This spacious and unique villa closed to Manasota Beaches offers you a new large pool with a pool and barbecue area. You will love one of the nicest villas in the area. This beautiful house is located at the Lemon Bay and close to the Manasota Beach. The beach is just a 0.6 mile walk or 0.8 drive away. The property offers a 1/2 acre lot, and the house was completely remodeled in summer 2018. This house offers, with an own brand-new swimming poola completely new rental experience.
You will find three bedrooms in the main house, two king bed master suites and two single beds and one separate bedroom with a queen size bed at the pool area with it`s own entrance and en suite bathroom.

A July 4th celebration with adult children coming and going made this week of vacation super special. Being within walking distance of Manasota Beach was terrific…especially with all of the holiday traffic! No worries about finding a place to park when you can just walk to the beach! We loved the pool and the large screened porch with sufficient seating for all. Hope to rent again!

Over all this place was awesome for 5 adults and two kids. Short drive to many different beaches. Clean and communication was very quick. Down fall was the pool was off limits at ten which we knew and understood due to it being a quite neighbor hood, until we got there and the two houses next to us and one behind us was splashing and yelling in their pools until 3AM. (could just be they did not follow the rules) I would recommend a couple of things, like putting lights around the outside patio/pool area just to light it up a bit so no one accidentally slips in the pool. I would also recommend changing the weather seal at the bottom of the main door for it is almost completely gone and allowed bugs of many different types to come in.
Over all we had a great time when we were there and would highly recommend this house.

The best property we’ve stayed at. Not only clean, well organized, tastefully furnished, fully stuffed with quality kitchenware, but proximity to the beach makes it a truly unique and wonderful place.

House is very clean, updated and spacious! The pool area is very large with plenty of space. We loved eating our meals in the screened in porch! Plenty of towels and beach towels. Easy walk to beach. Highly recommend this property!! Nice neighborhood and quiet area. Good location to everything Venice offers!

The home was very clean and beautiful!! We had a slight issue with the pool heater not working at first but Katrin responded to my message immediately and had someone out to fix it asap! I was very impressed with the promptness! I have a 16 month old and it was so nice having the highchair, baby gates and pack n play! That was definitely a selling point for me! They also have a slew of pool toys/Floaties which was wonderful for my son! I felt like all of us had our own space too thanks to the layout of this house! I highly recommend!

The property is outstanding, the heated pool was excellent. The cleanliness of everything was very nice. I would not hesitate in rebooking this next year. The only criticism I have is the mattresses in the bedroom should be replaced.

The house and location were great. Check in was very easy. House is as depicted online. Pool was heated to 87 degrees which was ideal for January weather. The bedroom and bath downstairs was a bonus.

Had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. Very close to the beach which made it easy for my friend’s husband to drop us off and he could go back to the house. Would definitely stay here again.
Just a note for people with bad knees, like me, there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the main living area. I knew this going in. I was able to manage, but if you have major difficulty climbing stairs, may want to consider a single story rental. Otherwise, it was a very clean home.

When we arrived all was clean and ready for us. We had an internet issue and they were very fast to address it and got it fixed right away very responsive on all questions. The only issue we had was it said heated pool and we learned that you have to pay extra for the heat to be turned on and it didn’t state that til we arrived. But no worries at all we still swam in the pool. Dont let that discourage you at all if we would have addressed it I am sure they would have taken care of that. Overall we will be back again no disappointment at all.

Everything was as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Very adequately stalked with linens and toes. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Appliances all appear to be new.

This is a Florida beach home, which means there are stairs. You can see them in pictures of the house. The beach isn’t far from the house. I would still drive.
Katrin has sand toys, 2 baby gates, wagon, high chair and a pack-n-play. It was nice not to have to bring these items.
I know someone mentioned pillows not being great. They are thin. Bedding is comfortable. This is a rental home and would be hard to please everyone.
The pool was perfect. Our granddaughter loved playing in it. We had 6 adults and one child and fit nicely in the pool.
The house and pool were clean when we arrived at 4. Beautifully screened in. The balcony not only had been screened in, but had “safety wall”. This was perfect for little ones.
The house does have an awkward layout. The top bedroom has a half bath, which means they have to use the main level shower. This room does have its own sofa and TV in the loft area. The main floor master has a full bathroom. The master bedroom downstairs has the laundry room.

