Suitable for the purpose of being near to the ferry for travelling to Cornwall

Potential but our experience is unacceptable.

The location is good although being situated next to a pub and student accommodation on a weekend we were constantly being woken up. The set out of the internal fixtures and fittings are complimenting to the building and it’s original features.

On arrival to collect the keys from a separate location we were created by a man with his shoes off, feet up on a desk telexing and a lady on the phone who we spoke to, to get checked in. There was lots of dirt in sunken lights on the kitchen work surface, sofa bed is awfully dirty. Various marks and stains around the property making us feel dirty and not very settled. The constant noise throughout the night didn’t help and the shower didn’t work at one stage so we couldn’t wash. I tried to contact someone at around 20:30/21:00 but join one was available, I have not been contacted since.the extra bed was not made within the property even thou the new building where we picked the keys up from called ahead to check, this is just unacceptable.

Beautifully decorated apartment in lovely building

Used sheet left on sofa bed. Other bedding left for sofa bed (stored in wardrobe) had been used by previous guests and been left unwashed (several very unpleasant stains). The duvet cover on the main bed had been laundered, but was still stained. Staff did provide new bedding within a couple of hours, but with very little in the way of apology, and a manner that suggested they though I was being overly fussy. This was meant to be a luxury break for a special occasion and was spoilt by this issue. Very little in the way of 'welcome pack' (no fresh milk, fewer teabags than number of guests and one miniature pack of shower gel and shampoo between 4 people). Apartment on a busy road.

Perfect appartment for short stay in Plymounth.

Good location, lovely appartment, furnished modern and stylish, great kitchen very well equiped, wonderfull very big fridge with ice making mashine, loundry in a basement, comfortable parking place. Nice bathrooom.

We were very satisfied to stay in this appartment. There is quite loudly street near the windows but we used aircondition and not open it.

sadly the venue of our trip change so location was not good but for town and hoe it’s an awesome spot. all Brit on a main road

the bedding smelt of smoke it was unconfirmed one of the sofa beds was not fit for purpose. not enough facilities to make a cup of tea for 4

Fab christmas getaway

Amazing space, great furnishings. Home from home. Everything you need/expect.

Very minor.....The finish of the place is a little poor. Blinds are very tatty, some broken/bent slats, Cracks/marks on walls stand out like a sore thumb, As everything is white these minor imperfections are extremely noticeable. Mere cosmetic corrections required, however this definately does not distract from how lovely the place is. Would 100% stay again.

Lovely clean property - so long as you are able to check in before 8:30pm!

Lovely clean property. All furniture, fixtures and fittings were of a good standard and it was a lovely stay.

The only thing I’d change was that the check out window finished at 8:30pm and it could have been made clearer on the message after booking (it just said check in after 3pm, not check in between 3-8:30pm).

Great accommodation in a great location in central Plymouth.

Spacious, modern and clean with good facilities.

Paying an additional £10 each night for a pet and also for parking. Venetian blinds were damaged.

Size of property is good.

Staff were expectionally rude. I'm pretty sure the other apartments are long term rentals and were throwing a party upstairs. Broken blinds. Location in proximity to central plymouth is good... Although there is no parking.

Lots of space, good location to the centre and the Barbican

The pull out bed wasn’t very comfortable and a few stains on mattress. Maybe could do with protector.
