Alles perfekt, nur zu empfehlen!

Alles war super, vom Empfang über die außergewöhnlich gestalteten Zimmer, die moderne Technik für Licht, Dusche & Co, das reichhaltige Frühstück usw. Wirklich alles war perfekt. :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder (auch wenn wir keine „Fans“ sind;))

the entire borussia park package is great.

I love this place.

The rooms have no real working desk and chair. It would be great to have at least s.th. little. However, I knew this before and it was my choice to book anyway as the hotel is great

Für knapp 300,- Euro pro Nacht hätte ich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet.

Eine Rezension ist schwierig. Die Junior Suite war eine Junior Suite. Das Hotelpersonal hat sich wirklich gekümmert, da es einiges zu bemäkeln gab (siehe "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen"). Ich möchte die Damen an der Rezeption am Ende doch sehr loben und wir möchten uns bei diesen Damen bedanken. Auch für diese positiven Überraschungen - Danke schön! Auch das Frühstück war ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück.

In der Junior Suite lief beim abwaschen des mitgebrachten Obstes das Wasser unter dem Waschbecken raus. Dieses hatte ich gegen 16.00 Uhr an der Rezeption angemerkt. Im Zimmer selber habe ich Fotos gemacht und einiges an unsauberen Stellen gefunden. Auf der Couch war ein riesiger brauner Fleck, auf einem dunklem Stuhl gab es ein großen weißen Farbklecks, hinter dem Mülleimer in der Toilette war sehr viel alter Staub, die Regendusche war voller Kalkflecken, am Wasserbehälter der Kaffeemaschine war viel Schmutz. Gegen 19.45 Uhr war ich wieder an der Rezeption, da ich für 40 Minuten wegfahren musste und habe gefragt, warum man mir eine solche Junior Suite zumutet? Erste Antwort war, dass jemand in meiner Suite gewesen wäre und nichts am Waschbecken feststellen konnte. Ich war doch sehr irritiert, da ich die ganze Zeit im Zimmer war und niemand vor Ort sich umgesehen hatte. Dann erwähnte ich, dass es sehr kalt im Zimmer sei. Auch hier die Antwort, dass man gesehen hätte, dass ich ein Fenster geöffnet haben muss und die Klimaanlage deshalb nicht funktionieren könne. Noch einmal meine Anmerkung, dass niemand in diesem Zimmer zur Kontrolle war und dass ich nicht an den Fenstern hantiert hatte. Anmerkung der Rezeption, dass man es sich jetzt noch einmal ansehen würde. Nach der Rückkehr hat die Rezeption dann erklärt, dass man den Wasserauslauf nicht festellen konnte. Ich sagte, dass sie das Wasser länger laufen lassen müssten. Die Klimaanlage würde jetzt auch funktionieren, da ein Fenster nicht vollständig geschlossen war. Aber das war noch nicht alles. Es würden weitere Überraschungen auf dem Zimmer auf uns warten - allerdings positive.

Frühstück war super und der Ausblick war klasse.

Zimmer war nicht sauber , Müll war nich im Mülleimer, Bett war mit Make up Flecken voll.

De kamer was heel schoon, Heel modern & alles was elektrisch van de termostaat kraan tot de gordijnen. een echte kamer voor voetbal liefhebbers!

Great place but when you book 6 months in avanced and get a room with a door that comunicates to another room, and it sounds like the people next door are in your room all night it's à bit much.

it is a lovely hotel, but as it was a match day there were no facilities open to guests. Considering location of hotel away from the town this was really unacceptable

First rate staff, fun place to stay.

Breakfast was very good. Sauna was excellent. But Eagan stocks out was the helpful and warm attitude of the front of house staff. They were excellent.

I think you should look at improving dinner options for guests who need to eat in - and in being clearer about these options. I arrived early evening, after travelling from New Zealand (32 hours) and when I went to the restaurant for dinner it was full (staff unhelpful) and as I had no car, and was too tired to go out, I had no meal that evening. Not a good start. Perhaps having room service options or Uber Eats would be beneficial. In all other respects the hotel was excellent! Thank you.
