Ongelofelijk luxe verblijft, mijn lievelingshotel

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, locatie was super, ongelofelijk luxe bedden, uitgebreid en heel lekker ontbijt. Uitstekend hotel, vijf sterren waard !!!

Krásný tichý hotel v bezvadném místě.

Snídaně byly vynikající, pokoje velké, klidné, čisté, postel velmi pohodlná. Úžasný výhled z terasy na Sagradu, vše v docházkové vzdálenosti. Personám velmi vstřícný a usměvavý.

Je to asi designová záležitost, ale skleněné dveře na wc....nevím, kdo chce být pozorován zrovna zde :)

perfect base station for a Barcelona city trip

great location. very easy access to the excitement of Barcelona. Yet a bit away of the noisy parts. great breakfast. very helpful and friendly staff. also, there is nice lobby and bar to return to.

the gym is functional, however rather basic.

La salle de bain et la toilette sont intégrées à la chambre. Cela pose deux problèmes. Toute utilisation nocturne réveille le conjoint. Nous aimons dormir dans une atmosphère fraîche 18° mais trop fraîche pour la salle de bain et la toilette

Location, clean

The woman at the check in counter spent 40 min reading brochures, making dining reservations and giving directions to two women while 16 of us waited just to check into our rooms! Absurd The other woman was trying to help as many as she could.

Great location and very clean.

Staff service on the roof deck was absolutely diabolical. 25 mins standing at the bar to pay a bill, said they could make a certain cocktail for me and it was awful! Service was so slow. Room was very noisy, doors banging and Cars beeping all night.

Good location 3 blocks from Sagrada Familia. Restaurants a few blocks away, hotel bars could use some inventory control

Schönes Wochenende in Barcelona

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Sagrada. Große Zimmer, ein schöner Rooftop Pool. Exzellentes Frühstück.

Wir sind keine Fans von offenen Badezimmern mit Milchglasscheiben. Hotelschuhe auf dem Zimmer wären ganz gut gewesen. Zimmer war etwas dunkel.

Stylisches Hotel in guter Lage

Sehr schön, stylisch und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Leider herrschte Unsicherheit beim Personal, ob wir am Abreisetag ein Frühstück inbegriffen haben (was mitgebucht und bezahlt war), wir sollten eine Rückmeldung bekommen - leider kam diese nicht und die Abreise erfolgte ohne Frühstück.

месторасположение и терасса на крыше отеля. приятно выйти покурить сигаретку с видом на саграду

То как со мной общались и вели себя люди работающие в отеле. Они переговариваются, уводят внимание от проблем с которыми ты сталкиваешься в ходе проживания и местами даже агрессивно вели себя по отношению ко мне. я чувствовал себя максимально неудобно. плюс все время манипулировали на счет куррения в гостинице, якобы что заставят платить меня штраф, хотя я там не курил

Comfortable luxurious hotel with nice location

Really good hotel with nice location It was mesmerising experience, even if you just enter hotel building you can smell awesome fragrances, that was included in every toilet facilities, bed shifts, which made my stay so much comfortable and luxurious Breakfast was good, especially bakery Staff so friendly and supportive, my mom doesn’t know English, but was helped as well

Belle adresse pour un week-end à Barcelone

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la beauté de l'hôtel et de sa terrasse ! L'emplacement également, à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia et à quelques minutes à pieds de plusieurs stations de métro.

Nous avons un peu regretté le manque d'informations, à notre arrivée, le personnel d'accueil ne nous a pas précisé qu'il y avait une terrasse ou une piscine et ne nous a pas non plus donné les horaires du petit déjeuner. Cela n'aurait pas été gênant si nous avions retrouvé ces informations dans la chambre mais ce n'était pas le cas.

This was a lovely hotel with fresh, modern decor and comfortable rooms.

The decor was beautiful and fresh with a nice large lobby sitting area. We had an inside room which was clean and comfortable and the rooftop loungers were great at the end of the day. The staff were helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

The free drink voucher for choosing green cleaning is only for a soft drink. The hand soap dispenser is not a great design, if you’re not careful it can squirt onto your clothes.

Parking was terrible, full of ramps and curbs to get in. DO NOT park here if you have a low car, i scraped really badly to get in and out of it.

Clean, stylish, comfortable, not too far from sights (10 min walk).

Everything was great! We arrived late at night and we’re clearly exhausted, hot etc. I felt like the person at the desk could’ve got us a drink or something, as she asked if we were tired. Then told us our room number and sent us off again. That’s my only complaint, the rest was lovely. Thank you Radisson.
