The villa is far from the street, positioned slightly on the hill, with a magnificent view of the sea of Diano Marina and its gulf.
The view stretches also on hills and inland villages, as Diano Castello.
In two minutes by car you reach the sandy beaches of Diano Marina.

Location conforme all'annuncio e alle ns. aspettative. Ottima accoglienza, posizione panoramica con vista mare, tranquilla, immersa tra gli uliveti della collina, apprezzata anche dalla nostra amica a 4 zampe(giardino spazioso e piantumato), curata pulizia. Torneremo sicuramente con piacere.

Zeer gezellige en nette kleine woning. Eigenaren wonen in de buurt en zijn uiterst behulpzaam. Goede ligging met twee tuintjes, niet ver van het centrum en van de zee. Ook directe verbinding met de steden via de autostrade.
Ons zien ze hier zeker terug .

Fantastic Holiday - Excellent, everything was perfect. We spent there two weeks in July and it was great time. Amazning, quiet location on the hill, in the middel of olive garden with beautiful views over the nearby towns and sea side. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipment. A big advantage is wonderful well-equipped garden with a garden furniture, barbeciue and shower, There we could rest, drink a coffe or kids could to play. Hosts are very helpful, charming supporting and extremely nice people. Diano Marina is also interesting small city with a sandy beaches, shallow seabeds, restaurants, boulevards, supermarkets, shops... very good starting point to explore the italian riviera especcialy beautifull small villages like Cervo or Diano Castelo or a cities e.g. San Remo, Monaco,Genua. I really recomend that place.

Rilassante Ottima posizione, appartamento ben arredato, pulito e sempre ben arieggiato con vista sul mare. Ideale per famiglie anche con cane grazie al giardino privato e cintato. Proprietari molto gentili e cortesi.

Urlaub in Diano Marina. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist ideal zum wandern und in Diano Marina sind viele Geschäfte in verschiedenen Fußgängerzonen. Alberto und Sabrina sind sehr gute und freundliche Gastgeber und wir kommen gerne wieder. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren, aber auch Stadtbesichtigungen und Spaziergänge am Meer. Sehr , sehr nettes Vermieterehepaar. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Aperitif und Snack standen bereit. Artischocken und Gemüse aus dem Garten waren ebenfalls da. Ostern bekamen wir einen leckeren Osterkuchen und Marmelade. Supertolle Lage , man ist schnell in der Stadt zu Fuß.Nachbarorte sind auch gut erreichbar.Bahnhof in der Nähe, ebenfalls Restaurants und ein Supermarkt. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Zwei tolle Außenbereiche.Ruhige Lage trotz Autobahnnähe. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Heizung konnte bei Bedarf angestellt werden. Badezimmerausstattung sehr gut. Schlafzimmer zum Meer hin und damit sehr ruhig. Gutes Bett. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Ottima posizione. Casetta bella, indipendente e pulita con 2 giardini fronte e retro. Ottima per famiglia essendo lo spazio cintanto. Posizione soleggiata e ventilata con bella vista mare da un lato e Diano Castello dall'altro. Proprietari molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato

Nous remercions Sabrina pour son chaleureux et sympathique accueil. Thé et petite douceur nous attendaient à notre arrivée.
La petite maison est un vrai bijou perché sur la colline entourée de très beaux oliviers et située à 25mn à pied du centre ville. Très bien équipée.
Nous avons apprécié la magnifique vue sur la mer et le village typique de ligurie Diano Castello.
Nous avons pu profiter du salon de jardin tous les jours.
Adresse incontournable pour les personnes qui recherchent calme et tranquillité.
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Erholsame Tage in der Sonne
Wir waren Anfang September für 10 Tage im Casa Ilaria. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Beschreibung der Anfahrt war gut und wir haben das Häuschen gleich gefunden. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben sehr schön und ruhig und das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war ausgezeichnet und ausreichend. Die Strände in Diano Marina habe uns nicht so gut gefallen, wir sind dann meistens nach Cervo gefahren, was nur ein paar Kilometer weiter ist. Eine Essensempfehlung möchten wir unbedingt weitergeben. Im ristorante Codidello, ein paar Dörfer weiter im Landesinneren, haben wir ausgezeichnet und nicht teuer gegessen, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. Die Vermieterin Sabrina war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn man was brauchte. Wir können das Haus durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Merci à Sabrina et Alberto pour leur accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. A notre arrivée l'apéritif était prêt. Maison très propre et bien située. Rien ne manque. Plein de petits villages à visiter. Voiture indispensable. On y retournera !!!!!!

Erholungsurlaub bei Sabrina und Alberto
Wir fanden ein sehr gemütliches und sehr sauberes Haus mit einem phantastischen Ausblick auf Diano Marina und das Meer vor (wie uns auch versprochen wurde) und waren mehr als begeistert!!
Die Ausstattung war zu 100 % ausreichend!
Wir konnten uns zwar mit Alberto - dem Vermieter - nur mit Händen und Füßen verständigen, war aber immer sehr lustig und am Ende haben beide Seiten gewußt was der andere sagen wollte.
Wir wurden mit reichlich frischem Obst und Gemüse fast täglich verwöhnt.
Wir können dieses Haus mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

La casa è accogliente, pulita, ben attrezzata e molto panoramica.
La posizione è tranquillissima e non fa rimpiangere la scelta di un soggiorno a circa due chilometri dal mare. I proprietari sono inoltre simpatici e disponibili in igni circostanza. Consiglierei a chiunque questa vacanza e spero di poterla ripetere.

