Estafa Luxury

Penosa experiencia. El peor alojamiento donde me he alojado. Llegamos y no teníamos parking puesto que la plaza que corresponde a la villa Gigi estaba ocupada con otros coches, no funcionaba el ventilador de techo, con una calor terrible… seguimos para bingo y no funcionaba la nevera, avisamos y nos dicen que ya vendrán al día siguiente a revisarlo. Insistimos para que vengan en el día y nos dicen que no, que al día siguiente. Vinieron por la mañana y nos trajeron una nevera nueva. La tele a veces no tiene señal de antena, con lo que no pudimos ver el partido de España entero. Además que la limpieza deja mucho que desear, todo muy sucio, mobiliario deteriorado y menaje escaso y sucio. Las mosquisteras y las cortinas rotas y con agujeros. Nos encontramos la bolsa del pan rota y el pan comido, creemos que había ratones pues nos fijamos y había excrementos por todo el alojamiento, así que decidimos irnos antes y no pasar la última noche allí. No recomiendo el alojamiento. Y el precio no es precisamente económico, todo lo contrario. La villa no está cerrada, no tiene vallas, con lo cual un peligro si te alojas con niños y perros, cosa que tampoco avisan y a las zonas comunes no se puede ir con tu mascota.

¡¡Suciedad!! Muy poco cuidado

Cuando llegamos entramos a una casa prefabricada, con muchos años y con muchas deficiencias, bichos, suciedad y muy todo muy deteriorado. Sábanas sucias, toallas sucias, sofá sucio,... no era un sitio para quedarse allí. Intentamos hablar con ellos para que nos dieran una solución y nos dijeron que hasta el día siguiente no podía venir nadie. Tuvimos que buscar otro sitio donde quedarnos y no pudimos ni poner una reclamación porque el departamento no estaba en fin de semana y tuvimos que esperar el lunes a ponerla y ahora les solicitamos la devolución del dinero. Llevamos más de una semana esperando solución y no hay forma de hablar con ellos. Atención al cliente pésima. Espero que este comentario le sirva a alguien.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo

La casa era perfecta el personal de mantenimiento muy amable

La piscina no estaba limpia, el agua de las duchas salia o ardiendo o fría. Nadie nos dijo que el camino en coche hacia la casa es un camino sin aflato no recomendable para coche bajo. Antes de ir me asegure que tenían bbq me confirmaron y preparamos todo para una barbacoa finalmente no habia barbacoa era un plancha y no funcionaba

Un paraíso de montaña y playa .

La libertad de movimiento, la piscina con todas las comodidades, la facilidad para concretar las horas de entrada con el propietario.

No nos dimos cuenta de que villa 3 dormitorios era un glamping casi hasta entrar.

La ubicación es genial para descansar, y cerca a la misma vez del centro 10 minutos en coche

Peaceful during the day and a nice chill out area, but the nights were awful due to the noise of the dogs

Nice pool. Good facilities in the glamping tent.

Barking dogs the whole night from neighbouring properties meant we didn’t really get much sleep at all. And being in a tent meant that we couldn’t shut the noise out.

Villa Casa Madera luxury.

The location was very good, close to the beaches and amenities. The pool area was clean and tidy but the eating area around the pool looked as if it hadn't been used for some time.

The cabin was quite small and a little tired regarding furniture etc. We were quite disappointed as we thought it would have had more comfortable seating in the garden plus eating facilities. The coffee machine didn't work and lack of cooking utensils. It was advertised as villa luxury but it didn't come upto the expectations, therefore over priced.

wonderful stay at La Pena Luxury

We had a wonderful stay at La Pena Luxury. The location was perfect. It felt like being off track but still only a few minutes by car to the beach or into Tarifa town. We really liked the design of the properties and it was just ideal ´ to share with friends. The communal pool with BBQ area was right in front of our bungalow and we had lovely BBQs every evening. Surrounded by nature, beautiful views and the horses just in front of the community made it very special. We would definitely book again.

Overall we can't say much negative accept maybe the cleanliness could have been slightly better and we had some problems with lights not working. I assume the houses are constantly rented and here and there you can see the intense use

Beatutiful villa in a beatutiful part of Spain, highly recommend.

Great location for accessing the local beaches which are superb. The villa is very modern and well kept in beautiful grounds, private and secure. The villa management are very supportive and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended and intend to stay again next year.

The only downside was the sofa bed being not massively comfortable, but was ok. The road leading to the villa is part track but not too bad really.

nothing really. floors are creaky! but they’re wood so that’s normal. the proprietor didn’t seem to be expecting us so we had to wait for access but it was no problem as we went to the beach!

Amazing place in Tarifa

Loved the place and the common areas. It was all super clean and the kitchen was well furnished. Amazing place to stay!

The only issue is getting there. If you get a taxi, they wont leave/pick up you in the house and you will need to walk 5 minutes.

Not quite what is seems to describe in the website… read carefully.

Villa was actually a log cabin. Nice enough but not what we expected.

When I booked the ‘luxury villa ‘ I was under the impression it had a private pool and when got there it was a shared pool with two other cabins. I did not know the other residents and with COVID pandemic not too keen to mingle. On reading the booking.com description retrospectively I guess you could summize it was a shared complex but nowhere does it state clearly the pool is shared. Along similar lines, I was expecting a Villa and it was a small wood cabin. We returned home Immediately and only spent first night there, and lost our money. Too hot to just sit down in a garden. Shame. Would not have booked if clearly described.

Perfect location & beautiful place

We loved that we could take walks in nature and be surrounded by cattle and horses roaming on the hill and still be 10 min drive from the beach and 3 min from town/supermarket. Sebastian was very helpful and we are already planning our next trip back!