Pros: House was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Location was close to the beach, but not really as walkable as was described.
Cons: Really strange layout/floor plan. Very odd and inconvenient to have to go through multiple doors, down a flight of exterior stairs and back in through multiple doors to do laundry. Also-the pool area is NOTHING like you see in the listing pictures. Totally inaccurate. The pool is TINY and there is absolutely NO PRIVACY. The pictures show significant foliage around the pool. In reality, there is none. You are swimming on a corner lot, with neighbors walking and driving by.

Very spacious house for our group of 8. House was very well stocked and extremely clean and organized when we arrived. Walk to the beach was a little farther than we expected. 15 minute walk at a good pace. One couple stayed in the bottom bedroom, which was completely separated from the rest of the group. It has a separate entrance and no way to get to the room from inside the house. Their unit stayed a little warmer because the washer and dryer were in that room. Pool was great and we really enjoyed the deck. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

The location was good although the walk to the beach is not as easy as the listing makes it sound. The home could use a deep cleaning, not just the check-in housekeeping. All the bed pillows deseprately need replaced due to being old and unclean. The deck and pool area need power washed and the roof of the deck needs repaired so it doesn't leak. The ceiling of the area/apartment downstairs has a huge water bubble that looks like it could burst. We did notify the owner of both of these issues. The overall set-up of the home was disappointing. The two biggest set-up issues are the grill being in the pool area in comparison to the kitchen and the apartment is next to the pool but no entrance to the main home without having to go outside and come around the steps. This felt very disconnected. From finding an old oreo in the door track to hair all over the bathroom wall, we were thoroughly disappointned in our choice of vacation rentals. On top of everything, when we arrived around 6:30 pm, the cleaners had just shown up and said it would be another 45 minutes. We drove around to kill time and it was atleast an hour for them to finish. They also took all of the extra bedding with them and dropped it off the next day outside in garbage bags. Some of the items were still wet. Needless to say, would not rent this place again.

Great area by the house, a lot of traffic this time of year but it was very easy to just stay at the house and enjoy all the amenities. We loved the walks on the beach and shell collecting. We had one little hiccup and the management company were right on it and took care of it extremely fast. For sure we would stay here again.

We had 4 generations of family together for a beach vacation and this location did not disappoint. Location was close to beaches, walkable to manasota beach, but easy drive to multiple beautiful beaches. Heated pool was exceptional. Little dirty on first day, but we talked with owners and they sent someone over to clean it the next day. The house itself has lots of space for everybody and the beds are nice and comfy. The interior had a few areas that were a bit dirty, mostly up stairs master. Furniture and floor was covered in white powdery dust. May have been from house shaking or moving during earthquake, so we just wiped down quickly and went on to have fun. House came with a lot of necessities for beach and pool, which was cool. Multiple shark teeth hunting tools! We also appreciated the pack n play, high chair, baby gates and baby pool floated provided. Overall we would recommend this location. Warning to those with arthritis, SO MANY stairs.

Great location, clean house. Very timely responses from property manager / owner. Beach chairs were rusted out and 2 of them were broken. Cooler handle was broken and could not pull the cooler anywhere. Had a great trip and the house was very well kept.

