Sabina is a wonderful host. She met us at the bus on the way to the apartment she gave us an introduction to the area and suggestions on what to see.
The apartment was a great size for me and my 2 daughters. Sabina walked us through everything from the Moka pot to the A/C and garbage pick up/ drop off.
The location was amazing with restaurants and groceries near by.

It was, without a doubt, the best vacation rental experience we have ever had!!!!
From the moment we arrived, our hosts hospitality was unparalleled.
She met us at the train station (after 9 pm as our train had been delayed) and personally escorted us to the property which was incredible. Along the way she was super friendly and chatty, and even made us a dinner reservation!!!
She provided us with a detailed walkthrough of her home ensured that we were comfortable and familiar with everything, which made a significant difference in our overall experience.
The home itself was immaculate and incredibly spacious. The neighborhood was fantastic—quiet, yet close to all the amenities and attractions we wanted to visit.
Her availability through WhatsApp for any questions, restaurant recommendations, and even cooking class suggestions was immensely helpful and greatly appreciated. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries made us feel well cared for throughout our stay.
We could not have asked for a better host or a more perfect rental experience.

This apartment was perfectly located for our trip... easy to access, close to great restaurants and with an amazing host. We loved the space and had a wonderful time in Venice with side trips to Milan and Vurano. Thanks Sabina!

This apartment is a must is visiting Venice. The location is perfect, so close to everything, but not in the middle of the craziness, so you will get a good night sleep. Grocery store less than a minute walk, so we could make our own breakfasts and get snacks. Fully equipped with everything you may need. The best host we have ever experienced. Sabina met us a the water bus station and spent time explaining every detail to us. We cannot thank you enough Sabina. Say hi to your mom for us :)

What a fantastic property!! We stayed at Sabina and Marilena's apartment for 4 days in June 2024 and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located centrally to all the sites in Venice. It's very clean uncomfortable with all of the amenities that we needed. We appreciated Sabina's husband, Paulo, meeting us at the train station to walk us to the apartment and show us everything that we might need to know about the property. Communication with Sabina was so easy as she provided recommendations and got back to us right away if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

This apartment is absolutely perfect! It’s in great location, close to all attractions, it’s charming, clean and stocked with everything you need. It really is super bright, having big windows in every room. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sabina. She is a great host. She replied to all our questions right away and offered suggestions for dining and shopping. She let us know of an upcoming public transportation workers strike so that we could plan our trip to Murano accordingly. She even met us at the bus stop and walked with us to the apartment. I highly recommend this place. Both apartment and host are wonderful!

My husband and I chose this apartment for our first ever trip to Venice--and we were very pleased!
Communication with Sabina was easy and she was extremely helpful. She met us at the dock for the Vaporetto and walked with us back to the apartment, pointing out good restaurants and mercado's as we went. Sabina explained everything we needed to know about entering and securing the apartment, using the kitchen, finding our way through the city, and so on. Very helpful since Venice is definitely a unique place!
The bed is comfortable with beautiful linens. There are lots of closets and shelves provided for you to store your clothing and gear. The kitchen & kitchen table are large enough that we felt comfortable eating lazy late breakfasts there. The decor is charmingly old-world European--and with great Wi-Fi!
The neighborhood has a variety of good shops and restaurants. We especially liked picking up groceries at "Tuday" -- a mercado one block away with great produce, cheese, bread, and good prices.
Sabina helped us figure out how to get to the Venice Opera House to see an Opera and how to get to the Islands and, finally, to Marco Polo airport using public transportation. She is a wonderful friend to have as you explore the city of Venice.
You will need to climb stairs to reach the apartment -- this didn't trouble us, but it's good to know. Being on the third floor helps make the noise of the street significantly less.

The host, Sabina was sent by God!!!! Her communication skills were impecable. First, she met us at the train station and walked us to her apartment, as stated, which made it extremely easy to located the apartment. Once we arrived, she gave us explicit instructions on entering the apartment with the keys. She took us upstairs ( not many stairs) to the apartment which was immaculate. It was a cite to behold. Absolutely Beautiful with so much history.
The location was walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping, and churches. There was even a grocery store near by if you needed any last minute items.
If you are going to stay in Venice for any amount of time, stay with her. We highly recommend !!!!!

Sabina is an amazing host and really cares that you enjoy your stay. We were so grateful she met us at the train station as this was our first trip to Venice, and learning to navigate Venice takes some time! She also took time to show us her apartment and explained how everything works. She keeps it immaculately clean. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and loved the location. The apartment was in a terrific location for getting around to various museums and other attractions in Venice. It was also nice and quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. The three of us really enjoyed staying there. Sabina was a very good host; she came to the train station to guide us to the apartment and gave us a clear explanation of how everything in the apartment works.

We were met at the train station by Paulo who shared with us everything we would need to know to enjoy our stay in Venice as he escorted us to the apartment. The apartment is bright, clean, and beautifully furnished with amazing traditional tile floors. The location is perfect to explore Venice with everything within walking distance. From instructions on how to get to Venice from the airport to personally meeting us at the bus station we immediately knew we made the right choice of hosts. The apartment, her family home, was spacious, warm and had everything you could ever need. Sabrina had prepared instructions on use of equipment in the home, restaurant recommendations, and provided a map of Venice. The location is great and close to attractions but in a quieter neighborhood. In addition, Sabrina is a professional tour guide and her English is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

We took the first leg of our honeymoon in Venice, and Sabine was the absolute best! She met us at the train station (even though our flight was delayed 3 hours). We were exhausted but felt right at home when we arrived. The home is quaint, good location, very safe, sunny, and had everything we needed. Sabine also provided recommendations and set us up to truly enjoy Venice. Highly recommend!!

