The apartment is located on the 5th floor, with elevator, of an elegant building with concierge, well-kept garden, private pool with sea water with exclusive restaurant for common use.
Elegantly furnished with taste and antique furniture in the Empire style, is composed of large, bright and panoramic living room, kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove with six burners, oven, microwave, pots and pans.
Adjoining the kitchen utility room with foldaway bed and bathroom laundry with washing machine, shower ax and iron.
2 double bedrooms with television and large bathroom in the hallway with bath tub and shower, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom and shower, 2 large balconies.
The main balcony is equipped with chairs, table and chairs for wonderful dinners in the company of beautiful sunsets and views of the Gulf of Tigullio.
The room is equipped with grade television with satellite channels, DVD player and stereo.

Tastefully furnished and cleaned to a very high standard the apartment provides luxury with its furnishings, space ( < 200 sqr mtrs ) extensive balconies and gardens - and of course the incredible views overlooking the bay and Portofino.

This apartment is even nicer than the pictures represent. Beautiful views, spacious, clean and equipped with absolutely everything. Short pretty walk to down town. Could not have asked for a nicer place. David and Adell were wonderful as well.

We could not believe the spectacular view. Our check-in was a little crazy as we arrived at 1 AM after many delays and layovers so the owners arranged someone to meet us. We were so happy to arrive, after a long day of travel to an amazing view overlooking the bay of Tigullio on a clear moon filled night. All we could hear were the ocean waves crashing. Rapallo is a beautiful town with so much to do and see. Easy access to trains to and from beautiful Cinque Terre. Lazy afternoons by the pool, walks to gelato, many fun restaurants and bars, etc. Highly recommend this amazing experience! Thank you Adelle and Davide for sharing your place. One of our favorite family vacations to date!

A romantically oasis above the beautiful City of Rapallo.
The apartment itself is overly appointed with linens, towels, beautiful table clothes. The furniture is a statement of its own, antiques in every corner.
This apartment is for Ladies and Gentlemen. You will feel very comfortable and relaxed here. I hated to leave this wonderful environment.
The pool is a club with spectacular views of not only Santa Margherita but of Portifino, as well. It has a restaurant and they will bring you poolside refreshments with a smile.
We did see Jeff Bezos sailing yaught float by.
The photos in the listing does not do this apartment justice, it is way more then we expected. The hosts were gracious and responsive with minor issues we had that were solved ASAP. Chef kiss to Adele and Davide ❤️

First time to Rapallo. Thrilled we chose this accommodation. Often what you get is rather different to the advertisements. Not so here. Outstanding property, very well equipped kitchen, stunning outlook - rear balcony a convenient retreat when afternoon sun sits over front balcony. Short walk from railway, shops and local free beach. Host was fabulous keeping us informed throughout the booking and even checked in a couple of times during our stay to ensure all was well. Was fortunate enough to check in prior to the advertised time and given a pleasant greeting by cleaner and shown around the property. An absolute pleasure and fabulous way to start our Europe holiday. Thank you Davide and Adele.

Where to begin? Amazing apartment: 3 big bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, eat in kitchen, utility/laundry room, living room, and dining room. The living room, dining rooms, and two bedrooms all have fantastic views of the water. The patio which runs the full length of the apartment is a spectacular place to dine, or just sit with a glass of wine to watch the sunsets. Don't forget the patio off of the kitchen where you can have your coffee in the morning sun. You also have a dedicated parking garage space (and in Italy that's a luxury!). Amazingly well stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Great location, too. We could walk to downtown Rapallo or the train station in about 30 minutes. Overall, best VRBO we've ever rented.

Many things make Adele and Davide's property outstanding.

It has not been ruined with tourism like the Cinque Terre yet has character and good restaurants ( we recommend Hostaria Vecchia).
The apartment was spacious, quiet and immaculate. It shows that it is Adele and Davide's home, from the quality furniture to the pictures, etchings and other artifacts. The kitchen and the cooking/cleaning facilities and supplies were the best we have ever experienced. We even received a bottle of Davide's Modena balsamic vinegar
Finally the host, Adele and Davide were enormously friendly and communicative.
Sadly we are getting a bit old now so probably will not return but for all you younger folk out there, we really do recommend you book this property.

