Wonderful place with the kindest host you can ever imagine!

The host hospitality was simply amazing - he waited for our arrival till late hours to pass the key. What surprised me most (very positively) was that he filled up the fridge for us! Mr Enzo bought some fine wines, meat, bread, Italian cheese, etc - so after the long trip we can eat a dinner and still have something for the breakfast. In general the host is a very very very kind person. The place itself is beautiful - lots of flowers in the garden, lots of space to relax. It's close to the sea and grocery shops as well. We were traveling in a group of 2 families with small kids, everyone was extremely happy with the accommodation - highly recommend this place!!!

Perfect accommodation

It was amazing!!! The hosts were very very nice people. The first day we arrived late and they filled the fridge for us. They also arranged for my brother to play tennis here. The house is spacious and cozy. We spent most of our time on the terrace to enjoy the view on the sea. The sea is close by and the beach is very beautiful. There is a small supermarket and a restaurant in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and are sad to have to leave already!!!

Perfect spring holiday place

This property is not sterile rental place, it is a real home with all amenities. Lovely outdoor space to eat, play table tennis, shower or lounge. Comfortable beds, large well equipped kitchen, all spotlessly clean. The owner, Enzo, made sure you had all supplies to get us started - from fresh coffee through pasta and bottled water to a bowl of sweets for kids. He made us welcome, drove around to show the beach, local shops and pizzerias and was always there to answer our queries. It felt like we were visiting an uncle and not renting from a complete stranger. The villa is located in a complex of holiday homes, it is gated and secure for kids. There is a small football field and in the summer they screen movies in the evening. And the guardian and his family are very friendly too!

The walk from the property to the local beach is along the main village road. The pavement is not exactly broad and in the narrowest parts not even there, so not ideal for families with very small children or people with reduced mobility. But then, it is only about 5min walk. And in the summer the complex, where the villa is located, sets up its own platform to access the sea from there.
