Wygodny apartament dla rodziny z dzieckiem, smaczne śniadanie. Jednak obsługa pozostawia sporo do życzenia.

Wygodny apartament, smaczne śniadanie, kącik dla dzieci

Niemiła obsluga w portierni (wszystkie sprawy można załatwiac tylko telefonicznie z managerem). Czystość - apartament był posprzątany, ale po przyjeździe na korytarzu znajdowały się śmieci, w łazience było zostawione wiadro z brudna wodą z mopa i nieprzyjemny zapach. W wiadomości otrzymaliśmy nieaktualny kod do wejścia (portier poinformował ze od dawna nie działa ale dalej go wysyłają).

Nowoczesny pensjonat w dobrej lokalizacji i przystępnej cenie

Bardzo dobre śniadania, przestronny apartament z wszelkimi niezbednymi sprzętami, czysto i ciepło w pokoju pomimo mrozów za oknem.

W trakcie pobytu nie działała winda, brakowało też bezpośredniego kontaktu z właścicielem, brak recepcji.

Die Lage ist super und das Personal war sehr nett.

Wir mussten über eine Stunde auf ein anderes Apartment warten, weil es nicht für drei gebuchte Personen vorbereitet war, es war auch nicht sauber. Unsere Verabredung mit Familie vor Ort konnten wir dadurch nicht mehr wahrnehmen.

- the very spacious apartment - free parking space - location right next to the trails and far enough from the city center to not to experience crowd

- no washing machine nor any dish soap - it would be amazing to have small coffee cups - although sauna area seems to be brand new there's no space to get some rest between the sessions

The stay was excellant.

The stay was great. The location is near the entrance to the waterfall and is within 20 mins walks from the main train station. The place is clean, quiet and comfortable. The reception was open all the time. The private gardens were a great addition.

comfortable and nice place for small price

Breakfast was very good, various . Something for veggies and even carnivora ware able to find something to seize his / hers hunger

Concierge a bit unprofessional but helpfull. one km away from the centre but close to Kamieńczyk river and hers waterfall. Nice point to start a trip to Szrenica . Breakfast booked on place is cheaper as same on internet site 20 PLN's( about 4,50 EUR ) versus 8 EUR

The apartment is fully stocked with all amenities, and Lidl is only around 15 minutes by walk. Apartment was clean, and provided a decent and comfortable stay.

No one was available to book the sauna, which was one of the main reasons we selected the apartment. The bed was not super comfortable.

Great apartments near the hiking trails

Away from the main city, but close enough to Lidl. Nice and quiet with a sufficient kitchen for cooking needs. Loved that it is next to a trailhead making it easy to get moving every day. I would definitely recommend.

Could have stayed a little longer and booked a sauna

Perfect X-county trip base.

The reception desk is open 24/7, but older guys working there don't speak English or German. Most of the communication is done in Polish or basic sentences with Google Translate.
