Guest clerk Nutron was exceptionally helpful and polite. Made the stay even better.

Guests upstairs were extremely loud. Children running.

Convenient yet subpar for cleanliness and breakfast options.

The location was great and a very easy drive to Auburn's campus.

For the amount charged for my room, I was disappointed. The air conditioner did not cool the room sufficiently and the shower was not clean! The breakfast was just okay and left me very hungry by 10:30 am! Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Amazing hotel and staff!

The property was very clean and the amenities were very fun. I liked the lobby area for relaxing and playing games. The staff was very nice and the location is great for someone who wants to stay in the area of Auburn. Tons of good food close by.

we love Tru hotels

Tucked away in a quiet spot, it was spacious and convenient. Very user friendly.

the air conditioner/heater made a loud clacking noise ten seconds after shutting off every time it shut off

No water pressure in shower TV remote did not work Hot water for tea in lobby wasnot hot Breakfast was minimal Every time I was in lobby at least one staff sitting on top of the desk, “ hanging out”

The location was really good, it is near many restaurants which is nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly, enthusiastic about helping with any request.

There was a bug in one of the beds and the pancake machine stopped working which sucked because it was the best part of breakfast.

Family inviting. Pool table and board games. Lobby was very inviting and comfy. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Great choices at the mini store/ snack station. Lighting in the bathroom was great on the mirror. That was a plus for me.

No chairs in the room and no hot tub.