The property was in a great location to get to a few different wine regions as well as several places to visit. It was well stocked for our stay and with all the amenities we could need. Davide and Adele were gracious hosts that took the time to greet us and go over the property with us. It was a lovely holiday.

The biggest surprise were the two terraces overlooking the water- spectacular. It was a short walk into Rapallo, which is a terrific town with good restaurants and shopping. There is also a daily open air market and lots of good stores.

There is a great walking path down to the city centre and it’s a bit of a hike back but we enjoy walking.

Sister reunion in Italy
The apartment was heavenly, spacious and welcoming. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We would have liked to make use of the pool, but it was not available. We explored the area from Cinque Terra to Portofino during our stay, it was all beautiful. Adele and Davide were great hosts

A haven of comfort and rest!
We absolutely enjoyed Adele and Davide's apartment! After a long day out in the sun or exploring the region, it provided such comfort and peace for all of us to come home to. The cleanliness, convenience, and comfort was top of the line. Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, all worked perfectly and provided the comforts of home. The internet worked great for all of us, with several working virtually. The two balconies have amazing views and just enjoying them is a vacation on its own. You will not regret booking this apartment!

Positioned on the edge of the town of Rapallo just a short walk to the centre, but in a quiet location, with spectacular views over the harbour and an amazing balcony that makes the most of its location. The rooms are beautifully proportioned with a mix of classic furniture in a modern setting . The photos do not reflect the size of the rooms which are large and beautifully proportioned. The apartment has the feel of a luxury holiday venue with all of the facilities of a family home, making it a truly relaxing place to spend time.
Davide and Adele were wonderful hosts, holding our booking for 2 years over the pandemic and going out of their way to help us rearrange our holiday and ensure we had everything we needed.
The apartment is on the 5th floor which provides the amazing views and is accessible by lift. The apartment itself is at the top of a very steep drive and is usually serviced by a funicular that provides easy access to the top of the drive but sadly this was not in use during our stay and made accessing the building difficult for people with mobility issues as we did not have a car. However this was the only challenge in an otherwise amazing property in a fabulous location, managed by welcoming owners.

Andere Bewertungen haben die schöne Lage, den tollen Ausblick und die wirklich umfassende und schöne Austattung schon öfter gelobt und wir können uns dem nur anschliessen. Was weniger erwähnt wurde: der Schrägaufzug von unten bis zum Haus ist wirklich sehr nützlich, man muß keine Einkäufe nach oben schleppen. Der Weg in den Ort führt teilweise an der Strasse lang, führt aber bald in einen Park und ist dann sehr schön. Ca 15 min bis zum Ort. Insgesamt ein ganz tolles Feriendomizil!
Das Einzige was stören könnte: Die Eisenbahn ist deutlich zu hören.

Our Stay In RAPALLO
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Could not have asked for a cleaner , more well appointed apartment to stay in during our visit to the area. The location was perfect, the view was amazing. We could take the very or train to every place we wanted to visit. The owner was there to great us. He even had purchased some grocery items for us to get started, at no additional expense. The pool on site was lovely and a great amenity after a long day touring. I would stay there again !!!

Perfect in every way!
Davide and Adele have a beautiful home within a short walk to the beach town of Rapallo. The views are incredible, the apartment is spotless, large and lovely. Our hosts were gems! Very thoughtful in providing milk, fruit, coffee and more to get us started on our stay. They were very helpful in recommending great restaurants and things to do. The town of Rapallo is special to the surrounding areas in that it is more laid back and comfortable. An excellent choice!!!!

