About this cottage rental
Zoey Cottage is a stone-built, terraced cottage set on a working farm, part of a group of holiday properties located a couple of miles outside of Skipton, North Yorkshire. With two bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, up to four people can stay. There's also a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside, there is a front, private, enclosed patio garden with furniture and BBQ, off road parking for two cars and a shared clubhouse with pool table, darts, toilets and two showers. With walks along the canal from the doorstep, Zoey Cottage is a charming holiday home for your Yorkshire getaway.
Amenities: Electric central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for fire on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front, private, enclosed patio garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: There is a small campsite on the farm approx. 250 yards from the cottage. Note: Walls around garden but cottage next to a canal, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Road noise can be heard when sat in garden. Please note This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.