Sabina is wonderful to work with and helped us every step of the way! The apartment is lovely, roomy for 2, close to stores, restaurants, the vaparetto, and in a quiet area. She met us at the bus terminal and escorted us to her apartment. We took the vaporetto and it was a short walk to the apartment. The steps were wide, easy to navigate. Lots of windows in the stairway and apartment made the area very bright. If you're planning a trip to Venice, i strongly recommend staying here. Grazie Mille Sabina 😎

We stayed at this apartment as part of an anniversary trip through Europe. The apartment is amazing, beautiful, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owner provided directions and met us at the bus station. She showed us the apartment and provided maps, directions and options for our stay. Everyone of her recommendations were 5 star. We will absolutely come back just so we can stay here again!!!

What a gem of a place! This apartment is in a great location, quietly tucked away from the crowds but close enough to access all of the main sites. We absolutely loved this neighborhood and the surrounding area, which felt just enough removed while absolutely brimming with beauty and charm. The hosts are AMAZING and set the bar very high for any future experiences. We were met at the train station and were able to walk to the apartment, a relief after aa busy travel day. We were shown all of the key features of the apartment and were so impressed by all of the practical and personable guidance and suggestions provided. Any question we had was answered promptly and with kindness. This felt like a well loved family property and really added to our experience in such a treasure of a city. I will be happy to suggest this spot to any friends planning a trip to Venice. Thank you!

My family thoroughly enjoyed Sabina’s apartment. The location was perfect - 15 min to the train station / 15 min to Rialto bridge / 20 min to San Marco’s Square. It’s also a few steps from a market, restaurants, cafes and gelato stands. The apartment itself was a step back in time but with modern amenities. It was clean, bright, well appointed, and had air conditioning which was welcome after exploring Venice all day. The furnishings and decor created a warm, quaint and comfortable environment. My 14-year old son enjoyed having his own room and a real bed (instead of the usual fold out couch). Sabina was an excellent host! She met us in person at the train station and led us to the apartment, all while sharing some history about Venice along the way. She was very responsive to our questions and helped us find transportation to the airport at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this host and location. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Venice.

Location within the Center of Venice was amazing. We had a great time exploring the city center of Venice. The property was the cleanest and most secure VRBO that we have ever experienced and the host, Sabina, Paolo, and Marilina, did everything possibly to make us feel at home in their city.

We absolutely loved our stay! Knowing the host was waiting for us at the bus stop after a long day of travel helped immensely, and she walked through the apartment and answered all questions. Everything within the apartment was so well appointed and the space was a delight and comfortable. There was a grocery store steps from the door as well as two quality restaurants. What's also nice is the property is a quick walk to all the major sites. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

This family home so perfectly located - you will love it! We walked across the Rialto Bridge every day, and after the first day could wander our way home again.
Sabina is an excellent VRBO host. Everything you need is there, including ideas where to go for dinner.

Since the first time I reached out to Sabina she has been very responsive, helpful, and genuine. There is nothing like having the property owner meeting you at the train station with a big smile! Relieves a bunch of stress! Sabina took time along the way to give us tips and tricks of navigating Venice which proved to be helpful consistently. She gave a great recommendation on a restaurant which I felt was the best place we ate at the whole time in Venice. Overall I could not be happier with the place, the location, and the hospitality offered. Loved every minute and would definitely book here again! One tip for the procrastinators out there don’t wait to ask for Sabina to give you a tour ask early!

We liked so much to stay in Sabinas flat. The place is situated perfect not too far away from the railway station in the middle of San Polo a good place to start to all the museums etc. The apartment is big, very clean and you will surely find everything you need. We felt like home in the lovely kitchen. The contact with Sabina was easy and professional. We had a very warmly welcome, she explained about the neighbourhood, the restaurants and the Vaporettos.

You are greeted by her personally at the train station and escorted through Venice to the stay with your own tour guide, as she is by profession! From start to finish, our stay in Venice was great. Sabina was great at communicating and met us at the bus station when we arrived. As we walked back she gave us some highlights of places to eat and see. The apartment was spacious and very clean with a bunch of supplies like coffee, spices, laundry detergent and even local cookies. There was some problems with our next stop and Sabina was very accommodating in the option of staying an additional night. We would highly recommend this property that is centrally located.

We were met and guided to the apartment. A delightful home away from home. Clean, comfortable. Clear instructions to support ease of use of all homely facilities. Good info folder from the owner gave us great local knowledge of the best of everything. Well located away from the too busy center of St Marco Square but easy to get to it. 40 steps up to apartment but handrail and wide staircase made the climb easier. I would return next time. We booked this apartment for a one week holiday to Venice. Communication with Sabina and Marilena was faultless and Sabina met us on arrival to walk us to the apartment. She was really lovely and gave us lots of helpful information regarding San Polo and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable sofa, bed, good shower, kitchen etc. we wanted for nothing. There is a Conad supermarket literally one minute away where you can get all your food and wine and a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is within easy walking distance to all the sights. The whole apartment has air conditioning and we slept really well as it was lovely and quiet at night. I would 100% recommend this lovely apartment. It was a real home from home and so well maintained and cared for. Thank you so much Sabina and Marilena for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

It was a pleasure to visit Venice and part of this was because of this excellent apartment. It is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood in Venice and everything you need or want to see is within walking distance. There is a supermarket around the corner for your grocery needs as well as (coffee) bars and restaurants. The owners are very nice to deal with and respond fast to questions. The checkin process was swift and easy and the owners were so kind to warmly welcome us at Piazalle Roma and accompany us to the apartment despite the late hour in the evening. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Venice.
