It was good for what we needed. Could use a love love to be nicer. And a good deep clean. Walkable to DTA. Quiet. Property owner was very kind and helpful. I’d say a 6.5 of 10 just because the hudge podge assembly of everything. But utilitarian so needs where met. Just not met with finesse.

Just needed a place to shower and sleep while visiting family. Check in time said 4pm. At 4pm we still had not received any check-in instructions or the code to the apartment. I messaged the owner at 4pm. We did not receive the code until 7:30pm. Luckily we had family in the area to hang with until we could get in!!! The listing says it sleeps four. I indicated that there would be four of us staying. There were only three bath towels and no hand towels in bathroom or for the kitchen. I had to borrow towels from family. Found some sheets that fit the pull out couch, in an open Ziploc baggie in the back of the bathroom shelves - hopefully they were clean. To top it all off we noticed a few “sugar” ants on the floor in the kitchen when we arrived. We only had sealed snacks on the kitchen counter during our stay and by the second day of our stay the ants were on the counter, stove, and kitchen sink. Thank goodness we were never planning on eating there. Things need to be addressed from this owner before I would recommend anyone staying there.

The property is an upstairs unit in a four-plex building in a residential neighborhood in Eastport. Easy walk to the cool Eastport brewery and restaurants. More exertion to get to the center of beautiful Annapolis. Apartment is ok, creaky floor and saggy bed. Concerns about combination front door lock - no instruction about how to relock from outside - and slow, grimy bathroom sink. Fine stay for folks who spent the entire weekend on the go, but a bit disappointing when we got home.
