About this villa rental

The villa has its own large private pool, enclosed walled garden, BBQ and garden furniture beside the pool to relax. Sun-beds with cushions and umbrellas are also available for poolside relaxation. It is situated close to the edge of the pine forest and set against the eye catching backdrop of the mountain. Would suit families or couples with friends will sleep 8 comfortably can be more With the single folding beds.

The Aqua park, horse riding, go carting, shops and many bars & restaurants (offering free drop off) are conveniently located within walking distance. Alternatively use the free shuttle to and from the Orka Hotel and the Blue lagoon private beach. The market town of Fethiye is close by and the new Seki Ski Resort is only one hour away. There is numerous amount of activities to do in the local area such as, Scuba diving, Quad Biking, Jeep Safaris, Horse riding, Boat trips to islands, Paragliding and parasailing from the mountain Baba Dag as well as the beautiful beach at Oludeniz or a day trip to Rhodes island, 90Mins by Ferry. Spend a day in Rhodes island & enjoy all of its warm welcoming history All in a day. The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region: Fethiye is located in the south west Mediterranean region of Turkey. Dalaman International Airport is just 50km from the villa and Fethiye has a large bus terminus connected to all major Turkish hubs. During the tourist season you can find many flights from major all European cities to Dalaman including (EasyJet, TUI, Corendon Airlines, BA, Jet2,) besides the domestic & international flights throughout the year by Turkish Airlines and FlyPegasus. Additionally Antalya Airport is a three hour drive to Fethiye giving you another access point.

We stayed in the villa for a fortnight. Overall it was great, the pool was beautifully spotless. The layout is a little odd as there are 2 bedrooms on the top floor, the living room/ kitchen on the middle floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each bedroom has its own en-suite which is a real bonus, and there is another bathroom with shower on the middle level. Our bedroom downstairs became a bit of a thorough fair as you need to go through the bedrooms to access outside. The stairs inside and outside become very slippery when wet, so extra care needs to be taken. It was clean when when we arrived which was good. The pillows in our room were really uncomfortable, and the sheets weren't the best, they barely covered the bed, we did have a really large bed which was nice. Being in a party of 4 females the lack of mirrors was noticeable! There is a small mirror above each sink, but a full length mirror would have been amazing! We had a hand and bath towel each, but we did have to wash these ourselves as we couldn't have used the same towel every night for a fortnight. We had the same bedsheets on for a fortnight too, by the end of our holiday they were really grubby! There isn't a great deal of storage in the bedrooms, but there is room to add more. There were some things that would benefit from a bit of modernisation, but they didn't detract from enjoying our time spent in the villa. Reg was very helpful and replied to messages straight away. We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The villa was perfect, very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with utensils and nothing was too much trouble for our host Reg. The location was very good, within walking distance of a supermarket and some restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

AMAZING!

Beautiful villa with amazing mountain views. The villa has everything you could possibly need. The location is also a bonus as it is only a 15-20 minute bus journey to Oludeniz. Would definitely go again!
