Not happy with my stay

Good location and price.

Owner is commanding and doubt customers. It is just one way traffic from their side. They don't listen to your side of the story and experience but assume that you are bluffing. They feel that they are doing a favor to customers. Looks like the lady (owner) is ready to fight and argue any time. Never use convincing tone at all. You get stinking smell in the property with cat & dog which are not well maintained. This will be a huge problem, especially if you are allergenic to pets.

Probably the best place at this price point in the area, even it wasn't the hosts make it worthwhile. Having hosts that have lived in the UK makes a massive difference to any foreign (English speaking) guests . Their friendliness, as stated in other reviews, was very welcome. The AC in my room was very fast and quiet compared to other units in other places I've stayed at (my 20th visit to India)

One of the rental bikes was not up to scratch but that is being seen to.

the location is far from the center if you want to walk around the city center. The lack of a bathroom in the room is a big minus.

Hosts were friendly, helpful and willing to give extra effort for guest satisfaction. Bike and scooter rental on-site. Dining on-site with options within reasonable walking distance

I have no complaints related to the property itself. Public transportation to this area can be difficult to navigate. I ended up going a lot of walking to get around when not using the facility's scooter rental.

perfect accomodation with a beautifull balcony

Booked the budget room for 8 euros. The host is very friendly and helpful. He told me that rabies has been eradicated in Goa, which reassured me.

unfortunately, there is no direct way to the beach and you have to walk about 3 KM

I felt looked after as if my own family, perfect for a solo female traveller. A wonderfully relaxing stay 😊

I loved staying here for the special calm peaceful energy. Ideal if you’re interested in yoga and high healing energies. The family are really wonderful and helpful in every way.