Schönes Häuschen, tolle Aussicht
Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (gute Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine, Grill vor dem Haus, Aussendusche usw.) Das Häuschen liegt im Hang zwischen Olivenbäumen mit einer wunderschöne Aussicht auf Diano Marina und das Meer. Sehr nette Vermieter, die nur ca. 20 Meter entfernt wohnen und wirklich sehr höflich und bemüht sind. Wir wurden fleissig mit Salat und Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt - Sabrina kochte sogar einmal frische Pesto, welche wir ebenfalls geniessen durften. Wir sprechen kein Italienisch, die Vermieter kein Deutsch, trotzdem hat man sich mit Händen und Füssen recht gut verständigt. W-LAN ist zwar vorhanden, funktioniert aber nur richtig auf er hintern Terrasse. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 1,2 km (Auto empfohlen).
Das Häuschen können wir ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen!

Oasi di relax
Sono stata a casa Ilaria la seconda settimana di giugno con mio marito e le nostre due bambine. Ci siamo trovati molto bene fin dall' inizio, grazie alla strepitosa accoglienza dei proprietari che dopo ore di coda in autostrada, hanno avuto il buon cuore di prepararci un aperitivo e una freschissima bottiglia di acqua. Durante l' arco della settimana siamo stati riforniti di verdura fresca dell' orto, cosa molto gradita. I proprietari sono persone discrete e disponibili. Per chi, come noi, ha voglia di fare quattro chiacchiere e due risate è stato come avere i "vicini della porta accanto". La casa, nelle sue caratteristiche, è conforme a quanto descritto nell' inserzione: indipendente, con vista mare, attrezzata in modo eccellente negli spazi esterni ed interni, dotata di ogni comfort. Aggiungo pulita e in ottimo stato. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo goduto alla grande degli spazi esterni, perfettamente arredati per una vacanza di relax..nel cortile anteriore tavolo con sedie e ombrellone per la colazione all' aperto, barbecue in muratura (noi abbiamo grigliato alla grande!!!!). Nel cortile posteriore sdraio, ombrellone , tavolino con sedie panchine da aperitivo..il tutto in un contesto di piante di ulivi, limoni, fiori e tanto tanto tanto silenzio. L'immobile e il contesto in cui è inserito è adatto per famiglie con bambini, anche piccoli (le mie hanno rispettivamente 2 anni la prima, 5 mesi la seconda). Che altro dire..consiglierei una vacanza in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso a chiunque!!!Un grande grazie ai proprietari per l' ospitalità e la simpatia!!

Modernes, kleines Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung (2 Zimmer, Küchenecke, neues Bad), Gaszentralheizung, alle Küchengeräte (Mikrowelle, Gasherd mit Backofen, Toaster, Miniofen), zwei Terassen, eine mit freistehendem Grill und Sonnenliegen, Gartentische und Sessel, Meeresblick, Bergpanorama.
Liegt in ruhiger Lage freistehend in Olivenhainen, freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümer als Nachbarn.
Parkplatz am Haus, 1 km zur Stadt Diano Marina.

Abbiamo trascorso 14 piacevolissimi giorni, inzio giugno2015, a casa Ilaria. La villetta è piccola ma molto graziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata per cucinare. La zona relax è piacevolissima, come la tranquillità e il silenzio del posto; ma soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari ne fano un luogo dove è facile dire: ritorneremo. Super lækkert område at holde ferie, sommerhuset ligger dejligt på siden af et bjerg, men udsigt ud over middelhavet, kun 15 min gang til Diano Marina, hvor der er liv i gaderne hver aften.
Det var anden gang vi var der.
Ejer/værts familien er helt utrolig flinke, bor kun 15 meter fra sommerhuset, man kan også leje underste etage på deres bolig.
Kørsel til sommerhuset: Det sidste stykke op til sommerhuset er stejlt, man skal køre til venstre forbi indkørslen til Autocamper campingpladsen (Rosa) og videre op til man ikke må køre længere og drej skarpt til venstre og så ligger det lige fremme.

Tolle Lage mit wunscherschönem Blick!
Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, das mit allen relevanten Dingen (von kompletter Küchenausstattung bis hin zur Waschmaschine) ausgestattet ist. Es liegt sehr idyllisch im Hang zwischen Olivenbäumen und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Diano Marina und das Meer. Die Vermieter wohnen selber nur 50m entfernt und waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfbereit.
W-LAN ist im Haus vorhanden, hat auch fast in allen Räumen des Hauses funktioniert.
Das Meer ist fußläufig in 15-20 min erreichbar. Um einen Platz am freien Strand (Diano Marina) zu bekommen, empfiehlt es sich geg 10.00 Uhr da zu sein (Hauptsaison).
Ein günstiger Supermarkt (Basko) ist ebenfalls in der Nähe des Hauses, kostenfreie Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können Casa Ilaria nur weiter empfehlen!!!
