If you looking for a quiet, restful place to stay, this is the rental for you. Really cute cottage, great neighborhood, close to Safety Harbor. We only met Jim, he was a great host. My husband and I will definitely rent again.

This cottage is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lovely area to take a walk or enjoy the backyard. Everything inside was spotless and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. It felt like staying in a country setting and our host could not have been nicer.

This was a beautiful cottage in a safe neighborhood that was very convenient to explore surroundings. It’s very close to a beautiful bay where you can see manatees and dolphins. And it’s also pretty close to Clearwater Beach. It is a perfect day for two young girls who are on vacation. We loved that the cottage was behind a house in a secluded area. It made us feel safe. This state was also very affordable. I would recommend 10/10.

Very nice rental cottage. Perfect for two people and the location is near downtown Safety Harbor Florida which is a plus. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the host Ruby is awesome.

We loved our stay at Safety Harbor. Ruby was a wonderful host. Enjoyed the local restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, and biking! We definitely would stay at Ruby's guest house again.

Ruby and Jim (and their chickens and pig that live on the grounds!) were wonderful hosts. The cottage is secluded and spotless and I would definitely make a return trip. Main Street safety harbor is less than five minutes away by car and access to the rest of the area’s major attractions are a cinch too. Thanks Ruby and Jim for opening up your lovely cottage to us!

Quite, private, and very nice. It was a nice respite from the hotels we had been staying at on our cross-country trip.

Ruby and Jim were great hosts! The cottage was located in a quiet neighborhood. Safety Harbor is a great little town to stay in, lots of parks and restaurants! An excellent choice to bring a bicycle, ample trails including the Ream/Wilson.

The cottage was safe, cozy and extremely quiet. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The yard was large and perfect for our pup to roam around in. I would stay here again and again. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience

The o lay thing I would recommend is either a mattress topper or a new mattress. The bed is a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise my stay was lovely. Thank you!!

We loved this little cottage and our stay couldn't have been better. Beautiful area, very safe neighborhood and Ruby was a delight. Just bring your food and your clothes, everything else is there. It was very close to several parks where you could get plenty of exercise for you and your dog and my husband found several places to fish near by. Just a fantastic place for privacy and relaxation but close to the Bay, great restaurants, shopping and more. Thank you Ruby.

This is a quality vacation rental that I would recommend for anyone. Quiet, comfortable, all amenities, with ideal owners available to assist with any traveler needs or wants. Location convenient to the bay, bike trails, golf, and tennis. Look no further.

We stayed here for 2 months while waiting to close on the home we purchased in Safety Harbor. We were so fortunate to find this gem. Offered all the amenities of home in a quiet and scenic location. Owners were fantastic in assuring we were comfortable and gave us lots of privacy. Plan to use if we ever have too many visitors at our own home - that is if it’s is available. Books quickly. Perfect location. Comfy bed. Nice kitchen. Really appreciated the washer n dryer. Safety Harbor has a lot of good restaurants and plenty to do. Closebto all beaches. Cottage is so cozy. We were there for a six week stay. Really loved it. Owners are terrific. Enjoy!

Cozy private and perfectly located in lovely area. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Nice kitchen area and washer dryer in unit. Big bathroom and walk in closet. Big yard for our dogs. Chickens are very quiet. Hosts very accommodating and just really nice people.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this location in Safety Harbor! Ruby & Jim were extremely accommodating and always nearby if there was anything I needed. The cottage is clean & feels like a little home away from home! I felt very safe staying here. The neighborhood is beautiful and a very safe place to walk with your kids/pets. Nothing is very far away; there is a Publix just a few minutes away to grab your groceries and an adorable downtown area (Main St.) that has local shops, restaurants & bars, and of course a Starbucks. I brought my dog & computer to this area often to work. Safety Harbor also has a weekend market and some larger weekend events like 3rd Friday which are really fun to go to. I was greatly appreciative that the owners are pet lovers and allowed my dog to stay on the property! They too have some pets to include very quiet chickens & a pig that you will see from time to time on the property. Keep in mind, there is not a fully fenced yard but there is endless space to walk your dog on the property of through the neighborhood. My dog Ellie loves it here! Safety Harbor is a very dog friendly community. Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a home away from home place to stay. It's nice to be able to cook a meal at home or run to a nearby restaurant if needed. The cottage is very comfortable and it's very nice to have the family nearby if you were to need anything.