This house was fantastic! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy to maintain privacy while still enjoying much family time. The main house
Itself was very clean and well kept. The “pool house” however could use something to keep the bugs out. Everyday these worm like bugs would come in through a crack under the door. I think maybe a new door or seal would help. The washer and dryer are in the pool house. Unfortunately the washing machine had a ton of gunk and mold in the front loading opening. So it made everything we washed smell moldy. We were able to clean it out with a lot of bleach wipes and elbow grease; but that is something that needs to be looked after on a regular basis.
We loved the location! It was a very easy walk to the beach. The house itself felt very private with all of the beautiful foliage surrounding it. You will see plenty of those little lizards around the property; which was the highlight of the house for my 8 year old.
The pool deck and the deck off of the living room/ master bedroom could use a thorough washing.
The high chair and pack and play were in great condition, so if traveling with a baby no need to pack those items.
Overall it was a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay again if the few maintenance issues are addressed.

This property exceeded our expectations- you are an easy 15 min walk from Manasota Beach, in a really private area. Beautiful pool, close to stores, 20 min drive to Venice and 10 mins from Old Englewood. Ideal. There are steps, but it's a stilted house so that's expected.

We truly enjoyed our two weeks at this great location! It was extremely well appointed and very clean. Everything that we needed was provide...even plenty of paper products!

The property was in above average condition with plenty of space. It was well stocked and clean. There are a few minor maintenance items but nothing that impacts the enjoyment of your stay. The light switches are a bit confusing probably due to the renovations. Identification on the switch coverings indicated what the switch is for would be helpful. Check in could be improved. Make sure the pool cover has been placed on the pool if you want warm water. The location is private and beautiful. We would stay again

We did a girls week at this property met our every need. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 ladies who were very happy with accommodations. Pool was nice, loved screen in porch areas to sit in. We did blow a fuse too many blow dryers going but texted owner and they were there in 10 minutes to reset in fuse box. Also grill needed an update on burners let owners know and had a new grill next morning. Would highly recommend property was quiet nice neighborhood. The only thing we found a negative was the steps but totally understand due to location.

My family and I had a great time at this property. The house layout is exactly as described though the pool was even bigger and nicer than it appears in the photos. The area is very quiet and secluded, it almost feels like you have no neighbors when you are at the pool. Do be careful on the stairs as they can get a bit slippery from rain or pool water - we had a couple spills. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities - towels, beach towels, kitchen necessities, etc. This is our own fault, but we didn’t discover the outdoor storage door was unlocked until the last day and there are beach chairs, umbrella, and other stuff in there. The walk to the beach is easy and less than ten minutes. This is a great find, especially for the price!

This home is in a relaxed location near the Manasota Beach-it was very nice to be able to walk there (the beach was very clean with restrooms available). The house had ample vacation supplies including beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The kids loved the pool, however it is on the smaller side. There are several stairs between levels of this home to be noted.
Overall an enjoyable place to stay approximately 10 minute walk to the beach but also about 10 minutes to stores/restaurants.

House was clean, accommodating, pool was warmish and cute. Had everything we needed. Not fantastic for couples as the 3rd floor bedroom has an unattached 1/2 bath. First floor queen room has small attached bath but only opens to the pool and carport, but not the rest of the house. 2nd floor has kitchen, living room, master suite with king bed and the twin bedroom has a unattached full bath off the kitchen. Plenty of parking and less than 1/2 walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to a nice not very crowded beach. We liked the opportunity to lounge by the pool or to walk the beach and search for shark teeth. Our friends kids loved the pool and spent as much time as possible in the pool. We rented this house for four adults as it was down the road from our kids and their children. The house came with everything needed for a great time in Englewood. Location is perfect as you can walk to the beach and only 8 minutes to walmart or publics. The house is on a quiet street well off the main road but very safe feeling. We kept saying this was a hidden gem for a location in Southern Florida that wouldn't break the bank. The only thing I will say about this house is stairs. There are a lot of stairs as the main living area like kitchen, dining and living room is technically on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor bedroom does not have a shower which is weird but we knew this before booking. All requests were taken care of quickly and we had very like to call about. This house is newer so that helps with being more updated. The washer and dryer is on the ground floor so again down the stairs and outside in order to do laundry. We rented this house for 3 weeks and it was a great home away from home. Highly recommend and would stay again.