Wonderfull
Started our French/Italian Riviera trip from Rapallo. Davide waited us in front of the building and introduced this amazing apartment for us. This is the best that someone can offer, a feeling that you come into someones home that is so well taken care of. We immediately felt at home. Apartment is as it is described in Homeaway, but it's actually much more. It is on the 5th floor, partly below the penthouse apartment. It has 2 very large balconies, west side offers immacculate views to the bay towards Rapallo and Santa Margerita di Ligure, east side to enjoy mornings, sea view as well, cozy views to other houses, or cool down a bit when it gets hot in the day/afternoon. Apartment was very, very clean, and it is very well equipped as well, for example kitchen has definitely everything one needs. It has 2 west facing bedrooms, and 1 towards east. All bedrooms have doors to balcony, and west facing rooms have double doors. All equipped with aircon, which is needed in Italy during the summer months. Living room is very large. This apartment can easily and comfortably accommodate 6 people, and it is worth mentioning that the 3rd bedroom has shower/toilet of its own and can be well isolated from the other rooms. Parking is beside the building or even in garage, which Davide offered to us as well. Pool/pool area is very large and has a fantastic south view towards Santa Margerita and Portofino. There is a restaurant below the pool area, they actually opened it during our stay, we ate there once, the food was excellent; what a luxury to have a private restaurant in the house. The house itself is a walking distance to the city of Rapallo, with a lot of good restaurants etc. 24/7 supermarket Coop is a 5 min drive into the city, but there are shops closer to that. We felt Rapallo in June is much more local than Santa Margerita and Portofino, the latter 2 being "jetset" places, all of them must see. We visited also town Camogli (to the east) and Chiavari ( to the west). Camogli is definitely worth seeing. I would recommend renting a car, we drove to Villefranche-sur-mer beside Nice for an additional week and feel one sees much more driving around....but there is a good train connection as well. It is also worth mentioning that the house is inside a gated area. All and all, words are not enough for this place, you have to experience this by yourself:) Special thanks to Davide for being very attentative with some questions we had.

Rapallo 2019
Our Rapallo accomodation was great. Our hosts Davide & Adele were very helpful and kind. They quickly responded to any correspondence sent and were there to show us through their apartment when we arrived. The apartment was lovely. The beds were comfortable, bedrooms spacious, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. The living area and patios looked out onto the bay - the view was fantastic - exactly like the photos.
Location was a short (20 minute) walk to the centre of town and train station . The cost of a taxi is approximately 10 euros.
We found Rapallo was close to many of the tourist sights including Cinque Terra, Portofino, Comogli, San Frustosa. (sorry for any spelling errors).
We could not fault anything about our stay and would highly recommend it to others.
It is a very beautiful apartment in a beautiful part of the world.

Rapallo May 2019
What a wonderful apartment! It was "home" for a month and we felt right at home. Davide and Adele were there to welcome us and made us quickly feel like family and were caring throughout our stay. The apartment, especially the kitchen and laundry room, is incredibly well equipped with everything you might want or need. The furniture is tasteful and very comfortable. The view from the balconies are wonderful. Our dining on the front balcony was enhanced by watching the sunset. The walk into town was a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the coast with cafes and a park along the way. The grounds are beautiful and the curvy access driveway is really nice with lush landscaping and statuaries. The pool area (unfortunatly wasn't opened during our stay) is well done and spacious. The Rapallo area suffered a lot of damage in a storm last year and re-construction was still ongoing along the sea front, with most of it completed except for the ferry pier which meant a short train ride to Santa Margherita to catch a ferry, The trains are a life line for visiting the neighboring towns. We especially enjoyed Santa Margherita, Chiavari, Portovenere, Camogli, etc.). A must see is the Catholic Church on Montallegro (via cable car) where at the hotel, we had one our best meals. We highly recommend staying at this fine apartment and would gladly avail ourselves of Davide and Adele's hospitality in the future.

Easy access to downtown, train station, and the boat shuttles to portofino and Cinque Terre. Couldn’t ask for a better place or view. Once you get there you do not need a car.

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Davide and Adele are wonderful hosts and the apartment has everything that one might need during a stay in Rapallo. It is also very large. The walk to the city centre was 20 minutes (part of it through a park with a childrens’ playground). The apartment has wonderful views and breakfasting on the balcony overlooking Rapallo harbour was delightful. The pool is also large and having a furnicula to travel to street level is a huge convenience. Parking at the complex is no problem. In sum, we recommend this apartment without reservation.
