酒店設施算是新淨，相信是清潔工態度問題

上一手遺下一隻假指甲（我係男人無用過，相信係假指甲）和一堆塵在厠所角落，掛出清潔房間牌，結果回只係倒了垃圾和換毛巾，職員好似完全睇唔到地下有乜，還有其他清潔也令人覺得很求其

設備はいいが掃除が雑。

トイレと浴室が別。

専用の駐車場が遠い。浴槽のカビが酷い。床には抜け毛だらけで気持ち悪かった。

すごく良かった！

とても綺麗でした。広くはありませんが大浴場もあり、ゆったり過ごすことができました。

子供用のパジャマもあれば有難いなと思いました。

I stayed at this hotel due to my great experience with the same brand at Okinawa.

Location, it is only a 100m or so from the Fushimi station so moving around is convenient. The place is also home to many nice restaurants. I actually walked to Mitsukoshi/Lachic/Sakae Nova stores. Amenities, they’re plenty from this hotel chain. Special mention is their drip coffee which has become my favorite. Automated machines for check in and check out. Their staff are accommodating and friendly.

No view, although there’s a window.

レディースルームでしたが、とても綺麗な部屋でした。以前別の部屋に宿泊してその部屋も良かったのですが、さらに良かったと思います。

清掃の不備が酷い。

竹をイメージしたインテリア意匠は良いかと。無料のコーヒーとアイス

清掃がとにかく悪い。至る所ホコリ溜りが有り、快適ではない。床の絨毯でなく竹調のフロアでホコリが目立ち。前宿泊者の髪の毛も有り、残念浴槽の水アカがひどいのでタオルを使って清掃してから入りました。ここ最近で一番不潔なホテルでした。せめてチェックが必要かと。

This was the worst stay we have had since being in Japan and we are only half way through our trip.

Everything - the room was not fit for purpose for three people - two adults and a twelve year old children.

Overall great place

Friendly staff, nice onsen, close by to the subway and direct access to the city. Amenities present at the reception . Room doesn’t get cleaned every day however towels got delivered to the room door. Overall great experience and would book again even though the rooms are very small. Charging cable and new massage device present in the room. Great addition.

Room is really small and bed is therefore not big enough. Almost no space to open the luggage. One need to open the luggage on the bed.

駅近

キレイに掃除されていました。一泊でしたが快適に過ごせました。駅から近いのもよかったです。

エレベーターが来るのがすこし時間かかったかな、というくらいです。

部屋がとても綺麗で快適でした。フロントフロアではコーヒーは飲み放題でとても美味しかった。

Cosy lighting in rooms, nice amenities!

The elevator always stops at the reception floor before going down to the entrance floor, very annoying. In reverse it makes perfect sense but not for guests trying to go out for the day.

Will not go back there

It is located very close to an exit of a train station. The breakfast was buffet style which we enjoyed.

The bed was very hard to sleep on. We had 6 suitcases. We had to climb long stairs with them since there were no escalator or elevator. As we were checking out, we found out there is a elevator, but we had to walk a little longer. When we have heavy luggage, we prefer to walk more to use the elevator instead of drugging them through stairs. I think the hotel should have made it very clear about this. We were not happy about it at all.

設備もサービスも良く快適に過ごせました

大浴場が綺麗で時間帯によっては貸切り状態で入れるのでゆっくりと入浴でき疲れが取れました。あと、大浴場に置いてあるドライヤーが高い家電の物なのですごく良かった。

部屋の冷房を付けると何だか少し不快な匂いがしてきた所。ドライにしたら匂いが多少おさまったので良かったですが…。

A acomodação é muito boa com excelente localização.

A localização é excelente, próximo da estação de trem, diversos comércios e restaurantes excelentes. O atendimento é muito bom e as facilidades do hotel também.

A acomodação é apertada, o que funciona bem para um casal sem filhos (o que não foi o nosso caso).

Very comfortable and great value

The hotel is in a great location, near to Fushimi metro station. Staff at check-in were friendly and very helpful. My room (on the ladies' floor) was clean and a good size, although there's not much space for sorting out large luggage such as a medium-sized suitcase or bigger. The bed was very comfortable, shower pressure and temperature in the bathroom were great. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. (I recommend Coffee Shop Fushimi just a minute walk away - turn right out of the hotel and left onto the main road).

Nothing, the hotel was absolutely great.

the location, staff, and general amenities were all great! Definitely would recommend.

the buffet Breakfast was great! also, having a little bath house on the 3rd floor was a great way to relax after a long day.

The room is very tidy, the waiter is very kind, the fried pork chop and curry rice for breakfast in the hotel restaurant are delicious.
