The parlour room downstairs is so quirky and pretty

I wanted to use the steam room but couldn't get it to work as per instructions. I tried calling reception several times but no response. I was disappointed with that aspect.
